Chapter 25

Dušica's P.O.V.

I woke up with Mia laying next to me and Charlie on my legs. She is my best friend but it's not secret I would love someone else to be there.

I sighed and take Charlie from my legs and placed him on bed carefully, not to wake him up.

I walked into bathroom and looked myself in mirror while leaning on sink. My hair was messy, face without any pimple, but my lips looks a little dry.

I saw Mia entering bathroom through mirror and immediately smiled.

"Morning" I said and she stop dead on her track.

"Did last night was just a dream?" she asked with raised eyebrow and i shook my head.

"Damn!"

I took my toothbrush and gave other one to her. We started brushing our teeth without saying anything else.

She stopped and took her brush out. She spit water out and stared at me through the mirror.

"You realize that we, two best friends, are in love with them, two other best friend" she asked with smile.

Seriously, I didn't even think about this!

"Damn, you are right!"

"Babe this is like multiple goals!" she said and I burst out laughing, almost choking myself to death with water in my mouth.

She laughed at my reaction and tapped my back. When we finished with laughing we walked downstairs at kitchen to eat breakfast.

"Hey girls" I greeted when we walked in and five of them was eating.

"Good morning"

They immediately got up and gave us plates.

"Thank you" I said with smile when we sat down and ate.

"We didn't ask yesterday, how was the game?" Miranda asked.

"It was amazing, we won" I said and smiled at them.

"Yeah, game was lit" Mia added and they nodded.

"We didn't even think something else would happen" Natasha said with big smile.

We talked all time, but suddenly rung of bell interrupted us.

"I'll get it" Charlotte said and got up.

I had no idea who this could be. It's only 10 in the morning and I usually sleep in this time. Soon Charlotte come back with my mom following her.

"Oh hey mom" I said and got up to greet her with kiss.

"Hi honey" she said and then saw Mia sitting there "Oh good morning Mia, it's nice seeing you here"

"Good morning Zoe" Mia said and kissed her as well.

"So, what are you doing here mom?"

"I came to tell you that you have flight for three hours from now. You are not going to use your private jet, you are going with one of our so you should get ready."

"I have what?" I didn't know anything about this!

"Flight. You are going to Paris" she said like that was the simplest thing to say and sat down.

"Wait. You are actually telling me just now that I am going to have 15 hours long flight for just three hours from now!?" and she just nodded.

I sighed deeply and rolled my eyes "Okay, how long am I staying?"

"Week. You are coming on Saturday"

"What about school?" I asked but I didn't really care about it.

"Don't worry about that." she said and waved her hand. "By the way, someone of our partner is going to travel with you, I don't know who." she added and I nodded.

"Why am I even going there anyway?" I asked with raised eyebrow.

"We have some meetings and your dad and I can't get on time everything there and here so"

"Okay, whatever. I'll just gonna get shower and get ready then" I said and got up.

"Did you talk with Sam last night?" mom asked me with smirk.

I turned around and saw Mia was looking at me and mom back and forth.

"She knows?" Mia asked.

"Of course I know honey, I am her mother"

"We didn't get chance to actually talk. But I will talk to her when I come back." I said and she nodded.

I run to my room and went straight to bathroom. I took quick shower and dressed most comfortable outfit I could find.

When I walked out, Mia and mom was packing my suitcase.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Helping you! You were inside for hour! And we didn't let maids to do this." Mia said and mom nodded.

"What did you pack?"

"Some business suits, and simple clothes" mom shrugged and closed it.

"Okay" I said and looked at Charlie that was looking at me sadly "Can I take him?"

"If you want. But, I don't know how he is going to handle flight. Maybe it's better for him to stay"

"Yeah, probably" I said sadly and kneeled down and he immediately ran towards me "Sorry buddy, but it's just a week. Girls will take good care of you" I said and played with him a little.

"Did you saw somewhere my headphones?"

"You left them in closet" Mia said and I hurried there an took them.

I took few books and put them in my bag and one i am going to read on plane.

"You should get going" mom said and I nodded.

We walked out of room and Jonathan came and took my luggage. I told my goodbyes and walked outside in car.

Mom was on verge of crying and I needed to roll my eyes.

"Mom for god's sake, I am not going to war!" I said and Mia giggled.

"I know I know" she said and kissed me.

I hugged Mia and whispered at her ear "Talk to Lena".

"Will do" she said when we pulled away.

