Chapter 733 - Left Already
Rebirth: Pampered Wife’s Counterattack
She was a generous person and would not throw a petty fit in this manner.
This indicated that she was genuinely attempting to leave his life, and remove all signs of ever being with him.
A set of keys placed on the dining table was especially eye-catching. These were the keys to his home as well as⦠the keys to his Hua Feng Finance Companyâs office.
A divorce contract was placed under the keys.
He skimmed through the contents and it cited irreconcilable differences as a reason for their divorce. There would be no compensation given to her post-divorce.
She had already signed her name. Once he did the same, the contract could be submitted to a lawyer and their divorce could proceed.
He immediately dialed the company. The human resource staff informed him that she had submitted another resignation letter and was currently not in the office.
âLetâs get a divorceâ¦â Sun Jiamuâs resigned voice replayed in his mind.
âNoâ¦â Fang Shaohua clenched his fists tightly. He did not wish for a divorce.
Xinxin was right. He did have feelings for Jiamu!
He brought his phone out and gave her a call. However, the call would not go through.
He then attempted to send her a message but it was rejected.
She had blocked his number!
Fang Shaohua immediately drove towards the Sun familyâs villa located at Qian Shan Wan.
Sun Zhiming, Sun Jiamuâs father, sized Fang Shaohua up coldly from where he sat on the couch. âWhat are you doing here?â
Considering his cold expression, Fang Shaohua was certain that Sun Jiamu had informed them about their conflict.
âLeave.â Wang Xinlin, Sun Jiamuâs mother, spoke in anger. âYouâre an eyesore in my home.â
âMotherâ¦â Fang Shaohua addressed her in this manner for the first time. He then spoke to Sun Zhiming. âFather, wonât you tell me where Mumu is? Thereâs a misunderstanding between us. I need to clear things up with her.â
âWe donât have a son-in-law like you.â Sun Zhiming cleared his throat coldly. âServants, send him out.â
The helpers immediately made a polite gesture for Fang Shaohua to leave. âMr. Fang, please take your leave.â
If this had been any other time, Fang Shaohua would most certainly have left immediately.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
In fact, he would have been unwilling to even step into the Sun familyâs home.
He had searched for Sun Jiamu relentlessly, but no one was aware of her location.
Jiamu was already a fourth year undergraduate and she was supposed to be carrying out her internship. However, she did not take on the internship the school recommended for her.
Even Xinxin herself wasnât sure where Jiamu had gone.
âMother, Father, I was in the wrong. I treated Jiamu poorly.â A hint of remorse flashed past Fang Shaohuaâs eyes. âI regret that I didnât treasure her well. Please let her know that I wonât sign the divorce agreement. I will wait for her and continue searching for her. Jiamu is my wife and she will remain so for the rest of my life!â
He then stood up to leave.
Sun Zhiming took in his back view. Frankly, he was a little moved. âShaohua is also a good child. His parents arenât by his side anymore but he still grew up to be outstanding. If anyone else had suffered a false accusation the way he did, they would most definitely have given up. Yet, he successfully became a good businessman in his own right.â
âHe is quite outstanding.â Wang Xinlinâs heart also softened. ââOne would rather tear apart a universe, than to tear apart a marriage.â Should we persuade Jiamu to reconsider?â
âBut sheâs already left on a trip to distract herself from her heartbreak. We donât have any ways of contacting her right now.â Sun Zhiming frowned.
âIn that case, we can only wait for her to return.â Wang Xinlin sighed.
â¦
Although Sun Jiamu had left, she did not travel especially far.
She rented a property with an accompanying yard in a village around two hundred kilometres away from the city centre. The mountains and clear water made for a stunning sight and the villagers were simple but warm people. There were only around thirty households in the village.
The property she rented was located on a mountain. Each day, she only had to walk a short distance to see the sunrise and sunset on the summit.
