Eres Academy :School of The Royal and The Rich
[Sorry for the typos. I'm quite busy rn.]
Paige.
"Make sure you bring her here again ok?" Billy said to Blake.
It's already morning and Blake and I need to head back to Campus just like our other batch-mates.
Blake frowned. "She has plans of her own."
"But Becky and Bobby needs to meet her too!" Billy complained.
Blake's expression immediately became scared at the mention of his elder sisters names. "There's no need for that."
"Hmmp." Billy rolled her eyes then faced me. "Good luck with your studies." She hugged me.
Blake scowled and left for the door but Billy gripped on his hand making him stop from leaving. She gave him a big warm hug.
"You sure you don't want to stay for breakfast?"
"No we need to be back at campus before noon."
"Oh fine." She squeezed his cheeks. "Take care Blakey."
I laughed at Blake's expression.
Billy gave me a hug aswell and bade us goodbye as we walked towards Blake's car. We silently entered and Blake drove out of the his mansion's estate.
Billy waved at us as we exited the main gates. I waved back. Once we got back on the road I rested my back on my seat. I yawned softly since I had to wake early, the campus is hours away so we needed to get on the road as early as possible.
The drive was silent. I closed my eyes and leaned my head on the window. Blake as usual had his arm rested on his window and the other on the wheel. I tried to recall last night.
Was what he said a confession? I sighed. Why is my life getting more and more complicated? Nothing seems to be clear anymore.
I just closed my eyes and went to sleep.
My eyes opened when I felt a tap on my shoulder. "Huh?"
"Get up." Blake said in a husky tone. Probably since it's morning.
I sat up. "Are we at campus already?" I looked outside my window. My eyebrows scrunched when I realized that we were at a café shop.
"What are we doing here?" I asked.
Blake took off his seatbelt. "Breakfast."
"Oh."
I took off my seatbelt aswell and followed him out of the car. I immediately felt the cool morning air against my skin. It was refreshing.
I was wearing a designer shirt and shorts that Billy lent me since I arrived at their place in my beach clothes. While Blake just wore a hoodie and shorts.
We entered the café, there were only a few people. I formed in line to the cashier and Blake went behind me.
I suddenly heard giggling so I turned around. I frowned when I saw 5 high school girls in line behind Blake and giving him the googly eyes. Blake seemed like he doesn't care about the bunch of girls giggling behind him.
If Blake doesn't mind then why should I? I turned back to my front. The guy infront of me still isn't done ordering.
Excuse me sir, could you please make it faster? Of course I don't want to be rude so I just kept it to myself.
I subconsciously smiled when he left because finally I can eat!
"Hi!"
My eyebrows furrowed when I heard one of the girls behind Blake talk. I turned to them and found the girls introducing themselves to Blake. Blake raised his eyebrow at them.
"I'm Mia." One of the girls with a thick coat of liptint said. Her friends behind her were quietly squealing and pinching each other. "Me and my girls are wondering if we could be friends."
Blake may not look like it but I'm sure that he's annoyed by them. Maybe I should make him find us a table. But before I could say that he looked at the girls.
"No."
I covered my mouth so that the girls wouldn't hear my laugh. Their faces look so pathetic.
I turned to the cashier who looks as if she's just woken up.
"Good morning." I greeted.
"What's your order?" She asked lazily.
Is this how they treat customers?
I forgot to ask Blake about what he wants. "Wait a sec." I turned to Blake. "What do you want?"
Blake crossed his arms and went closer to the cashier to read the menu.
I raised my eyebrow when I saw the cashier lady immediately straighten her posture and fix her hair and now smiling from ear to ear.
"Good morning sir!" She said enthusiastically. "What would you like?"
Blake raised his eyebrow at her. He must've noticed her instant enthusiasm aswell.
"Sir?" The cashier lady repeated. "What would you like?"
"Her." My eyes widened when Blake pointed to me.
"Ask her." Blake said.
The cashier lady blinked. She looked at me then at Blake with confusion.
I don't know why but I felt a small smile for on my lips.
"I'll find us a table." Blake said before leaving the line.
I turned back to the cashier who looks somewhat shocked. I gave her a sweet smile and said our orders. Afterwards, a waiter followed me to the table where Blake was sitting on.
Good thing that the waiter this time was a boy so he didn't have to give Blake the googly eyes that almost all the girls here are giving.
I sat down across Blake who was playing something on his phone.