"Bye" I winked and climbed in car.

Willy was driving as always and Jonathan was already sitting on passenger seat. We chatted all the way towards airport. They put my luggage inside and I hugged them for good bye.

It was 10 minutes before 1 when I come inside. It was really nice and comfy.

"Hello Ms. Nikolić, nice seeing you again" Jonas, one of our pilots said when he saw me. Behind him were two air hostesses and his co-pilot.

"Nice seeing you all again as well" I said with smile and sat down at one of armchairs that was facing entrance.

This was one of my favourite planes. Two armchairs were at right side and one furniture was on other.

I turned armchair a little and it was now completely facing entrance.

It was already 1:10 and person was late! I groaned and took one of books I packed. How can she or he, whatever be late!? Just when I thought about it someone walked in.

"You are late" I said without looking up from book.

"Dušica?"

Oh my god! That voice!

"Sam?" I said even before looking up.

She looked at me with frown "You are the one who is coming with me to Paris?"

"I guess so" I said with smile "Why? You wanted someone else?"

"Nah" she said and sat down on armchair opposite of me "This is perfectly fine by me"

Oh, I wish you know how perfect this is with me. So I have week alone with her in Paris! Can you imagine this!? If I planned it, it wouldn't be any more better. I have time to confess her everything. Damn, I become even more nervous now.

"Well, even if it's not, you are stuck with me now" I said and winked at her which made her smile.

"What are you reading?" she asked while looking at book that was now in my lap.

"Before I fall" I said with smile "it's really beautiful book"

"You love reading?" she asked with smile and I nodded.

"Yes. I love it since I was little. It calms me. What about you?"

We heard pilot telling us it's time to leave and we needed to put on our seatbelts.

"I love it too. I am more like sci-fi person"

"Same, I love sci-fi as well. What's your fave book?"

"Oh, there is really a lot" she said "but I loved Hunger games really much. And you"

"Hunger games are dope, as well as Harry Potter but my favourite is definitely The thousand floor" I said with smile.

"I didn't read that" she frowned.

"You really should"

"Will do" she said with smile.

I pulled my phone and quickly texted Mia.

- You won't believe me when I tell you who is the person with me! -

But before I could even put my phone away she answered back.

- Who? -

- One and only. Sam fucking Mett! - I answered with smile and put my phone down.

"There is something I want to ask you" Sam said and I looked at her.

"Sure, ask anything you wanna know"

She really seemed nervous as hell. She stared fidgeting and looking away from me.

"Sam, you can tell me everything" I said and got up from my seat, walking towards her.

She looked at me confused but I just unlocked her seatbelt and pulled her up with me. I leaded her to furniture and we sat there facing each other.

"Okay, so" she started and looked through mirror "there is one person that really caught my attention"

The way she said person made me really curious.

"Person?" I asked and she looked at me and bit her lip.

"Guy. There is a guy that I might fall in love with" she said and I felt my heart broke into millions pieces.

I gulped hard and looked away, fighting my tears back by butting my lip.

"I know him for too short, but I still managed to fall in love with him. And I don't know what to do because I don't know if he even notice me in that way." she said and sighed "I never felt this happy in my life"

So she loves him that much, huh? All my hopes just destroyed and drowned like Titanic. Here I was thinking this will be best week in my life but that was destroyed with fee simple sentences. But she is happy, right? She said she is. And her happiness coming first. I swear if that bastard ever hurt her I am going to kill him, without even blinking.

"If you love him, and if he makes you happy you should just tell him how you feel. After all you have nothing to lose. If he reject you, it's his loss not yours" I said and shrugged.

"You really think that?" she asked with big smile.

"Yeah" I nodded and forced smile.

I got up and walked to armchair. She was looking through window so lost in her thoughts that she probably didn't even notice me getting up. She probably think about him and how much she loves him. Ugh! Kill me. I took my phone and saw that Mia has answered my message.

- Bloody hell! No way!? You are going to be in Paris with her all alone for week, you need to do something -

-She just told me she is in love with some guy - I replied quickly.

-GUY! - I sent another message.

- G-U-Y! That's person with fucking dick! Which by the way, if you didn't know, I DON'T HAVE! - I typed and put my phone away.

I looked over to Sam and she almost fall asleep. Damn, she looked so beautiful, literally flawless. I sighed and got up.

