Charlotte reaches into her backpack to grab her hydro flask as she places the item inside her locker.

Jasper quickly jogs into the school building and spots his friend across the hall.

"Hey Char!" He shouted as he picked up the pace and shrugged off his backpack to throw it to the side.

Charlotte pauses to hold in a groan making it's way up her throat as she calmly turned.

"Look at me! Huh? What do you think of my outfit?" Jasper motioned down as she eyed the clothing attire from head to toe.

"Did your mom tell you it looked good?" She asked him and he puts his hands down with a slow nod.

"Yeah."

"She lied... She lied, haaard." Charlotte bluntly told him and he swiftly shook his head.

"No. Tonight, me and Henry are going to Glow-n-Bowl" He explained in pure excitement as the girl let out a knowing hum while closing her locker door shut.

"For bowling in the dark!"

"--Can I go now?" She interrupted while furrowing her eyebrows at him and he shakes his head again.

"No, you got to see what my outfit does. Hey, Spot! Kill the lights!" He yelled out to the boy near the entrance as they flick the switch.

"Look, I'm luminescent!" Jasper told her as he began to repeatedly chant the word out like a song lyric while dancing in the dark.

Charlotte clutches her backpack and quickly walked the opposite direction to get away while he was deeply distracted in his own little world.

"Woo!" He cheered as he slowed down and turned to where the girl was last seen.

"Charlotte? Hey, Spot turn the lights back on!" The curly haired boy announced as they obeyed and flicked the switch back up.

Jasper stares at the empty spot in disbelief as Henry and Y/n walked into the school.

"Oh, hey man! Uhh.. Why would you wear that in public?" Henry trailed off as the teen beside him curiously squinted at the sweater's design.

"It's my glow in the dark bowling outfit for tonight!" Jasper answered and Henry nodded slowly with a small grin

"Ohh, okay."

"I think it looks cool.. don't think I would wear it." Y/n commented and snickered in amusement. Jasper gaped in shock as he happily fist-pumped the air.

"Oh Yeah! A compliment that's not from my mom!" He cried and then pauses to look at him in slight confusion.

"..That was one right?"

"Sure, Jasper." Y/n replied and playfully rolled his eyes at the curly haired boy celebrating in front of them.

A tall girl with long brown hair trailing down her shoulders and lower back stands by the stairwell waving at the H/c haired boy.

"Oh, There's Bianca! See you around." The teen smiled at them before walking away as Henry waved at his retreating figure.

"Later."

"Bye! Oh and I also got us glow in the dark balls!" Jasper exclaimed while turning back to his bestfriend.

"it's going to be a crazy night." Henry told him and the boy cackled in agreement.

"So crazy!" He pointed as he headed down the hallway nearly bumping into a few other students. "Craaazay.." Henry muttered as he walked up to his locker and opened it.

Two boys turn around the corner as one of them approaches the boy slowly while the other holds his phone out.

"Hey, Henry."

"Oh, hey! What's up?" He questioned and slowly averted his gaze from Sidney to Oliver who was videotaping everything.

Sidney stops fiddling with his fingers as he bravely looked at Henry in the eyes. "--Can I ask Y/n out on a date?" He finally asked and the blonde's expression falters.

"Ooh, here we gooo!" Oliver called as the two looked at him weirdly and return to the previous topic.

"Uh, you want to ask out Y/n?" Henry chuckled faintly and he nodded vigorously.

"Well.. Yeah! I mean, come on. It's not like you're seeing each other right? from how platonic you two act." Sidney explained as Oliver opens his mouth to speak.

"--He's not your property."

"Did I say Y/n was my property?" Henry told him and furrowed his eyebrows.

"You say it with your eyes.." Oliver continued and the blonde blinked in surprise at the small observation.

"I do? I mean--Yeah, sure. Go ahead and ask him out, I don't care.. I don't even swing that way." Henry said as he showed them a strained smile.

"Awesome!"

"Your loss.." Oliver commented as the boy cleared his throat to ignore the aching feeling on his chest.

"So, where are you taking them?" Henry questioned as he cleared his throat.

"Well I kinda wanted us to watch a movie first and then from there we can go to Sotto Voce." Sidney answered truthfully and Henry nodded.

"Wow! Lasagna.."

"Yup, Later!" Sidney waved as Henry silently watched them walk the other direction.

He leans his hand on the open locker door and does a mini double take when he realized Oliver was still recording.

"Uhh..Why are you still shooting video?"