The waiter placed down our breakfast. I got some banana pancakes and a slice of blueberry cheesecake and some hot chocolate while I got Blake some Belgian waffles, sausage and eggs and coffee.
I didn't know what he liked but he ate it anyway. I started eating my breakfast aswell.
I took a bite of my pancakes. Gosh it's so delicious.
I frowned when I noticed Blake looking at me while I was chewing. I swallowed my food and looked at him.
"What are you looking at?"
"Isn't that too much?" He eyed my plate. "No wonder you're chubby."
"So." I glared at him. "You got a problem with what I eat?"
He chuckled at shook his head.
"Then do you have a problem with me being chubby?" I crossed my arms and raised my brow at him.
"No." He sipped on his coffee. "You know what I think?"
"What?" I urged him to continue.
"I think you look like a chipmunk." He laughed.
"What the hell?!" I glared at him. First a puppy now a chipmunk. How many more animals is this guy going to describe me as?!
"So do you generally have a problem with people who are chubby?" I crossed my arms and raised my brow. "For your information, One thing I hate the most is body shaming, because I believe that each body is unique and all bodies are beautiful." I held my chin up as I said that.
I expected him to be in awe of my speech but he looked as if he wanted to burst out laughing.
"I never said I had a problem with chubby people." He chuckled. "I actually think it's cute."
And just like as if I was splashed with cold water. "Oh." Was all I could muster. I feel embarrassed, But atleast I got to empower myself by saying those words. I took another bite of my cheesecake and chewed it.
"You're cute."
I immediately stopped chewing. Blake looked me straight in the eye. I felt my cheeks heat up.
"Whatever." I just said and drank from my hot chocolate. I could still feel my cheeks heated up, hopefully Blake doesn't notice.
Blake went back to eating his food.
This time, I watched him as he took a bite from his sausage.
He looked up from his plate and found me starring at him.
"What?"
I chuckled. That was usually my line, it feels good seeing the tables turn.
I leaned closer to the table and rested my hands on the table.
"You were quite mean to those girls a while ago at the cashier line."
Blake leaned back on his seat. "So?"
"You said you didn't want to be friends with them." I pointed out. "You were quite harsh."
He frowned. "Then what's wrong with not wanting to be friends with a bunch of random girls?"
"Nothing." I sipped on my hot chocolate. "But when I asked to be friends with you, you said no." I eyed him. "So you don't want to be my friend aswell?"
"That's correct." He nodded. "I don't want to be your friend."
"Yeah right." I rolled my eyes. Typical Blake and his attitude.
I scrunched my forehead when he looked me straight in the eye.
"I want something more than that."
My heart thudded fast. I instantly became speechless. What am I suppose to say?
I just kept silent and played with my fingers under the table. I could still feel Blake's eyes on me.
"Lets go." He suddenly stood up from his seat. He didn't yet finish his food and so did I but somehow I lost my appetite.
I stood up and followed him out the door. I didn't anymore mind the stares of people as we exited.
We rode into his car and we went back to our route back to Campus.
We were surrounded by an awkward atmosphere. I kept my hands crossed and I kept my eyes on the rode. I can't bear to steal a glance at him.
I tried to sleep but I couldn't.
After a while, the grand gates of campus came into view, when we entered the familiar trees and buildings showed up. Soon we arrived at the square, it was already filled with many students from other year levels.
Blake parked the car infront of my dorm building, I spotted other cars park aswell. Must be the other students from the outing.
I felt my neck stiffen, probably because I've just been looking at one direction for about an hour.
When Blake stopped his engine, I started taking off my seatbelt. My hands were clumsy so I found a hard time taking it off. I suddenly stopped when I sensed Blake looking at me.
"I meant what I said last night Paige." I heard his deep voice say.
My eyes widened when I heard him say my name for the first time, We've been together for quite some time but he's never called me by my name. I felt my heart beating faster and faster.
I gave up on my seatbelt and just cross my arms and lay my back on the seat. As much as I want to leave, I want to hear what he has to say.
"I meant every word." He said in a serious tone.
I squeezed my eyes shut. "Everyday you confuse me more and more." One day he'd be insulting me, stepping on my shoes, hitting a ball on my head. Never have I thought that we would come to this. And what's worse is that, I don't know how I feel about him.
"Well let me make myself clear to you." He looked at me. "I like you."
