Chapter 4970

Extraterrestrial Demons had appeared in the Chaos District and had begun to attack. Xezal had

revealed her true self to everyone.

James showed no mercy toward her. He gathered the Ten Path Techniques’ powers into his fist,

flashed before Xezal, and swung at her.

Xezal’s body was surrounded by a protective barrier formed by the power of the Ten Districts’ Heavenly

Paths.

Boom!!!

The protective barrier around her body was instantly shattered, and the void in front of her collapsed

instantly.

The potent force struck Xezal. Fortunately for her, the protective barrier had resisted most of the force,

and she only sustained the remainder of the force, which was not enough to kill her.

Even though she survived the attack, she was severely injured.

“How is he so strong?” Xezal was aghast.

She was afraid to stay any longer. She quickly waved the Boundless Sword, and several Sword

Energies burst toward James.

James remained composed. He waved his hand and easily blocked the Sword Energies.

However, Xezal had already seized the chance to escape. James searched for her aura and chased

her with the Blithe Omniscience.

After leaving the Dooms’ territory, he appeared in an unfamiliar area within the Dark World.

The area was an intersection between the Dark World and the Chaos District. The entire area was

shrouded by darkness, and black mist permeated the air.

After arriving in the Dark World, James tried to locate Xezal. However, Xezal’s aura had disappeared

without a trace. No matter how hard he tried to search for her, his efforts were to no avail.

“Where did she escape to?” James frowned.

Swoosh!

A Sword Energy pierced through the darkness.

James reacted in time and dodged it.

The Sword Energy struck a mountain range in the Dark World, causing it to collapse.

James unleashed his Zen, trying to find the attacker. However, he could not sense any living beings

within range, and his brows furrowed.

He did not stay long after failing to locate Xezal’s location. He cast the Blithe Omniscience and returned

to the Dooms’ territory.

The area had countless black holes and an endless stream of monsters charged out. Many

powerhouses were forced to partake in battle. However, most of them chose to escape. They rushed

out of the siege of the monster army and quickly headed to the Endlos Space outside of the Chaos

District.

Many powerhouses gathered in the Endlos Space and discussed the situation.

“Xezal’s goal is to sacrifice the entire Chaos District to resurrect her father. It’s an internal affair of the

Chaos District, so there’s no need for us to get involved.”

‘That’s right. The Extraterrestrial Demons are only attacking the Chaos District and not the other

districts. Our districts might also be targeted if we intervene and anger the Extraterrestrial Demon’s

Commander.”

“We should just stand aside and watch how things unfold.”

The powerhouse discussed and decided not to participate in the fight since it was the Chaos District’s

problem.

James rushed over to the ruins in the Dooms’ territory and saw that only a few cultivators had stayed to

fight the monsters, whereas most of them had already evacuated.

Although the cultivators still fighting were powerful, they struggled to suppress the endless waves of

monsters.

James released his Zen to scan the area.