"I thought you and Sidney were gonna fight." Oliver replied as Henry slowly but menacingly stepped forward.

"Maybe.. you and me are gonna fight." He teased as the other boy stands there and then runs for his life.

"Teacheeer!" He cried as Henry holds a pleased look on his face and returned to rummaging through his locker.

"Thanks, but I don't really drink coffee.." His ex girlfriend, Chloe said as she glanced at the cup in her hands and placed it inside her locker.

Henry pulls on the strap of his backpack as he sighed. "Okay.. I just really wanted to talk to you." He admitted as the girl leaned back in surprise.

"Well, there's a twist."

"What?" Henry questioned and she threw him a disappointed frown.

"You've been too busy to talk to me ever since you got a part time job at that garbage store." Chloe explained as he let out an offended chuckle.

"It's not.. a 'garbage' store."

"Oh, sorry! Junk." She corrected and spinned around to close her locker shut. "--N-stuff." He added at the end with a genuine smile as she faced him.

"Come oon, I'm not busy now!" He pleader and she looks at him with nothing but doubt across her face.

"No, Henry. I'm not going to fall for it." Chloe told him and began walking away. Henry blinks a few times as he quickly goes to catch up to them.

"Fall for what?" He confusingly asked after lightly tapping on her arm and she shrugged shyly before answering.

"Your 'Wow' mug.. the cute little smile." She pointed out and almost regretted it when he started using those weaknesses against her.

"Awe, come ooon! Give me another chance... Pleasee?" He pleaded as he playfully poked her shoulder and she willingly gave into his charm.

"Okay, do you want to have dinner tonight?" Chloe questioned as the boy suddenly remembers his plans with Jasper after worrying about Y/n all day.

"T--Tonight?" He stammered as he began to realize that he had to choose between his childhood friend or his newly found crush from work.

Henry snaps out of it once he made his final decision and turned to Chloe with a confident grin.

"Tonight sounds great."

"Wait, wait. You asked Chloe out on 'another' date, even after you two broke up weeks ago." Charlotte asked the boy as she looked up from the device in her hand.

"Well yeah! because I--I feel like making it up to her for always ditching them.. you know?" Henry said and hesitantly shrugged under her gaze.

"..Mhm." Charlotte hummed knowingly as the blonde walked away and returns with a heavy invention.

"That made sense right?" He asked her and placed the item inside the cart.

The other machines around them beep softly as she shakes her head at the dumb question.

"Just tell me what that is so I can write it down." Charlotte nudged as Henry examines it with both curiosity and confusion.

"Uh.. It's a big heavy thing with things on it."

"Great. Another big thing that's a thing with things on it. You're so very helpful!" Charlotte commented sarcastically and he grunted.

"Aw, whatever." The boy waved her off and leaned his entire body on the machine behind him.

Charlotte's gasped as she watches her friend twitch intensely when the machine turned on and blasted electricity at Henry's body.

The machine eventually stopped after its made affect as he groaned at the pain coursing through his back.

"What are you doing? They specifically told us not to mess with this stuff." Charlotte warned and his mouth drops in disbelief.

"I wasn't messing with it! I just leaned on it." Henry explained as he pouted unfairly.

"You're wrong!" Ray's voice echoed as the large door wheel to the mancave rolls up to the ceiling. The two men bicker as they walked down the small staircase.

"I told you that--"

"Give it up, Schwoz! The answer is wild monkeys." Ray retorted and Schwoz shakes his head in disagreement while trailing behind them.

"The answer is soup!" Schwoz insisted as the other man stopped to respectfully decline their opinion.

The hero then notices Henry and Charlotte standing there as he gets an idea.

"Okay, let's ask them." Ray motioned and the blonde crosses his arms in curiosity.

"Ask us what?"

"If you kids had to choose, would you rather.." Schwoz began to explain but the taller male slightly cuts him off.

"Be eaten by wild monkeys." He explained while trying to sound very convincing.

"Or get boiled in a big pot of soup!" Schwoz finished as the hero grimaces and slowly shakes his head behind him.

Henry squinted his eyes as he thought about both choices equally. "..What kind of soup?" He asked and Charlotte sighed at his poor response.

An alarm goes off as the four flinch at the loud sound and the girl quickly realizes what it meant.

"Y/n needs me, I'll be back down in a sec." She told the boy beside her and headed for the elevator.

"Hey, Ray? Can we finish going through all this stuff tomorrow." Henry explained while scrunching his nose and the man looks at his wrist watch.