My body instantly froze upon hearing what he said. My heart was hammering out my chest and I felt myself shaking.
"I-uh." I stuttered. I couldn't seem to make words form out my mouth. As time went by, I knew that Blake and I were getting a connection, I just never anticipated that it'll ever lead to this.
"You don't have to answer me now."
I exhaled and nodded.
He bit his lip. "Just let me prove it to you."
"Ok." I said in almost a whisper.
Afterwards I opened the door and got out of the car. I saw Khrysie coming out of her car eyeing me. I don't have time to think of her.
I walked towards my room and sat down on the couch, trying to process everything.
Blake likes me. the thought replayed in my brain.
Why am I this shocked? Everyone's been telling me, but hearing it from him gives a different affect.
I was so lost in thought that I didn't notice Aicko entering the room.
"Hey!" She clapped her hands infront of my face making me jump in surprise.
"God." I held my chest.
"How's your foot?" She eyed my bandaged foot.
I looked at it. "It's pretty good, Blake's sister stitched it up nicely."
"Woah!" Aicko exclaimed. "You met his sister?! What is this meeting the family?" She laughed.
I frowned. "Of course not, she just happened to be a med student."
"Whatever you say Paige." She giggled.
I rolled my eyes and looked out the window. My thoughts are just so mixed up right now.
"What are you thinking huh?" Aicko raised her eyebrow. She had her suitcase and mine behind her.
"What?!" I shook my head. "Nothing."
"Hmmm lets just pretend that I believe you." She laughed.

"Paige hurry!" Aicko called.
"Wait a sec!" I called back. Look at this roommate of mine, when she takes too long to get ready which is all the time except for today, no one complains but when I for some reason woke up late and for once in a life time took longer to finish than her, I get scolded.
I continued tying my hair up in a bun, I suddenly remembered a flashback of looking at this same mirror with my hair jet black. Well for goodness sake it wore off after a day, and I'm ever thankful for my blonde hair.
After I finished tying it, I wore my blue blazer on top of my blouse and went to Aicko, we raced going to the parking lot.
Aiden said that we could ride in his car today, guess he won't be jogging to school today.
Once I got to the parking lot, I immediately spotted Ice his car. I ran to it and Aicko walked slowly after me since she was on the phone with someone.
"Good morning Peggy." Aiden greeted me as I opened the car door to the shot gun seat.
I sat down comfortably and fixed my necktie. "Morning Ugly!"
"Hey!" I frowned when he ruffled my hair with his hand. "I just fixed it!" I punched him on the shoulder and tried fixing my messy hair.
He laughed. "Morning mood swings huh."
"Whatever." I stuck my tongue at him.
My eyes lit up when he handed me a paper bag. "What's this?"
The second I opened it, I immediately smelled the bagel and hot chocolate inside. My eyes widened and I looked at Aiden. "Hot chocolate!?" I asked excitedly.
"Your favorite." Aiden smiled.
"Aww thanks!" I opened it and started sipping on it, Aicko and I didn't yet have breakfast since we both had to go to school early, she has a student council meeting, I have a science project.
"How bout me?" Aicko entered the back seat.
"Here." Aiden handed her another paper bag.
"Thanks Andi." She laughed.
Am I the only one who doesn't call him that?

"Lets talk about Political issue No.7" Our teacher discussed.
It was my first period and Blake was miraculously behave behind me.
I kept feeling unexplainable emotions when close to him. I shook my head and just jotted down notes to divert my attention.
Many chairs in our class are vacant because all of the Royals that are heir to the throne have their exclusive classes. That's why I couldn't see Kile and the others.
________________
"Yes thankyou." Eloise thanked the librarian after giving her back her library card.
I smiled at the librarian and followed Eloise inside the library. I silently waved at Aicko and Shari when I spotted them in one of the tables.
"What's up." Aicko said without looking up at us. She and Shari were working on a 3D sculpture. Probably for art class.
Eloise and I sat down and I pulled out a book that I'm currently reading.
"Paige what's our next class again?" Shari asked.
"Huh?" I looked up at her.
My eyes widened when I saw the person who came inside the library pass behind her.
"Paige?" Shari called.
I brought my attention back to her. "Oh yeah?"
"Next class?"
"Uhmm.." I tried to recall. "Arts."
"Ok ok thanks." Shari nodded and continued working on her and Aicko's art sculpture.
I brought my eyes back on the person who's seated on another table behind Shari.