"Hey" I said and pinched her cheek.

She looked at me with that beautiful blue eyes of hers and I immediately melted.

"Hi" she said with smile which would made me laugh if I wasn't so upset.

"You look really tired, you should go to room and sleep there. I don't want you to have backache." I said softly.

"What about you?" she asked.

"I'm fine" I said and helped her up. "Ellen!?" I called for one of girls and she immediately come to us.

"Yes Miss?"

"Show Sam her room" I said and she nodded.

Once they left I sat back and put headphones on, then kept reading my book finally letting my tears out.

Sam's P.O.V.

This girl leaded me to bedroom and then left. Truth is, I really was tired and this is 15 hours long flight after all. We were in air for only hour now and I better sleep and be ready to tell her everything when we land down. I could tell her now but I want to do make it little romantic. I lay on bed and smiled.

When mom told me that I'm going to Paris this morning, I was completely surprised and shocked. But can you imagine my surprise when I saw Dušica inside this airplane!? I can't believe I will be away with her for whole fucking week! I am so so so happy right now.

I needed to tell her that I love someone, but I was too scared to say that the person is actually girl. She told me to go for it if that makes me happy, and that's exactly what I am going to do. I'll make her mine once we came in Paris.

I closed my eyes and soon drift off to sleep with big smile on my face.

I slowly opened my eyes and saw on wall watch that it's already 11pm. Holy shit, I was sleeping for 10 full hours! We will be there for less than five hours.

I quickly got up and rubbed my eyes. I walked out of room and went towards middle of airplane.

When I came there my heart completely melted. Dušica was sleeping on same place were I left her before. Her legs were up and book still on them. She has her big headphones on and smile was on her face. She let me go and sleep at bad and she slept here whole time!

I wanted to put her to bed because she will be in so much pain when she wake up, but she was way too cute to be roughly awaken now. So I slowly took away book from her lap and place it on little table that was near.

I put one hand under her knees and other around her neck and carefully, not to wake her, get her up carrying her bridal style towards the room. She snuggled even closer to me and I couldn't help but smile and kiss top of her head.

I opened door and placed her on bed. I tucked strand of her hair behind her ear and kissed her forehead.

I know I probably sound like some creep but I was really enjoying watching her sleep.

For next four and half hour I didn't do anything than sitting and watching through the mirror. I should wake up Dušica already because we are lending for 10 minutes.

I walked towards room and find her still peacefully sleeping. I sat on edge of bad and gently shook her.

"Hey, baby wake up" I said and it was like that word naturally slipped out of my mouth.

"Just little more, please" she whined and turned around, laying on her back.

I couldn't help but laugh at her.

"Don't laugh" she mumbled but I could see smile crept on her face.

"Okay then" I said and got up, placing my arms on bed and placed butterflies kisses all over her cheek.

She giggled and did something I really didn't expect. She took me by waist and pulled me down so now I was literally laying on top of her.

"Oops" she mumbled with smirk.

My eyes went wide and I didn't get what was going on when she flipped us over and now she was on top of me. My heart started beating so fast and loud, I was sure she could hear it.

"You should know that it's never good idea to wake me up" she said and looked around "Wait, what am I doing in bed. You was the one who slept here" she was so confused and that made me laugh my ass off.

"It's not funny! I don't remember coming here" she said and got up.

"Yeah, when I woke up you was sleeping on that armchair so I just decide to bring you here"

"Wait, you actually carried me?" she asked and I nodded with big smile.

She covered her face in embarrassment and I got up from bed.

"Come on, you are not that heavy" I said and rolled my eyes.

"That!?" she asked and put her hands away.

Uh-oh, this is so not good!

"I was just kidding" I said and pulled her towards door. "We are lending soon" I said, trying to change topic.

"I know" she said laughingly.

We sat down and put seatbelts on. Soon, we was on land and I knew this is the moment I have been waiting for and I need to do this.

Dušica's P.O.V.

I still can't believe she actually carried me to bedroom! Anyway, since we left that room she is acting completely different, she seems so nervous and I can't put my fingers on it!

Anyway, we have just landed and she is still nervous wreck.

"Are you okay?" I asked her when we walked out.

"Y-Yeah" she said and didn't even look at me.

"That doesn't sound so convincing to me" I said and took her hand before she could get in car.

"I'm fine. Can we - um, like take a walk before going to hotel they reserved for us?" she asked nervously.