"It's only five o'clock."

"I know, but.." He sighed as Charlotte turns to face the group while pressing a button on the side.

"He wants to leave early b--" She began as his eyes widened in horror. "Don't tell them!" He exclaimed and she blinked at their outburst.

"Okay..!" She replied as he sighed in relief and ran a hand through his hair.

Charlotte waits for the elevator door to close halfway as she took the chance to yell.

"Henry's got a date!"

"Why did you have to--!" Henry argued and groaned loudly when she got away.

After it closed, he does a small double take when he noticed the others were grinning very smugly. "It's not a date." Henry assured as Schwoz pointed and laughed playfully.

"I bet it iiis."

"You going to wear your fanciest pants?" Ray joked while bending and shaking his knees as Schwoz cackled in response.

"Can I knock off early or not?" Henry asked again with a smile on their face and the man nodded.

"Yeah, sure. Take off, kid." He finally answered and placed a hand on his hip to quickly fix something on the counter.

"Thanks!" Henry said and quickly scurried over to the tubes.

"Hey, where you going to take her?" Schwoz questioned and the blonde cracked a grin.

"To dinner at Sotto Voce." He replied as the shorter man looked satisfied and impressed.

"Ooh, Sotto Voce."

"Ha! How can you afford a place like that." Ray challenged and the boy digs inside his pocket.

"Because I took 100 bucks out of your wallet." Henry giggled as he showed them the missing dollar bill.

"What?" Ray's smirk fell as the tube comes down and the boy looks up towards the ceiling.

"Up the tube!" He called and then left the mancave without another word.

The elevator dings as Y/n pops out with a slinky spring in their hand. "Hey." He greeted the two as Schwoz waved happily.

The shorter man then takes a closer look at the machine shaped like a shower head and pointed at it.

"So, what is this machine? Did I make this?" He nudged as the hero examined the machine and leaned on the heavy cart.

"No, my father made that a long time ago."

"What does it even do?" Y/n questioned and went to stand right next to Schwoz.

"It was supposed to make me.. stronger, more powerful-- y'know, manlier." Ray explained and they furrowed their eyebrows.

"So it didn't work." Schwoz squinted as Ray scowled offendedly and stepped back. "It was never tested on me! We tested it on my nerdy cousin." He clarified more easier and Y/n tapped his chin.

"So, did it make him manly?"

"It made him too manly.." The man answered as their mouths made an O' shape.

"The effect started off slowly but.. a few days later he was less of a man-- and more of a beast." He whispered the last part as the mancave falls silent.

Charlotte's scream dies down once the elevator door opens as she picked herself up and grabbed the coffee tray sitting on the ground.

She marches right over to Ray and handed him the squished half-empty cups. "Here's your coffee." She huffed tiredly as the man takes the tray.

"Thank you?" He blinked as he slowly licked the side of a cup that was dripping everywhere.

"What are we gonna do with this manly machine anyway." Schwoz mentioned as Ray turns around to face him and Y/n.

"Oh yeah, that thing is majorly dangerous. We better destroy it. Or I guess we could donate it to a school." He suggested and the shorter man nodded at the idea.

"Great Idea, school's love donations." Y/n replied as the two men agreed with that statement.

"Hey.. what do you mean that thing is dangerous?" Charlotte questioned after listening to the conversation the entire time.

"Well, it was designed to make people stronger, more powerful and manlier but.. it goes too far. Take a look at what it did to my cousin, Elliot." Ray said as he pointed the remote at one of the monitors and it showed a picture of a normal man bearing his teeth out.

"Ew."

"No, That's a before picture.. Here's what Elliot looked like a week after my dad tested this machine on him." He responded and switched over to the next photo.

"yAh!" She cried when she saw the same guy with a beard covering half his face as he aggressively pointed at the camera in the shot.

"He turned into a man-beast."

"He looks like my sister." Schwoz commented and Ray laughed loudly in pity. "Ha! Your sister wishes! She is an animal!" He exclaimed as Y/n rolled his eyes at their humor.

"She smells like a horse!" Schwoz cackled as the two continued to laugh.

"Y--You guys.." Charlotte called and glanced at the teen for a little help. Y/n sighed as he placed two of his fingers close to his lips and whistled.

"Argh! What's the deal?" Ray shouted as they winced and rubbed their sensitive ears.

"Henry accidentally touched that machine." She admitted and catches everyone off guard.

"H--He what? He turned it on?!"