I never knew that he actually hangs out here.
I eyed Blake, he was alone sitting on the table by the corner, and what's weird is that he's reading a book.
I watched him as his eyes read the book and as he flipped the pages not bringing his face up. So focused. I raised my eyebrow. Wow it looks like he's actually reading, I never knew that he likes to read.
I leaned a bit closer to try to see what title of the book he's reading.
20,000 leagues under the sea.
I laughed, he looks really interested in it huh. I loved the book, Me and Aiden used to read it back when we were young.
I pulled out my phone and texted him.
To: Jerk
Wow you read.
I watched him as his phone buzzed and he looked up at me.
From: Jerk
Cool right.
I chuckled.
To: Jerk
That's a nice book, better finish it.
From: Jerk
I've already finished it.
I frowned.
To: Jerk
You've finished it already?
From: Jerk
Of course.
I eyed him from the other table. He was looking right at me.
I went back to my phone.
To: Jerk
Liar you can't finish a book that fast?
From: Jerk
Easy.
I just look at the pictures.
What the hell! I glared at him and he was smirking at me from the other table.
I kept my phone and continued reading my book. After Aicko and Shari finished we decided to head back to class.
I got shocked when I ran into Ned outside the library doors. I was about to greet him when he spoke.
"Can we talk?"
"Uh." I wonder what he wants to talk about. "Ok wait a sec." I turned to Aicko and the girls. "You girls go ahead, I'll follow."
Aicko looked at Ned and at me. "Oh ok." She nodded and they left to their next classrooms.
I faced Ned. "What do you want to talk about?"
Ned fixed his glasses. "Did you tell Khrystyna to have a date with me?" He sounded annyoyed by saying Khrysie's name.
Oh my gosh. I restrained myself from laughing. I suddenly remembered the dare I gave Khrysie before at Blake's villa. I thought she didn't do it and I for one, totally forgot about it.
"Uhmm..." I gave Ned a small smile. "I didn't think that she'd take it seriously."
Ned frowned. "Ugh!" He said in frustration. "Now she won't stop following me and asking me to teach her how to play chess."
"Really?" My eyes widened. "She does that?" I laughed.
"Please tell her to stop." Ned pleaded. "I hate being around other people."
"You gotta get out of your shell Ned." I honestly told him. "And maybe teaching her to play chess for once wouldn't kill you."
He sighed.
I tapped his shoulder. "See you around Ned."
I entered my next class and found Aiden sitting again in his chair drawing something.
I checked my time table. We have 2 hours vacant since our teachers are in a meeting.
I strode to his seat, there he was looking outside the window again. Drawing whatever he sees interesting.
"How's your scope for imagination?" I sat on his chair's arm rest.
He looked up at me. "Hey Peggy."
"You got food?" I pouted.
He eyed me.
"Please I didn't have lunch today coz I was busy with studies." I reasoned. "Friends give you food but best friends eat your food."
He laughed at me and then handed me his bag.
I opened it and found a sandwich. "Hehe thanks." I bit on it. "You made this?"
"Of course."
I laughed and munched on it.
He went back to sketching.
I sat down on a vacant chair behind his even though it wasn't mine. I looked outside the window sill. There must be a reason why Aiden loves looking out here and drawing things.
Indeed there was a nice view of hills and trees. I looked at the other side of the building that's adjacent to this classroom.
"Andi!"
I turned to one of Aiden's girl classmates.
"Lets do some jamming." She said.
Aiden like the good boy that he is, smiled and agreed.
"Wanna join?" He asked me.
I raised my brow. "You know I don't sing."
"Suit yourself." He laughed.
He hid his drawing inside his notebook and walked towards the back of the room to get his guitar.
"Come here." The girls called him.
I watched as he took a seat and strummed his guitar, he started singing making the girls blush.
Aiden hates being disturbed when drawing, but he's just too kind to say no to people so he does what he's told. I scoffed. But why is it when I disturb him in his drawing sessions, he shushes me.
I rolled my eyes and sat on his chair which is now unoccupied.
I curiously eyed his notebook. He would kill me if I take a look at his sketches, but my curiosity's killing me. I sneaked a peak at Aiden, he was already singing and one of his band mates, Josh, I think that's his name is already playing the drums. Their jamming makes students in different year levels take a peak at the classroom windows to hear it.
Since Aiden wouldn't notice, I took a sneak peak at the paper hidden in his notebook.
