Chapter 522: Saving Fang Group

“You already mentioned that I’m a criminal. How could I have a car?” Fang Shaohua responded. “This belongs to Xinxin’s. The car is also registered under her name.”

He had registered a new company and an investment account. This was all done under Fang Xinxin’s name.

“It’s fine if it’s registered under her name. I’ll just use it for a while.” Fang Lilan extended her hand to hold the car door handle.

“Quit having bad ideas!” Fang Shaohua shoved her aside.

It’s only been three years. I still have nine years remaining. My time in the prison is long. It doesn’t matter to me if this time lengthens. Besides, there’s a chance that my illness won’t be cured.”

Fang Lilan’s goosebumps rose with the way he was watching her. “You... what do you mean by that?”

Fang Shaohua smiled frighteningly. “Mom, since you love me so much, your son doesn’t mind dying with you. Alternatively, if my illness is cured and I don’t have to die, I don’t mind killing you and facing a longer prison term.”

Thus, there was no need for him to pretend to look like a patient.

He had noticed early on that Fang Lilan was following him. Thus, he made a small cut around his elbow and kept a bit of blood in his mouth. After coughing it out in front of Fang Lilan, he successfully convinced that horrid woman that he was ill.

Long Shuhai approached her and asked. “Lilan, did you manage to convince Fang Shaohua to coax Xinxin to help the Fang Group?”

“That criminal refused to do it! He even threatened to take me down with him now that he is seriously ill! I’m angered to death!” Her beautiful, middle-aged features nearly twisted in anger.

“Mom, did you manage to find any information that can be used against him?” Fang Manxue also rushed downstairs to ask. “Fang Shaohua’s health has always been good. How did he manage to fall seriously ill?”