"He didn't mean to! His hand just hit one of those buttons! and it went all.. bzz.. bzz!" Charlotte answered as she mimicked the noises the machine made and posed like Henry.

"Uh, oh." Schwoz replied worriedly as the teen shot a concerned look to his boss who was also having mixed feelings about the situation.

"Did you see Henry start to show any signs of.. exaggerated manliness." Ray gestured to his body as Charlotte stopped to think.

"I'm.. I'm not sure." She quickly shrugged and the H/c haired teen goes to place his hands on her shoulders.

"Where is he right now."

"He's having dinner with a girl at Sotto Voce." Charlotte told him and Ray snaps his fingers together.

"Oh, right!"

"I hear they have good paninis.." Schwoz commented again as Y/n grabs his gumball tube laying near the monitors.

"Oh! Shut up, Schwoz! Y/n, go get Henry before the symptoms advance and become permanent." Ray explained and the boy nodded at the order.

"Got it! Charlotte, come with me." He nudged and the girl swiftly followed after him.

"Okay!"

Piper holds a phone up to her ear as she lazily sits on the living room couch with a plate balancing on her lap.

A knock at the door was heard as Jasper walks into the home with a plastic bag.

"Hey, Piper."

"Ugh, I'll call you back." Piper scoffed and threw the phone on the cushion beside her as she popped a grape into her mouth.

"What do you think of my cool bowling outfit? It glows in the dark." Jasper smiled and approached her with confidence.

"You know, just because you are friends with my brother, doesn't mean we have to talk." She bluntly told him and he holds his arms up in defense.

"Okay. Then just tell Henry I'm here." Jasper shrugged as he sat at the end of the couch far away from the girl.

"Henry's gone."

"He can't be gone, we had plans!" He slightly fixes his posture to face her and she chuckled menacingly.

"Well, he got better plans." Piper said and played with the stem that was holding the grapes together.

"With who?" He raised his eyebrows and she shrugged at the question.

"I don't know, some chick. He took her to dinner at Sotto Voce." She replied as the curly haired boy repeated her words.

"Sotto Voce.." Jasper whispered and the short girl stared him with a short nod.

"Yep."

"Okay, well.. I guess I'll just go home then." He sighed defeatedly and got up to leave.

"Whoa, whoa!" Piper called as she removed the plate off her lap and stood up. "What?" Jasper questioned and slowly turned around while crossing his arms.

"You had plans with Henry and he blew you off.. so you're just gonna be all 'Oh, I guess I'll just go home then." Piper sneered and he tilted his head in confusion.

"So what should I do?" Jasper asked her with a small frown and she clicked her tongue.

"I don't know, be a man?" She suggested rudely as Jasper opens his mouth to protest.

"But--"

"If I were you, I'd ride my bike rover to Sotto Voce and March right in there to tell Henry that he's rude and then shove his face right into his food." Piper announced as the boy decides to take her 'powerful' advice.

"Yeah.. I should teach him a lesson!" Jasper exclaimed and she chuckled in amusement.

"Yeah you should! Now, get out of here cause you make me sick." She waved him off as he rushed out of the house to go find her brother.

Once he was gone, Piper pops another grape into her mouth and stared at the TV screen with a soft hum.

"I should be a life coach.."

"Lasagna for the young lady." The man smiled politely as he set the dish on the table and Chloe gasped.

"Oh my god, it smells so good." She grinned as Henry hovered over the table and sniffed her food.

"Yeah!! Smell that!" Henry cackled as the waiter hesitantly showed him their plate.

"and, um.. are you sure you prefer your steak raw?" He asked while leaning closer to the boy and he chuckled.

"Yeah, dude just set it down." He answered as the man shrugged and placed the piece of meat down.

"Thanks. I don't need this." Henry reassured and tossed the empty plate back to the waiter.

"Okay, uh. Enjoy!" The man smiled awkwardly and then headed back into the kitchen

"Oh yeah! Smell this!" Henry exclaimed after taking a long sniff at the meat and shoved the piece in Chloe's face as she leaned back on her chair.

He laughed at her reaction and proceeded to slam the meat back on the table as Chloe shockingly watched him eat it like a starving animal.

She attempts to cover her face with her hand as the people around them threw pitiful glances while also finding the sight very entertaining.

After taking some shortcuts, Jasper finally made it to restaurant and marched straight for their table.

"Hey, Henry! Remember this guy?" He announced and the blonde scoffed.

"Bye, Jasper."