I expected to see him sketch, maybe the green hills, or the city lights by the far view of his window sill.
My forehead scrunched when I saw the building of the classroom adjacent to this one.
The sketch just had the building and the big window sill, it looked unfinished but that's not what bothered me. What bothered me was that I've known Aiden for a long time, and he doesn't sketch buildings, he's more into scenery. It's just weird seeing him draw a building with nothing that special to it, just a window sill.
I turned to the window and saw the building, it was the First section's classroom. I could clearly see Khrysie and her girls talking to each other, I spotted Eloise by the back side of her room reading a book. Since their window is too clear gives me a clear vision of what's happening inside.
But non of that explains why Aiden would draw it. Maybe he's into buildings now I guess.
"Paige!"
I turned to the door of the room and saw Aicko leaning on it. She beckoned me to come closer.
I approached her. "What?"
"Let's stroll the school." She sounded excited. "Vacant time makes me bored."
"Ok." I agreed, I have nothing to do either way.
Shari joined us and the three of us walked around school. We went to Eloise's classroom on the other end of the school and she joined us.
The four of us took walked around the school grounds.
Suddenly my eyes widened when I heard a gun shot.
I turned to Aicko. "Rebels?!"
The three of them looked at me.
I frowned when they burst out laughing.
"Oh Paige." Aicko laughed. "Don't be too paranoid."
"Then what else would you guys want me to think?" I crossed my arms. "That was a gunshot."
Shari laughed. "We know."
"Those are just the Princes having their shooting lessons." Elosie said.
"Shooting?" I'm confused.
"Oh here we'll show you." Aicko pulled my hand and dragged me to the shooting field.
They were right, the shooting field is a distance away from the school, when we arrived, there were some Princes, holding rifles and shooting at their target.
"Ooh there's Kile." Aicko pointed.
I spotted Kile, he had a long rifle in his hand and aimed it at the target.
"Ooh lets bet if Kile's gonna hit bulls eye." Aicko said.
Shari smiled. "I'm in."
"I don't know." Eloise said looking at Kile. "Kile's really good at these things."
"Paige wanna bet?" Aicko asked.
"Uh maybe I'll just watch."
"Fine, Shari lets just bet." Aicko said.
While Shari and Aicko started betting, I kept my eyes on Kile while he angled his rifle, he closed his right eye and pulled the trigger. An echoing sound of a gunshot filled the field.
Bullseye.
"Yes! I win!" Aicko cheered.
Shari frowned. "You forced me to bet that he won't hit it."
"Hehe." Aicko gave her a teasing smile. "Don't worry Shari, there's no prize for the winner of the bet anyway."
"Good job Astley." The shooting instructor said to Kile. Kile nodded and walked back. Dylan took his place and it was his turn to shoot.
When Kile turned around, our eyes locked.
"Hey!" I waved my hand.
He walked towards me.
"Hi Kile!" Aicko greeted when she noticed Kile approaching us.
"What are you guys doing here?" He was now in front of us, with only the fence separating us.
"Vacant time."
He nodded. His eyes went down to my foot. "How are you feeling?"
"Wow." I laughed. "Is everyone trying to play my doctor now?"
He raised his eyebrow.
"Whatever." I laughed.
Suddenly the school bell rang.
"We need to get back." Eloise reminded.
"Yeah c'mon." Aicko called.
I turned to Kile. "We'll be heading back now."
He nodded.
"Enjoy shooting." I said before walking away. I stopped and turned back to him.
"Bye!" I waved.
Surprisingly he waved back. I ran with Aicko and the girls back to class.

Ugh! I'm so tired!
It was already dismissal time and I'm walking out to the parking lot. Aicko has council meeting while Shari and Eloise have projects so we wouldn't be going home at the same time.
As soon as we got to the parking lot, my eyes searched for Aiden's car, Ice. When I spotted Aiden leaning on his car, I started walking towards it.
I waved at him and he waved back.
My eyes suddenly widened when my bag was immediately pulled out from my shoulders.
I stopped walking.
"You really have a habit of pulling bags don't ya?" I glared at Blake.
He pretended to think. "Maybe."
"I'll ask this properly." I faced him. "Can I have my bag back?"
"No." He laughed. "I'm taking you home, you want me to prove to you how I feel about you and here I am proving it."
I laughed. "Did Ram teach you those lines?"
