Not far away, a crowd of people had gathered.

There were doctors and nurses from the hospital, while the rest were passersby.

Lysanne took another step back, her foot landing on the solid white line of the motorway. Just then, a car whizzed past, narrowly missing her by mere inches.

Lysander turned a deaf ear, simply asking, “Where is she? Has she arrived?”

The brilliant medical student standing before me and the department head of the obstetrics and gynecology department at Central Hospital took advantage of my vulnerable period while pregnant to seduce my husband!