Jasper crosses his arms and looks up at the ceiling to concentrate on Piper's words from him earlier. Chloe tilted her head up and tried to see what he was looking at but found absolutely nothing.

"What are you thinking about?" Henry squinted suspiciously and the curly haired boy snaps out of it.

"Your sister!" He shouted as the blonde bared his teeth out in anger and confusion.

"What?!"

"Now I'm going to teach you a lesson!" Jasper exclaimed as he grabbed the back of their head and forcefully tried to push it down on the table.

The two boys groaned loudly as Henry refuses to let him get his way. "Are you trying to push his head down?" Chloe asked as Henry frowned at the boy above him.

"Yeah, what are you doing?" He asked as Jasper gives up and ran to another table nearby. He quickly grabbed a handful of somebody's salad and then comes back to throw it at Henry's face.

Chloe and a few other people gasped at the scene before them as Henry slowly got up with an unfazed expression.

She watches him reach for the raw steak on the table as he calmly slapped Jasper with it.

"You beef slapped me!" Jasper exclaimed as he began to feel his left cheek sting. Henry chuckled at their misfortune and held the meat up.

"You want some more!?"

"Henry!" Chloe called as the other boy took a few steps back. "You're.. You're acting weird!!" Jasper cried and ran out of the restaurant.

The girl turns in her chair and waved at the boy who was already gone. "Bye, Jasper!" She yelled softly as the boy responded back.

"Byee!"

Y/n and Charlotte quietly made their way inside the restaurant without attracting any attention as they hide behind a decorative wall.

"This is the place right?" Y/n whispered and the girl nodded her head. "Yeah-- and woah! look at Henry's beard." Charlotte gaped and pointed at her now hairy bestfriend.

"It's the effects of that device! If we don't do something quickly, Ray said he could be a full on man beast in just a matter of days.. if not, maybe hours!" Y/n explained worriedly as she sighed.

"Why can't we ever have normal problems?" Charlotte questioned and Y/n rolled his eyes.

"Just go get Henry and make up some reason why he's got to leave with you." He told her as she looked back at the table and watched Henry laugh out loud while banging his fist on the wooden surface.

"Charlotte?"

"Henry said he really wanted to make it up to Chloe and she's already mad at him as it is. All because he kept flaking on her ever since he started working for you guys." She admitted as the teen glanced at the boy and sighed.

"Fine, I know how to get Henry out without her thinking it's his fault." Y/n told her and pulled out his gumball tube.

"Wait here." He ordered and went to hide behind a wall as he popped a gum into his mouth.

The teen quickly chews and then blows a bubble as a light covered his body and he transforms into his hero costume. Charlotte gave him a thumbs up as he left her all alone in the small waiting room.

She swiftly turns her head as her gaze falls on the candy sitting unattended on the counter.

"Well, I'm taking these mints." Charlotte spoke and used her shirt as a bowl to scoop them all up.

The hero cautiously walked around the area as he stopped near a table where a couple was silently freaking out from his presence alone.

He nodded and smiled at the pair as he quietly took out his laser. He decides to shoot a bowl of bread at another table causing it to catch on fire as the couple shrieks and backed away.

"Fire! Everyone exit the restaurant!" Y/n yelled in fake terror as Henry looked up after hearing their voice.

"H/n?!"

"Wow..!" Chloe gasped in awe as the teen guided some people towards the exit.

A man in a pink tie and black tux strolled over to the hero with light footsteps.

"Excuse me but can you please lower your voice?" He whispered strictly as Y/n stiffened and nodded.

"Right, Sorry. Fire! Please exit the restaurant in a quiet manner." Y/n spoke softly as he went around the restaurant to warn others.

"Fire don't scare me." Henry cackled and Chloe pursed her lips at his brave comment. "Well fire do scare me!" She sassed as she grabbed a hold of her purse and stood up.

"Thanks for coming, we're out of mint. Appreciate your business. Get out." Charlotte nudged as a waiter tells her to go wait outside.

Henry accompanies Chloe to the door as Y/n took the chance to zap him right on the back.

The light brunette continues on ahead as the hairy blonde grunted and leaned on the pillar.

He recovers fast as he spins on his heel to face the H/c haired teen with a confident smirk.

"Nuh-uh dude. You're going to have to zap me a lot more than that!" He stated and Y/n keeps the laser pointed at their body.

"Come on, kid! I'm trying to help you."

"Well sorry but those little laser shots can't hurt me." Henry grinned as he grew closer and swung his hand towards their face.

