dead end?"

Lesia replied solemnly, "It's not me. It’s the Waitara Path and Qadeer. Can’t you see? Right now,

James’ biggest opponent isn’t the Waitara Path, but Qadeer.

"That bastard claims to be waiting for the Waitara Path and Taiyi's return, yet he is crafting his own

ambitious schemes.

"Just earlier, I was trying to put the puzzles together. After he tapped into James’ soul, his Primordial

Spirit transversed into the Xanadu Realm. He cultivated Oblivion Power, which we, the Nine Gods of

Nothingness, had joined hands to seal away.

"In essence, the opponent James faces now is hardly any weaker than Waitara Path's Soremsia. It's a

calamity in its own right, dubbed the Oblivion Tribulation.

"If James fails to overcome the ordeal, he’ll not have the chance to become the Supreme Path."

"Furthermore, it's almost time the Waitara Path's Soremsia returns. Soon, James will have to confront

even more pressure and challenges."

With a resigned look, Lesia said, "At this point, the greatest assistance we can offer is to hold off

Qadeer and ensure James can safely pass the trial within the Gate of Mystery.

Yianni clasped his hands behind his back, his gaze fixed on the direction where James and Morgott sat

with a solemn expression. He had believed that with the alliance formed by himself, Harper, Zemra,

and Chuba, they could seize the Forty-Ninth Heaven and block the Waitara Path’s Soremsia from

returning. Unfortunately, things had progressed in a direction he had not foreseen.

Now, the Leere Tribulation that they were meant to shoulder was resting on James' shoulder. He

worried if James was capable of bearing it.

Lesia studied Yianni’s anxious expression and said, "If we're to intervene, perhaps you could share

your fusion knowledge with him. He's really sharp and perceptive, even more so than US."

Tianni looked at Lesia briefly, then waved his hand. The next moment, they had teleported elsewhere.

Meanwhile, Morgott and James remained sitting cross-legged in the void. They had both cast their

strongest defensive Supernatural Power.

Morgott possessed a Demonic Body and was capable of withstanding calamities, whereas James had

integrated the Three Treasures. 49 Primordial Spirits circled him, prepared to block the incoming

tribulation.

Yet, despite their vigilance, they waited in tense anticipation, but nothing stirred.

Restless, Morgott glanced at James impatiently. "James, do you reckon that Qadeer has forgotten

about US, or perhaps he has lost control over Gate of Mystery?"

James smiled calmly and said, "Can you lose control over your Demonic Body?"

Morgott let out a resigned sigh. "Absolutely not. Wait. Are you mocking me?"

James chuckled, "The Gate of Mystery is like Qadeer’s body. It operates based on his whims."

With that, James casually set up a sizable formation.

Yianni and Lesia suddenly appeared.

Observing Morgott and James within a formation, they were speechless.

Lesia sighed and said, "Do you really not know how to conserve your energy? How could you set up a

Three Treasure Formation here?"

James looked up and asked, "Is there a problem?"

Lesia explained, "It requires a lot of Innate Energy. After you exhaust everything, Qadeer will easily

take the upper hand."
