This confirmed James’ earlier suspicions about the Lord of the First Universe being the one who united

all the universes. Now that man was known as the Omnipotent Lord of the First District.

Jacopo continued to explain, ‘The Omnipotent Lord led the fusion of the universes. After the merge, he

divided the new universe into twelve districts according to the territory previously encompassed by

each universe.

“Each district has a District Leader who manages the area. Meanwhile, the Omnipotent Lord became

the Lord of this new universe and oversees all twelve districts.

“Initially, many Universe Lords opposed the Omnipotent Lord’s suggestion to merge the universes.

However, he dealt with them ruthlessly and those who opposed him were brutally eliminated. After

several Macrocosm Ancestral Gods died at his hands, no one else dared to go against him.”

Jacopo explained how the new universe came to be.

“In that case, who is the Twelfth District’s Leader?”

Jacopo said, “It’s someone sent from the First Universe. He has never shown himself in the First

Universe before. This person is imposing, and it’s rumored he is a Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral

God.”

“A Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God?” James frowned.

‘Among the twelve universes, the Omnipotent Lord is supposed to be the only other Nine-Power

Macrocosm Ancestral God. How did another Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral God arise after I was

gone for only a few Epochs?’ wondered James.

His intuition told him that there was more to this than met the eye.

Jacopo looked at James worriedly and asked, “What should we do now, Dad? The Heavenly Court is

our last haven. The Omnipotent Lord promised to only send a District Leader to govern our district and

said that he wouldn’t interfere with other matters. Despite that, they’re currently trying to take over the

Heavenly Court.”

James fell into thought.

After briefly contemplating, James suggested, “Since the Omnipotent Lord wants the position, then just

give it to him for now.”

“For real?” Jacopo was slightly taken aback by his answer. The other powerhouses were also startled.

It was unlike James to make such a decision.

His strength allowed him to ignore potential repercussions from the Omnipotent Lord and allowed him

to stand his ground.

James looked at everyone and said, “I have another plan in mind. Start evacuating the Heavenly Court,

and find somewhere quiet to lay low for now. The situation in the new universe and the Dark World is

about to get turbulent.

Everyone must devote themselves to cultivating. In the coming battles, even a Macrocosm Ancestral

God would find it hard to survive.”

Everyone was shocked by James’ remark.

Jacopo asked, “What’s going on, Dad?”

James looked at the people in the hall and said, “You’re all dismissed.”

Then, he turned to Jacopo. “Come with me.”

The two headed to the Cadens’ residence on Mount Bane. James sat in the highest seat of the main

hall, and many of his family members gathered below him, including Jacopo, Xainte, and Winnie. A few

of James’ close acquaintances, like Melinda and Sophie, were also present along with his grandfather

and uncle.

Everyone present knew James in some form or another.

“What exactly is going on, Dad?” asked Jacopo.

James looked at everyone in the hall. All of them were close to him or on good terms with him and

were trustworthy.

He explained, “I went to the Dark World some time ago to learn more about Yukia and to look for

Jabari.”

Excited, Sophie asked, “Did you find him?”

Sophie and Jabari were close. If not for Jabari, Sophie would not have woken up from her slumber.

Moreover, he had given her a lot of help.

James nodded lightly and said, “Yeah. Jabari is doing well in the Dark World. He has spent his time

wisely and is already a Ninth Stage Lord, which is equivalent to a Nine-Power Macrocosm Ancestral

God in our world.”

Xainte asked, “What about Yukia? Did you learn anything new about her?”