Y/n ducks at the failed attempt and threw a punch at his ribcage earning a painful groan.

He then grabs his arm and twisted behind his back as he uses the laser to zap Henry on the neck a few times.

"Ough.. never mind..." The blonde grunted as he fell to the ground unconscious.

After Y/n practically carried him back to the mancave all by himself, Ray suggested on tying the shorter boy up so that he doesn't harm anyone.

When they woke up, Henry started growling immensely at the four as he demanded to be let go.

"It is ready! Pick up the meat beef!" Schwoz pointed and yelled as Ray picked up the large piece of meat. He holds it in the air for Henry to see as Schwoz uses a remote to open the restraints.

"Throw it!" Schwoz motioned at the open machine as the man tossed the meat in. Henry runs to go grab it as they closed the huge door behind him.

"What that machine did to Henry, this machine do the opposite." Schwoz explained after pulling on a lever and went behind the controls.

Ray, Charlotte and Y/n giving him extra time to prepare as they blocked the door.

"Hurry!" Ray screamed as Schwoz looks down at the screen to speed up the process.

"I go speedy!" He answered and tapped the screen with his finger as he quickly typed something.

MOLECULAR TRANSFORMATION:

𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗

The machine glows as loud bangs and Henry's groaning fills their ears. Ray consciously hides behind Charlotte and Y/n to protect himself.

The sounds die down as a bit of smoke slips out of the machine. "Open!" Schwoz commanded after shutting it off as they went to open it.

They calmly wait for the smoke to dissolve as a stranger with Henry's clothing stepped out.

"--What happened? I feel so... different." She giggled while shaking her hips and Y/n's jaw dropped.

Ray hissed as he grabbed the 'female' by the waist and pushed her back inside. He shuts it again as Schwoz pulled the lever.

"I need to make some adjustments." The short man smiled nervously and Y/n facepalmed.

"Sooo how are you feeling?" Y/n questioned as he sat on the couch of Henry's bedroom.

"Oh, I'm fine now! See? all smooth.. no beard or any chest hair." The boy pulled his shirt down to show them and the H/c haired teen laughed.

"Looks Goood, Hart." He teased as Henry chuckled and fiddled with the buttons of his flannel.

He shoots a few glances at Y/n who was dozing off as he cleared his throat.

"Hey, uh.. can I ask you something?" He suddenly asked and the teen raised his eyebrows.

"Of course."

"I sorta heard that Sidney also wanted to take you to Sotto Voce tonight, what happened?" Henry brought up and Y/n shrugged his shoulders.

"I turned him down." He answered and the blonde made an O' shape with his mouth. "He just wasn't my type." They admitted and the blonde abruptly sat up.

"W-wait so.. you like...?" He trailed off as he tried to not show any excitement in his tone and Y/n cleared his throat as he threw the boy a couple awkward glances.

"..You don't mind.. right?"

"Oh no! I-I'm perfectly cool with it." Henry reassured him as the H/c haired teen sighed in relief at his words and showed him a genuine smile that made the blonde's heart skip a beat.

"Good." Y/n answered as he laid back on the couch and rubbed his temple.

The two sat in the comfortable silence for a few minutes as Henry gets an idea and grabbed the remote out of his pocket.

"Chloe actually had to go home because of her curfew, so I couldn't ask her to stay over for dinner." He explained and turned on the lights to show them the perfectly neat table set up on the side of the room.

"do you want to have dinner with me instead..?" Henry smiled and Y/n holds back a childish grin.

"Yeah, okay. I like the idea of close pals eating dinner together." He chuckled as the boy sulked at their response.

"It's mee!" Jasper exclaimed after suddenly barging into the room with a brown bag. Henry looks at Y/n and then at Jasper in confusion as he hops down.

"What are you doing here?" He questioned and the curly haired boy could almost laugh.

"Guess where I've been? The supermarket." Jasper said and held up the bag to show them.

Knowing where this was going, Y/n grabbed his phone as he sat back and watched. "Guess what I bought? This meat!" He shouted and took out the piece of meat.

"Look, I'm really sorry that--" Henry tried to explain as the raw meat collided with his right cheek.

Jasper drops it on the floor like a microphone and left the bedroom with a winning look.

Henry holds his stinging cheek stunned as he turned to Y/n who was staring at the screen on his lap.

"Your sidekick got beef-slapped... want the video..?" He murmured and the boy squinted as he threw his hand up at their betrayal.
