11- A Night to Remember

My Possessive Mafia

Blake lay on the carpeted floor in Eleanor's room, rubbing his tummy with a satisfied grin. “I’m so full I won’t be able to move for days,” he joked, his voice muffled by the plush carpet.

Eleanor chuckled as she leaned against her dresser, watching him with amusement. “I told you not to overdo it! But you couldn’t resist all the desserts, could you?”

“Can you blame me?” Blake replied dramatically, rolling onto his side and propping his head up with one hand. “Those cookies were life-changing! You’re a culinary genius, Belle. I’m thinking of petitioning for you to become our personal chef full-time.”

She shook her head, laughing softly. “I think I’d rather stick to cooking for just us. Besides, if I were to cook for a whole mafia, I’d need an industrial kitchen and probably a team of sous chefs.”

“Hey, you never know! You could start a food empire,” Blake teased, playfully waggling his eyebrows. “I’d help you run it. We’d be unstoppable!”

Eleanor smiled, feeling lighter in Blake’s company. It was moments like these that reminded her of the life she had before all the chaos with her father and the mafia world enveloped her.

Just then, the door creaked open, and Alexander stepped in, his presence commanding the room instantly. “What’s going on in here?” he asked, an amused glint in his eyes as he took in the sight of Blake sprawled out on the floor.

“Blake just declared himself my number one fan and future business partner,” Eleanor replied, crossing her arms with a smirk.

Alexander raised an eyebrow, his expression both teasing and serious. “Is that so? I hope you’re not planning on stealing my chef away from me, Blake.”

Blake shot up into a sitting position, hands raised in mock surrender. “No, no! I wouldn’t dream of it! I’m just here to appreciate her talents.”

Eleanor couldn’t help but laugh at their playful banter. It was moments like these that made her feel like they were a family, despite the turmoil surrounding them.

“Speaking of talents,” Alexander continued, his tone shifting slightly as he stepped closer, “you both did an excellent job tonight. The men were impressed. You might just win them over with your cooking skills alone.”

Eleanor’s heart warmed at his compliment. “Thank you. I’m just glad they enjoyed it. I wanted to do something nice for everyone after… everything that’s happened.”

He nodded, his gaze softening as he looked at her. “You did well, Eleanor. But remember, you don’t have to carry the weight of this chaos alone. We’re all in this together.”

She met his eyes, feeling the intensity of his words. “I know, but it’s hard not to feel responsible for everything, especially with my father’s plans looming over us.”

Alexander stepped closer, his voice low and reassuring. “You’re not responsible for Azazel’s actions. You’re here now, and you have us to protect you. We’ll figure this out together.”

Blake, sensing the shift in the atmosphere, jumped to his feet. “Okay, okay! Enough of the serious talk! Let’s watch a movie or something to lighten the mood!” He clapped his hands together, looking between them with a hopeful smile. “I’ll even make popcorn!”

Eleanor smiled, grateful for Blake’s ability to steer them away from heavy topics. “That sounds perfect. What do you think, Alexander?”

“Fine by me,” he replied, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes. “As long as it’s not a rom-com. I have my limits.”

Blake rolled his eyes dramatically. “Fine! No rom-coms. We’ll go for an action movie instead. Something with lots of explosions to keep you entertained.”

Eleanor laughed, the tension in the room easing further as they moved to set up the movie. It felt good to embrace the normalcy, even just for a little while, surrounded by friends who were becoming her chosen family amidst the chaos that surrounded them.

After the movie, Blake headed off to bed, leaving Eleanor alone in the expansive living room of Alexander's estate. She settled into the plush cushions of the couch, her gaze drifting to the vast ocean view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The moonlight danced on the water’s surface, casting shimmering reflections that mirrored the chaos in her heart.

Moments later, Alexander reemerged from the hallway, a fresh towel draped around his shoulders and his hair still damp. The sight of him stirred something deep within her, a mix of longing and uncertainty. He paused for a moment, taking in the sight of her by the windowsill, illuminated by the moonlight. There was a magnetic pull between them, an unspoken connection that neither of them could ignore.

“Enjoying the view?” he asked softly, his voice low and smooth, cutting through the silence.

