She lifted her brows in amazement. “Bai Qinghao, are you jealous? The person who sent me a message earlier was Sun Jiamu. She’s my classmate and roommate. Most importantly, she’s a girl!”

“I don’t care.” He repeated himself seriously. “You should only have me in your heart. There shouldn’t be space even for a woman!”

She did not dare to defy him openly.

Instead, she patted his firm back gently. “Bai Qinghao, Sun Jiamu is a friend worth having. In my heart, you are definitely the most important person to me. However, we all need some friendships. Besides, she’s the only person aside from you who treats me well.”

She did not dare to bring up her elder brother, Fang Shaohua, as she was afraid that he would be jealous one again.

Bai Qinghao was very satisfied that she did not bring up Fang Shaohua. He did not express his disagreement any further. This indicated that he was silently accepting it.
