After James, disguised as Wyot, entered the Path of Heavenly Awakening, Gaerel informed all the

major races in the Greater Realms about it.

The patriarchs of the various races appeared in the Ursa’s territory with their tokens, waiting at the Path

of Heavenly Awakening’s entrance.

Everyone wanted to know if the greatest prodigy of their era could overcome the Path of Heavenly

Awakening’s Ultimate Trials.

Three hundred years had passed since James had entered the Path of Heavenly Awakening.

Suddenly, the Path of Heavenly Awakening’s door lit up.

“Is he finally coming out?”

“He’s only reached the fourth trial. Why is he coming out now?”

The Ursa’s Patriarch, Gaerel, immediately stepped forward. He scanned James up and down, then

said, “According to our agreement, you’ll have to complete the Nine Trials and prove you have the

potential to enter the Caelum Acme Rank before we hand over our token to you.”

James smiled faintly and replied, “We agreed I would have to complete the Nine Trials and passed the

fourth trial. My achievements should be already equivalent to having completed the Nine Trials.”

Gaerel fell into contemplation. He was not sure whether to hand over the token to James.

After a brief thought, he replied, “How about you stay here for now while we discuss this amongst

ourselves first.”

James made an approving gesture, then turned to look at the Path of Heavenly Awakening’s entrance.

Then, he said, ” The Path of Heavenly Awakening is mine. I’ll be taking it with me.”

James had only reached the fourth trial and still had five more.

He was determined to challenge them when he had the time.

The Path of Heavenly Awakening was mysterious and even contained the power to connect different

ages. He did not want to leave such a treasure with the Ursas.

Gaerel burst out laughing and said, “Ha! What isn’t yours will

never be yours, Wyot. Even if your patriarch were to come and ask for it today, I would never hand it

over, let alone let you have it.”

James looked at Gaerel and said, “What if I insist?”

Gaerel’s face darkened, and he replied, ‘Then, we’ll have to see if you have the strength to take it from

us.”

Wyot was a prodigy from the Doom Race and had a Thousand Paths Holy Body. He might even

become the strongest cultivator of the Greater Realms in the future.

Therefore, Gaerel had been rather polite with James all this while.

However, that did not mean he was afraid of James.