Eleanor turned to him, forcing a smile despite the emotions swirling inside her. “It’s beautiful,” she replied, though her mind was far from the ocean. “I never thought I’d find a place like this.”

He stepped closer, his presence commanding yet comforting. “You belong here, Eleanor,” he said, his tone shifting, becoming more serious. “You’ve found your way into my world, and I won’t let you go. Not now, not ever.”

Her heart raced at his words, but she fought the urge to lean into him. “Alexander, you don’t understand—”

“No, you’re the one who doesn’t understand,” he interrupted, closing the distance between them. He stood directly in front of her, his gaze locked onto hers with a fierce intensity. “You keep fighting this connection between us, but it’s real. You can’t deny what’s in your heart.”

“Can’t I?” she challenged, though her voice was softer than she intended. “This isn’t just a simple crush or attraction, Alexander. You’re the head of the mafia. You live in a world of danger, and I’m just… I’m just a girl caught in the middle.”

“Stop.” He reached out, gently placing his fingers under her chin, lifting her gaze to meet his. “You’re more than just a girl. You’re the only one who makes me feel human in this ruthless world. I’m not asking you to accept my life blindly; I’m asking you to accept us.”

Eleanor felt her breath hitch as she searched his eyes, seeing the sincerity and desperation that lay within them. “But what if it’s too dangerous? What if you get hurt because of me?”

“I’d rather face the danger with you by my side than live in a world without you.” His voice was raw, filled with a passion that sent shivers down her spine. “I won’t let anything happen to you. You have my word.”

She swallowed hard, torn between fear and the undeniable pull toward him. “You can’t control everything, Alexander. This isn’t just about you or me. It’s about our lives and the risks we take.”

“I know that,” he said, his grip on her chin tightening slightly, his thumb brushing against her cheek. “But you need to trust me. Let go of your fear. You’re fighting against something that’s meant to be, and I won’t let you push me away.”

Eleanor felt her heart racing as his words sank in, their implications resonating deep within her. She could see the resolve in his eyes, the fierce determination that defined him. “And what if I can’t?”

“Then I’ll fight for you. I’ll fight until you realize that we’re stronger together.” His voice softened, and he leaned in closer, their foreheads almost touching. “You belong with me, Eleanor. Let me show you what we could have.”

In that moment, the world outside faded away. All she could see was him, all she could feel was the electricity pulsing between them. She hesitated for a heartbeat, then closed the distance, pressing her lips against his in a tentative yet deep kiss. It was a declaration, a promise that echoed their shared fears and desires.

As their lips moved together, the chaos of their lives melted away, leaving only the warmth of their connection. Eleanor felt herself surrendering to the moment, her heart racing as Alexander deepened the kiss, his hands sliding to her waist, pulling her closer.

In that kiss, she felt the weight of the world lift off her shoulders. She could no longer deny the feelings brewing between them, the fierce connection that refused to be ignored. It was powerful, intoxicating, and just like the ocean outside, it left her breathless.

When they finally pulled away, both gasping for air, Eleanor looked into his eyes, her heart pounding. “I don’t know what this means, but I can’t fight it anymore.”

“Then don’t,” he replied softly, brushing his thumb across her cheek. “Just trust me. Together, we’ll face whatever comes our way.”

Eleanor nodded, feeling a sense of peace wash over her. For the first time, she felt like she could truly let go, surrendering to the depths of her feelings for him.

As their lips parted, the world around them faded into a blur, leaving only the intoxicating electricity of their connection. Without breaking eye contact, Alexander lifted her effortlessly, cradling her against him. She instinctively wrapped her legs around his waist, feeling the strength of his body beneath her as he carried her to his bedroom.

Eleanor's heart raced, a mix of excitement and anticipation surging through her veins. She could feel the heat radiating from him, igniting a fire within her that had long been dormant. As he entered the dimly lit room, he set her down gently but quickly claimed her lips again, this time with a fierce possessiveness that sent shivers down her spine.

“God, I want you,” he murmured against her mouth, his hands gripping her hips as he pressed her against the door, his body a solid wall of desire.

Eleanor gasped at the intensity in his voice, the primal need that resonated between them. She ground herself against him, feeling the evidence of his desire pressed against her. The room felt electric, charged with the weight of their unspoken longing. She could taste the sweetness of his breath, a heady mix of passion and desperation that made her crave him even more.

