‘The Omniscience Path.1 “He’s at the late stage of the Ninth Rank.”

“I’m starting to wonder about the young man’s capabilities “

“He’s mastered the Blithe Omniscience and reached this level in the Omniscience Path. It might be

rather tricky for Wynona to defeat him.”

The heads of each of the houses discussed amongst themselves as they watched the battle.

On the other hand, Lothar remained unfazed by James’ performance so far.

‘Wynona has the ability to counter the Blithe Omniscience anyway.’ Lothar thought. The man had faith

in his disciple’s abilities.

“Are you finally going to fight seriously?”

Wynona kept her gaze trained on James. She snickered,” The Omniscience Path… The cultivation

system created by Yardos Xagorari from the Welkin District. Quite a number of humans chose to utilize

this path. However, only a handful of people have managed to become superior cultivators under it

since it’s extremely difficult. Also, cultivators would hardly be able to climb to higher ranks after

reaching the late stage of the Ninth Rank.”

Across the Endlos Nine Districts, the Omniscience Path was one of the least preferred systems for

cultivation since most found it too challenging. Not only was it hard to begin cultivating the Omniscience

Path, but it was equally and sometimes more difficult to boost one’s ranks through it.

With the Omniscience Path, a cultivator could somewhat boost their spiritual powers and physical

powers. However, that was it. These same effects were also achievable through the use of certain

secret arts.

Still, James was not bothered by Wynona’s taunts.

“If you’re ready to fight properly, I won’t hold back anymore as well.” Wynona’s expression hardened.

She lifted her

hands and conjured numerous sigils. The audience watched the sigils float toward the formation cast

around the arena. Then, the sigils seemed to fuse with the formation instantly.

Wynona learned that James could wield the Blithe Omniscience as soon as he was set to be her

opponent. As such, she had made preparations to counter any attacks related to the Blithe

Omniscience. With the sigils set in place, Wynona was certain that James would not be able to make

any surprise attacks.

James could tell what Wynona was trying to do. However, he was not worried about the sigils at all.

‘The Blithe Omniscience is just one of the many techniques I’ve learned. It’s not the most deadly and

potent technique I’ve mastered,’ he pondered.

After she was done casting the sigils around them, Wynona remained hovering in the air.

James flashed her a smile. “If you’re done, I guess I’ll make my move now.”

James vanished from his spot at that very moment. He teleported and reappeared before Wynona.

Then, he balled his fist and swung his arm forcefully at her.

As soon as James moved, Wynona gripped her fist tightly and took James’ blow head-on.

Boom!

A loud crash resounded as their fists came together. The impact was so strong that James was thrown

backward yet again.

Wynona’s powers seemed to have increased substantially this time. James knitted his brows as he

looked down at the cracks running down his arm. If he had not been careful enough, James might have

lost his arm when they traded blows.

‘She’s truly a strong opponent. I can tell from this hit that her mastery of the Boundless in the

Permanence Acme Rank is much better than mine.’ James mused.

Wynona did not allow James to rest as she began attacking him swiftly and viciously. The audience

watched as they were embroiled in a fierce battle.

Gradually, Wynona managed to slow James down as he sustained more and more injuries.

Unfortunately, when James tried to avoid an attack by using the Blithe Omniscience, he failed and took

a direct hit.

Wynona’s attack tore a bloody hole through the center of James’ body.

“It’s over for him!”

Wynona’s supporters as they watched the battle’s progression.