"Um yeah, there are two car ready for us and we will just send one of them to take our luggage to hotel" I said and that was exact thing we did.

I sat on driver seat of one of Lamborghini and Sam sat on passenger's seat. Two bodyguards were in black SUV and they drove away towards hotel.

"Where do you wanna go?" I asked her and she just shrugged.

Something is definitely wrong! I sighed and pull gas. It was 11pm here and city lights were completely beautiful.

"City of lights indeed" I said while looking around.

"It always left me speechless" she comment in awe.

"Same" I said while looking at her.

I need to stop this! I need to push this feelings away! She is happy with someone else and that's how it is. I sighed and kept driving.

Soon, I stopped driving and walked away from car. She followed closely and we started walking down little streets.

"Where are we actually?" she asked and I just smiled.

"You will see it soon"

And indeed soon they were on some kinda of little hill that was looking at Eiffel tower.

"Wow" she breathed out and looked at it "It looks even more beautiful from here."

"It's calmer and just because there is actually no lights here, it makes it even more beautiful looking at it" I said.

"You remember what I told you in plane today?" she asked suddenly, breaking the silence that fall over us.

"About you being in love?" I asked and my mood immediately changed for 100 percents.

"Yeah. And well uh, that boy" she started and turned to face me "he isn't exactly a boy"

"What!?" I asked way too shocked.

"He is actually the most beautiful girl I have ever met. Girl is the person who made me fall in love. She is someone who broke all my walls " she said and took step closer, our bodies almost touching.

I couldn't calm myself right now, my heart was beating as fast as it could! My palms become sweaty and I almost forgot how to breath.

"I hope I won't regret this" she said and put her hands on my waist pulling me closer to her.

I felt her breath on my skin and I swear if it wasn't for her who was holding me, I would faint a long time ago.

She leaned closer and I just stood there totally frozen. I didn't know what to do or say! I never expected something like this to happen!

She brushed her lips over mine and then she kissed me. Sam Mett has just fucking kissed me! Her lips were so soft and just perfect.

In one moment I felt something salty on my lips. It was tears and it definitely wasn't mine! Sam pulled away and this is actually first time I saw her cry. My heart broke into million pieces once again. She looked at me and started running away. That's when I realized I actually didn't kiss her back! I was too shocked and surprised to do and say anything at that moment. I was just enjoying her lips over mine that I totally forgot to kiss her back.

"Stupid idiot!" I said to myself and started running after her "Sam! Sam, wait up!"

Sam's P.O.V.

I can't fucking believe what have I just done! Where did I even get that idea she might like me and even kiss me back!? She could have everyone she wants, why would she even want me?

I just can't get over the feeling of her lips against mine and her body close to mine.

I felt tears running down my face while running but I didn't bother to wipe them. I also heard her calling my name but I didn't want her pity! I didn't want to her that she wants to be just friend.

I looked around and noticed that I was literally in front of Eiffel tower! I didn't stop running though but suddenly someone griped my arm and turned me around. I was ready to yell at person but when I saw that so familiar golden orbs I stopped dead on my track.

She was breathing heavily and I could already hear her telling me that so famous "I love you too, but only as a friend and I don't want to ruin it" speech. But instead I got simple sentence which I really didn't expect her to tell me.

"I hope you didn't regret it" she said and pulled me into her kissing me without letting me say anything. I just closed my eyes and enjoy the moment.

Eruption of butterflies! Stampede of animals! Fireworks! That all was going in my stomach now.

I slowly brought my hands to hers cheek and cupped them softly. She pulled me even closer and licked my bottom lip, asking for entrance which I gladly permit. Our lips started moving in sync like they were dancing with each other.

We were kissing like there is no tomorrow. We were kissing like we are the only people on this world. Kiss was passionate but still full of lust. I have never experience anything like this in my life. I felt loved!

We pulled away, both of us panting for air. She smiled and leaned her forehead on mine, still not letting go of me.

"I love you too" she whispered and my heart started beating like crazy! "I love you for awhile now and me, myself am afraid of how strong my love towards you has become for this short time"

She feel the same way! She fucking feel the same way as I do! I couldn't say anything so I just pulled her into hug. She hugged me tightly like she was afraid that all of this might disappear if she let go.

"I love you" she mumbled into my ear.

"I love you too" I said without even questioning it.