“Show me,” she whispered, her voice trembling with urgency.

With a low growl of approval, he captured her lips once more, kissing her deeply as if trying to consume every part of her. Their mouths moved together in perfect harmony, a dance of urgency and hunger that left them both breathless. Alexander’s hands roamed her body, exploring every curve and contour, igniting sparks of pleasure wherever he touched her.

He pulled away for a moment, his gaze piercing into hers. “Are you sure?” he asked, the seriousness of his question laced with a primal need.

Eleanor nodded, her heart pounding. “I want this. I want you.”

His eyes darkened with desire, and in one swift movement, he lifted her again, carrying her to the plush bed that awaited them. He laid her down gently, taking a moment to appreciate the sight of her sprawled out before him, the moonlight casting a soft glow on her skin.

“Stay here,” he commanded softly, his voice a low rumble as he stepped back for a moment, watching her with an intensity that made her pulse race.

Eleanor propped herself up on her elbows, feeling the heat of his gaze wash over her. She bit her lip, feeling daring as she beckoned him closer, her body alive with longing. “What are you waiting for?”

With a predatory grace, he moved toward her, climbing onto the bed with an intensity that left her breathless. As he hovered over her, he captured her lips again, this kiss more passionate and consuming than before. Their bodies pressed together, the heat radiating from him engulfing her.

As their kisses grew deeper, more urgent, Alexander’s hands explored her body, deftly removing the layers of clothing that separated them. He kissed a trail down her neck, taking his time to savor every inch of her skin, making her moan in pleasure as he traced a path to her collarbone and then lower.

Eleanor felt herself melting beneath his touch, every caress igniting a fire within her. “Alexander,” she breathed, arching her back as he worshipped her body, kissing and teasing until she could hardly think.

“You’re so beautiful,” he murmured, his voice thick with desire. “I’ve never wanted anyone like this.”

With every word, every touch, he ignited a desire within her that felt primal and overwhelming. She ran her fingers through his hair, pulling him closer as he continued to explore her body, each kiss and caress sending waves of pleasure coursing through her.

“Please,” she gasped, craving more of him, wanting him to take her completely. “I need you.”

He met her gaze, a smirk playing on his lips as he positioned himself between her legs. “You have no idea how long I’ve waited for this,” he whispered, his voice low and gravelly with desire.

With that, he slowly entered her, a low groan escaping his lips as he felt her warmth envelop him. Eleanor gasped, her eyes rolling back as she felt him fill her completely. The sensation was overwhelming, a mix of pleasure and a deep, aching need that left her breathless.

“Hold on to me,” he instructed, his voice steady as he began to move, each thrust deliberate and deep. He captured her lips again, kissing her with a possessive hunger that left her wanting more.

Eleanor wrapped her legs around him, urging him to go deeper, to fill her completely. She could feel the tension building within her, the connection between them igniting into a blazing inferno. “Alexander, please,” she moaned, feeling herself teetering on the edge of ecstasy.

He responded to her pleas with urgency, his movements becoming faster, more frantic. “That’s it, love. Let go,” he murmured, his voice a low growl in her ear as he drove them both closer to the brink.

Every thrust brought her closer to the edge, their bodies moving in perfect harmony, lost in the rhythm of their passion. She felt the heat building, the tension coiling tighter and tighter within her until she could hardly stand it.

“Almost there,” he whispered, his breath hot against her skin as he pushed them both higher, their connection more powerful than either of them had ever known.

With one final thrust, the tension shattered, sending waves of pleasure coursing through her. Eleanor cried out, her body arching beneath him as she succumbed to the overwhelming sensations, her vision blurring as bliss overtook her.

“Eleanor,” he groaned, the sound reverberating through her as he found his own release, burying himself deep within her, their bodies entwined in a perfect union.

They collapsed together, breathless and spent, their hearts racing in sync as they reveled in the aftermath of their lovemaking. Alexander pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her as they lay together, the weight of the world slipping away as they savored the intimacy they had shared.

In that moment, all doubts faded, leaving only the warmth of their connection. Eleanor nestled against him, feeling safe and cherished in his embrace, knowing that whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together.