He frowned. "Of course not." He looked away a bit then faced me again. "Was is too obvious?"
I laughed.
I frowned when I saw Aiden approach us. "Just give her back the bag Blake."
I saw how Blake clenched his jaw while looking at Aiden. He gave me my bag.
"Aiden." I looked Aiden in the eye. "He's not bothering me."
Aiden crossed his arms and looked at Blake then to me.
"Everything's fine." I assured him.
Thankfully, Blake just kept quiet beside me.
"Oh is that so." Aiden didn't seem convinced but he just nodded. "Ok let's just got Peggy." He took my hand leading me to his car.
I knew my plan was to ride with Aiden but somehow I didn't feel like it.
"Wait." I stopped walking making Aiden turn to me with a questioning look. "I think I'm going to ride with Blake."
Shock filled Aiden's expression, he looked at Blake who still stood behind us. He was speechless.
"Is that so?"
I nodded. "I'll just see you in the square later." I hugged him and walked back to Blake.
"Lets go." I said to Blake and walked towards his car, he tailed behind me.
I sat down on the shot gun seat and Blake started the engine and we drove to the square. By the rear view, I could see Aiden entering his car. Alone.
I suddenly felt guilty. That was just my bestfriend that I left back there. I shook my head. Aiden's not the type of person to get angry, I'm sure he'd understand.
I faced Blake. "Good thing you didn't pick up a fight back there."
"There isn't any need to fight." He kept his eyes on the rode. "It's your choice whom you'd want to ride with. I won't force you to go with me if you don't want to."
I raised my eyebrow. Is it me or is he sounding so unlike himself.
"Where are you going to?" Blake asked.
"Uhm." I thought. "The square."
I've already finished my homework at school and Aicko would be home late so I'd want to take a stroll through the square before eating dinner.
"Why the square?" He asked while driving to the square.
"I want to take a walk."
He nodded. "Can I come?"
I laughed. Why is he asking now? Isn't he the type of person who does what he wants? Oh well maybe he's changed?
"Yeah sure."
He parked his car infront of a convenience store and we proceeded on foot. We were both still in our uniform.
As usual, the square's filled with many students minding their own business. Surprsingly Blake just walked behind me not asking where I was going.
Honestly, I just wanted to enjoy the afternoon. Back at home, I'd walk through our subdivision streets to relax. Aiden would usually join me if he was home, sad that he isn't here with me now.
I walked past the grand fountain in the middle of the square. I laughed at how ironic it is that, I've been at this school for some time already but I haven't yet got to enjoy walking around it. If I won't be passing by in a rush, I'd be in a car.
I sat down on the edge of the fountain and looked down at the water. I expected there to be some coins thrown into it like what normal fountains have but sadly it doesn't. Well what would I expect from Royal and Elite students. Maybe because they're too rich, they don't own coins.
I looked down at my pockets. Sadly I don't have coins aswell. I turned to Blake. "Do you have a coin?"
His forehead scrunched. "Why do you need a coin?"
"To make a wish duh." I pointed to the fountain.
Blake raised his eyebrow. "Why would a coin grant your wish?"
"If you throw it into the fountain then your wish may come true." I explained. Mom said that that's always been my habit ever since I was young, She's always keep some coins in her pocket and wallet incase we'd cross a fountain and I'd ask for one.
Blake laughed as if I was crazy. "That sounds stupid."
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes. "How could you not know that?"
He just kept on laughing. He's not funny. I take back what I said a while ago. The real Blake is still here.
"Here."I turned to Blake who handed a coin to me. "Show me how your ritual works."
I frowned at took it from his hand. "It is not a ritual, it's a wish."
"Whatever you say Puppy." Blake crossed his arms.
I turned my back at him and held on to the coin and made my wish. I scanned my head for what wish would I want. I smiled when I thought of my wish.
I wish that I would make the right decisions in life. I said in my head before throwing the coin into the water. Above all my wants in the world. That's what I want the most.
Seeing it shine underneath the water made me smile.
"That's it?" Blake said ruining my moment.
I faced him. "Yeah."
He frowned. "You didn't even say your wish."
"Well why would I say it." I raised my brow. "If I said it out loud then it wouldn't come true."
"What kind of superstition is that?" He laughed.
My eyebrows furrowed. Is he insulting me or just playing around?
"Do you want to make a wish too?" I asked.
"Nope." He shook his head. "I already have everything I want."
Arrogant.
