Chapter 5390
The Almighty Dragon General
The Heavenly Secrets Pavilionâs intelligence network was impressive. James had only revealed the
Theognostos to powerhouses of the Four Ancient Races.
Yet, the Heavenly Secrets Pavillion had already acquired the information. That could only mean the
Heavenly Secrets Pavilionâs intelligent networks had penetrated the Ancient Races.
James quickly denied having anything to do with the incident to prevent becoming the prime suspect.
Otherwise, it would be hard for him to get around in the Dark World.
âWhen I was with Latrusse, I learned about him having some kind of grudge against the Flammae, and
he mentioned coming to the Flammaeâs territory. I suddenly recalled it when I arrived in the Flammaeâs
territory, so I came to ask whether anything significant has happened here recently.â
Xoel replied smilingly, âThe Flammaeâs territory is relatively peaceful right now.
Weâve got insiders within the Flammae, so if Latrusse were to arrive, we would hear about it pretty
soon.â
âDo you have information about the other Elemental Primevals?â asked Qiyana.
âOh?â Xoel turned to Qiyana and asked smilingly, âThe Flammae are the last surviving race of the
Elemental Primevals. Which raceâs information do you seek?â
Qiyana replied, âIâd appreciate it if you have information about the primitive inscriptions of the Tellures,
Silvae, and Metalla.â
Xoel smiled brightly and answered, âYouâve come to the right place. The Heavenly Secrets Pavilion
knows everything about the Dark World. I can give you whatever information you need as long as the
price is right.â
James said, âIâm looking for the Elemental Primevalsâ primitive inscriptions.
However, the Tellures, Silvae, and Metalla have disappeared a long time ago.
Where can I find them?â
Xoel replied, âWhatâs your offer?â
James asked, âWhat do you want?â
Xoel looked at James and said smilingly, âEverything you won from the Yefterosâ arena.â
James exclaimed, âAre you kidding me? Do you know how much resources I won from the arena? It
amounts to the entire assets of a major race.â
Xoel smiled faintly and replied, âIâm well aware. However, the information I can give you is really
valuable. The information that will help restore a powerhouse at the Quasi Bliss Rank should cost as
much. Once he recovers, the Dark World will be thrown into chaos. The power structure will also
change significantly. Itâs quite a big matter. If you think about the aftermath it will bring about, weâre not
asking for much. Also, the information is confidential, so Iâll have to bring you to our headquarters.â
Qiyanaâs brows furrowed tightly.
âHis deductive skills are exceptional. I only asked about the Elemental Primevalsâ primitive inscriptions,
and heâs already guessed my motive.â James was stunned.
Xoel said calmly, âYou donât have to look at me like that. Although my cultivation rank is low, Iâm the
supervisor of a branch of the Heavenly Secrets Pavilion. I had to go through countless amounts of
information and read a lot of ancient records in the headquarters to gain a vast knowledge of the Dark
Worldâs affairs.
âI know a great powerhouse was born in the Glacies. It was a secret to the world but not to the
Heavenly Secrets Pavilion. Weâre aware the Glacies tried approaching the other Elemental Primevals
to ask for their primitive inscriptions.
They needed the Elemental Curses to restore the powerhouse who had failed to break into the
Transcendental Bliss Rank.â
Xoel spoke very casually of these matters that were supposed to be secrets.
âWe have information about the previous battle in the Glaciem Holy Land and a recording of it. The
puppet refined by Theognostos is bullshit. We know he was the powerhouse that failed to enter the
Transcendental Bliss Rank. Speaking of whichâ¦â
