sister will be here with the money in twelve hours. Don’t die before then.”

walked in and said, “Mr. Watson has brought Thea here.”

“So soon?”

Maximus stood up and said, “Get moving.” A man and a woman were seated in the foyer of the villa.

They were Zavier and Thea.

Zavier was composed. Thea, on the other hand, wore an anxious expression.

Soon, Maximus arrived along with his men. He laughed. “I was wondering who came. So, it’s Mr.

Watson. I’ll say this, Thea. There’s no use bringing the emperor here. You’ll still have to pay up.” Zavier

asked, “How much?”

Maximus answered, “1.6 billion total. For your sake, I’ll just ask for a billion.”

“I’ll pay. Let him go immediately.”

Maximus glanced at the man beside him and ordered, “Bring him here.”