"Ok suit yourself." I walked away from the fountain and he followed me.
I spotted Ram walking Buster his huge skinny dog. When he spotted me he waved immediately.
"Hey Paige!" He approached us. "And Blake." He gave Blake a teasing smile.
Blake gave him a death glare which made Ram laugh.
"May I ask why are you two together?" Ram pointed to the both of us.
"We're going to eat dinner." Blake said still giving Ram the death glare.
"Woah." Ram covered his mouth with one hand.
"No more questions." Blake said firmly.
"Alright alright." Ram chuckled then faced me. "Hey Paige, my birthday's coming this Saturday, but I'm holding a celebration at the villa this Friday, you wanna come?"
I've never been invited to a party by a Prince before. I smiled at Ram. "Sure."
"Wait." Blake eyed Ram. "What's the catch?"
I immediately frowned. "What catch?"
"Ohh hehe." Ram scratched the back of his nape. "Can you make me a cake for my birthday? Coz I smelled your cake when you gave Blake one before, it smelled so delicious but Blake wouldn't share."
"No." Blake frowned. "She only makes cake for me."
Ram crossed his arms. "That was an apology gift."
"Well do you need an apology?" Blake raised his brow.
"Ok stop." I said making them look at me. I faced Ram. "I'd love to make you a cake for you birthday." I smiled not minding Blake's dropped jaw.
"Yey!" Ram cheered and stuck out his tongue at Blake. "Now I'll leave you two, I still have to give my boy a walk." He patted his dog. "See you around!" He called before walking away with Buster.
Blake turned to me. "I thought you only make cakes for me."
I laughed. He sounds like a baby. I suddenly frowned when I heard a high pitched voice.
"Blake!" Khrysie approached us and clung to Blake's arm making him frown.
Blake took out his arm making Khrysie look disappointed but she didn't mind it.
"Anyway." She continued. "Are you coming to Ram and Nile's party this Friday?"
"Yes I am." Blake said in an annoyed tone.
"Well are you going to the main event at Egypt on Saturday?"
"Why do you care?" Blake said harshly making Khrysie frown.
"Is it wrong?" She laughed it off, she then turned to me and her eyes widened. She probably just noticed me now.
"Why are you following Blake wherever he goes?" She took a step infront of me with Blake behind her.
I raised my eyebrow and crossed my arms. "I'm not following him." I raised my chin up.
"Oh please." She rolled her eyes. "Stop pretending you slut." She took a step closer to me making my back touch the lamppost behind me.
That's it. I was about to fight back when Blake pulled my arm making me position by his side.
"You can't talk to her like that." His voice screamed authority and his eyes pierced into Khrysie who was looking like a scared cat right now.
"Why Blake?" Khrysie folded her arms and look up at Blake. "Why are you always defending her?"
Blake leaned down to her level. "Because I like her."
The next thing I knew was that Blake took my hand and we walked away leaving Khrysie with her jaw dropped.

Third Person's POV.
Blake entered the villa and frowned at Ram who was sitting on the couch playing with his dog.
"What is so important that you need to call me in the middle of the night for this?" He eyed Ram angrily.
"Wait a minute." Ram stopped patting his Dog and checked his watch.
Blake rolled his eyes and sat beside Ram. "Make sure this is important."
Suddenly the main doors opened once again and Kile walked inside.
"Ok! we're complate." Ram cheered and stood up.
Kile frowned when he saw Blake. "Why am I needed here?" He looked at Ram.
"What is he doing here?" Blake faced Ram aswell.
"That's it!" Ram stomped his foot. "I called both of you so that you could make amends."
Blake frowned. "What the hell?!"
"NO." Kile said coldly.
"Guys." Ram frowned. "Even if I don't know what made you fight although I think I do have an idea, why can't we just go back to how we were. I'm tired of being separated and besides it's almost my birthday, I don't want to spend my birthday knowing that my best friends are fighting."
Blake scowled and Kile didn't say a word.
"Hmm." Ram crossed his arms. "If I can't get you two to make amends, then I called someone who can ."
Blake and Kile instantly turned pale and nervous.
Suddenly the doorbell rang and one of the maids opened it.
The sound of heels echoed through the whole house. As the footsteps became louder, Blake and Kile became more and more nervous.
Ram smiled when the door to the living room opened. "Finally you're here." He cheered.
"What's the problem?" Bellona raised her eyebrow.
