Chapter 4148

James boasted outstanding strength. Wynnstan knew that if James’ threats scared away these

creatures, it would be hard to kill him without everyone’s collective strength. The only way to kill James

was for them to unite.

James scanned the creatures that remained in the area. Through Wynnstan’s encouragement, many

creatures chose not to run away. They agreed with Wynnstan. If they did not kill James today and

allowed him to recuperate, he would eventually kill all of them.

A creature shouted, “Let’s attack together and kill him.”

Many creatures immediately drew their weapons.

James looked at them and said calmly, “You all must be dying to perish.”

His simple words boomed thunderously. His voice blasted away some creatures with weaker cultivation

bases, and they were stunned in fear.

“I think he’s gotten stronger,” Wynnstan murmured.

He looked beside him toward Leilani, Sigmund, and Xhafer, who were Quasi Acmeans. Then, he said,

“We can’t let him survive. Let’s attack together and get rid of him.”

Wynnstan made the first move. James sensed powerful Chaos Power but knew Wynnstan’s strength

was lacking. His Chaos Power was incomplete and had not truly become pure Chaos Power.

James stood in place motionlessly, allowing Wynnstan to land his attack. Wynnstan’s palm struck

James. James stumbled backward, and several large spatial cracks widened behind him. After skidding

back a certain distance, James used his strength and neutralized Wynnstan’s attack.

Then, he suddenly transformed his force into Chaos Power.

James began to counterattack with Chaos Power. Only one person would walk away alive, so James

was not worried about exposing his power.

“Y-You?”

Wynnstan sensed James’ potent Chaos Power. The Chaos Power struck him and blasted him away.

His body was instantly wounded, and he spat a mouthful of blood. His blood trickled down and

destroyed the ground below him.

“How is that possible?”

Wynnstan’s face went pale. He stared at James in disbelief.

“Anything is possible.”

James looked at him calmly. Suddenly, a ball of white fire appeared in his palm. Then, James

disappeared into thin air. In the next moment, he was already right in front of Wynnstan. Before

Wynnstan could react, James had already launched a mass of white flames toward him.

The white flames had an ordinary appearance. Wynnstan could not sense anything unusual about it, so

he defended the attack head-on. However, half of his body was incinerated into nothingness as he

came in contact with the fire.

As the realization set in, his expression changed. He wanted to escape, but it was already too late. The

white fire engulfed the other half of his body. His physical body was turned into ashes.

Wynnstan’s soul attempted to flee from the battle. As it moved away, the fire surrounded his soul.

Wynnstan immediately formed a new physical body and used his power to deflect the flames. He

created a protective shield on the surface of his body.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

His protective shield was damaged ruthlessly and it eventually broke. As soon as the protective shield

was broken, he was enveloped by the flames again. His physical body was once again incinerated, and

his soul was burned into nothingness.

“Wh-What?” Everyone watching the fight from the distance immediately took on horrified expressions.
