Chapter 5979
The Almighty Dragon General
The Almighty Dragon General Chapter 5979-On the other hand, Thea and Lucille were standing outside
the main hall at Timaeus Sectâs headquarters.
More than ten Yuraeceon Daelm Rank cultivators guarded the entrance and blocked the ladiesâ way.
They would not budge even when Thea had used her status as the priestess and ordered them to move.
Both of them were anxious as they had not gotten any news of James.
âNo, we canât wait around like this,â Lucille said with a grim expression.
She shouted, âXachary, come out here! If you donât release Elder Forty-nine, I will take everyone at
Mount Martialis and leave the Timaeusâ¦â
Before she could finish, a beam of golden light fell on Lucille and Thea for a few seconds. As the light
faded, both ladies disappeared from that spot as well.
In a flash, Thea and Lucille found themselves standing in a quiet, deserted area.
In the distance, a man in a gray robe stood with his back facing them. There was nothing particularly
interesting about the man. However, Lucille and Thea could sense a distinct aura about him.
âGrandpa Gladwin?â Thea called out.
Lucille raised her brows. âYouâve completed your meditation, Old Man Warrick?â
As the man turned around, the ladies could see a scary mask worn over his face.
âIt seems only the two of you youngsters remember about me.â
Lucille and Thea rushed toward Gladwin Warrick and clung to his arm, one on each side.
âGrandpa Gladwin, youâve finally finished your meditation! I missed you so much!â
âWe need your help, Warrick. Only a protector like you could save Forty-nine now.â
âForty-nineâ¦â Gladwin let out a sigh. âYouâre talking about the Yuraeceon Xaelm Rankâs Fifth Tribulation
cultivator confined in one of the smaller halls here?â
Thea and Lucille nodded vigorously upon hearing his words.
âHeâs an interesting man.â Gladwin joked, âWhatâs this? Are the two of you interested in him?â
Theaâs cheeks were burning as she heard Gladwinâs question.
Lucille smiled mischievously. âI donât mind spending a night with him.â
âYouâre always joking about these things.â Gladwin pointed at Lucille and shook his head. âAnyway, you
guys arenât helping him by making a scene at the headquarters. That will only make things worse for
him.â
Thea and Lucille appeared flustered by Gladwinâs words.
âI know Xacharyâs way of doing things.â Gladwin continued, âHe has his principles. You wonât be able to
change his mind once he decides on something.â
Thea asked anxiously, âWould Uncle Xachary do anything bad to Forty-nine?â
âThat young man possesses the Golden Body, and heâs mastered the Marcials Combat Form.â Gladwin
replied, âXachary wouldnât want to lose such a great talent.â
Thea and Lucille were washed over by a wave of relief.
No one in the Timaeus Sect would know about their leader, Xachary, better than their Great Protector,
Gladwin Warrick.
âAlright, off you go now!â
With a light wave of his hand, Gladwin produced a beam of golden light and sent the two ladies away.
A few seconds later, a beam of blue light landed on the ground behind Gladwin.
Yegor stepped out of the light the next instant âLong time no see, my friend.â Gladwin had not even
turned to look at Yegor.
Yegor sighed. âNow that you are out, it means war will soon erupt in the Ancient Genesis World. Am I
right?â
Gladwin lifted his head. âI have lived quietly ever since the battle with Franciscus. This will be a good
chance for me to test out my skills with those that Iâve not met in years.â
Yegor narrowed his eyes. âYour battles would cause hundreds of millions of lives to be wiped out,
though. Is it really necessary?â
Gladwin sighed. âSince you blocked Franciscusâ attack and helped me back then, I could allow Skynet to
maintain a neutral stance in this. However, you need to lend me the Grimlore Map.â
Yegor replied, âItâs destroyed.â
Gladwin teleported and reappeared before Yegor. âYou can monitor all of the Genesis Worlds by using
the Grimlore Map. Thereâs no way youâll destroy it.â
âAre you trying to threaten me?â Yegor looked at him expressionlessly
