11. PENTHOUSE

HIS LITTLE PRINCE (# BOOK 2)

VYOM RAJPUT'S POV

I stepped out of the car and onto the sidewalk, Vikram's hand still wrapped tightly around mine. We had just left the party, a lavish affair hosted by one of Vikram's associates. I had been forced to attend as Vikram's date, and the experience had left me feeling uneasy and trapped.

As we walked towards my apartment building, I couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. Vikram seemed to sense my unease, his grip on my hand tightening.

"Relax, Vyom," he said, his voice low and husky. "You're safe with me."

But I didn't feel safe. Not after meeting Marco, one of Vikram's associates. There was something about him that sent a shiver down my spine, something that made me feel like I was in grave danger.

As we reached my apartment door, Vikram turned to me, his eyes narrowing. "I'll see you tomorrow, Vyom," he said, his voice firm. "And don't think about trying to leave the city. You're not going anywhere."

I felt a surge of fear at his words, but before I could respond, he turned and disappeared into the night.

I let out a shaky breath and stepped inside my apartment, locking the door behind me. But as I turned to head to bed, I heard a knock at the door.

My heart racing, I made my way back to the door and peered through the peephole. And my heart sank as I saw Vikram standing in the hallway, his eyes blazing with intensity.

I opened the door, my voice barely above a whisper. "Vikram, what are you doing here?"

Vikram's face was grim, his jaw clenched in determination. "I'm not leaving you alone tonight, Vyom," he said, his voice low and husky. "Marco is still out there, and I won't risk your safety."

I felt a surge of fear at his words, but before I could respond, Vikram pushed his way into my apartment, his eyes scanning the room as if searching for something.

And then, he turned to me, his eyes blazing with intensity. "You're coming with me, Vyom," he said, his voice firm. "You're moving in with me, where I can keep you safe."

I felt a surge of fear at his words, but I knew I had no choice. Vikram was a mafia boss, and I was just a pawn in his game. And as I looked into his eyes, I knew that I was trapped.

I took a step back, my heart racing with fear. "No, Vikram, I won't go with you," I said, trying to keep my voice steady.

Vikram's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched in anger. "What do you mean, no?" he growled, his voice low and menacing.

I swallowed hard, trying to find the courage to stand up to him. "I mean, I won't move in with you," I said, trying to sound firm. "I don't want to be involved in your... business."

Vikram's face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger. "You don't have a choice, Vyom, what do you want!? When I am not near you. You want Marco to kidnap you and use your against me." he said, his voice cold and calculating. "You're already involved in my business. You're mine now."

I felt a chill run down my spine as I remembered the rumor I had heard about Vikram's business dealings. The whispers of violence and intimidation, the rumors of people who had crossed him and never been seen again.

And then, I remembered the night I had seen Vikram kill a man. The way he had dispatched him with ease, the way he had seemed to enjoy it.

I took another step back, my heart racing with fear. "No, Vikram, please," I said, trying to beg. "I don't want to be involved in this. I just want to be left alone."

Vikram's face twisted into a cruel smile. "You should have thought of that before you followed after me in the alley that day, when you caught my eye, when you made me think about you all day long. Vyom. You have become a liability to my work but my heart is not ready to let you go," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "Now, you're mine. And as you know I always get what I want."

I felt a surge of fear as Vikram took a step closer to me, his eyes blazing with intensity. I knew that I was in grave danger, and that I had to get away from him.

But as I turned to run, Vikram's hand shot out and grabbed my arm, holding me in place. "You're not going anywhere, Vyom," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "You're coming with me, whether you like it or not."

I swallowed hard, trying to find the courage to speak. But as I looked into Vikram's eyes, I knew I had no choice. I had to say yes to his offer.

"Okay," I said finally, my voice barely above a whisper. "I'll move in with you."

Fuckkk, it's for my on safety.

Let's just do it.

Living with him, can't be that bad right!

Vikram's face broke into a triumphant smirk, and he released my arm. "Good choice, Vyom. Proud of you, my little prince." he said, his voice dripping with satisfaction. "Now, let's get started on packing your things."

I nodded, feeling a sense of resignation wash over me. Vikram strode into my bedroom, his eyes scanning the room as he began to gather my belongings.

As he packed, Vikram's eyes landed on some of my more... revealing undergarments. He raised an eyebrow, a sly smile spreading across his face.

"Interesting taste in underwear, Vyom," he said, his voice teasing. "I didn't peg you as the type to wear... lace thongs."

I felt my face heat up with embarrassment as Vikram held up a pair of my lace underwear, his eyes glinting with amusement.

"Shut up, Vikram," I muttered, trying to grab the underwear from him.

But Vikram just laughed, holding the underwear out of my reach. "Oh, I'm just getting started, Vyom," he said, his voice dripping with teasing. "You're going to have to get used to me seeing you in all sorts of... compromising positions."

I felt a shiver run down my spine at his words, and I knew that I was in for a wild ride with Vikram.

Vikram's eyes sparkled with amusement as he continued to tease me, holding up various articles of clothing and making suggestive comments. I felt my face grow hotter and hotter, but I tried to maintain a sense of dignity, even as I felt like I was being completely humiliated.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Vikram seemed to tire of his game and began to pack my belongings in earnest. I watched in silence as he efficiently sorted my clothes and toiletries into neat piles, his movements swift and precise.

As he worked, I couldn't help but steal glances at him, trying to make sense of the complex emotions that were swirling inside me. On the one hand, I was terrified of Vikram and the power he wielded. On the other hand, I couldn't deny the spark of attraction that I felt whenever he was near.

It was a confusing and unsettling feeling, and I didn't know how to process it. All I knew was that I had to be careful around Vikram, lest I fall prey to his charms and lose myself completely.

As Vikram finished packing my belongings, he turned to me with a serious expression. "Let's go," he said, his voice firm. "We have a lot to discuss, and I don't want to waste any more time."

I nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation as I followed Vikram out of my apartment and into the unknown.

As we stepped out of the elevator and into the penthouse, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sheer opulence that surrounded me. The penthouse was a sprawling, 4-bedroom masterpiece with a massive living room that seemed to stretch on forever.

The aesthetic was unmistakably Vikram's - sleek, modern, and unapologetically black. From the polished black marble floors to the gleaming black granite countertops, every surface seemed to absorb the light around us, giving the space a dramatic, almost ominous feel.

The walls were adorned with modern art pieces, their bold, abstract shapes adding a touch of sophistication to the space. A massive, floor-to-ceiling window dominated one entire wall, offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline.

Vikram strode into the living room, his eyes scanning the space as if ensuring that everything was in order. He nodded to himself, seemingly satisfied, before turning to me.

"Welcome to our home, Vyom," he said, his voice low and smooth. "I think you'll find that it's... comfortable."

Ours!

Out home!

I nodded, still taking in the sheer scale and luxury of the penthouse. Comfortable was an understatement - this was a palace, a fortress of solitude and indulgence.

As I looked around, I couldn't help but wonder what secrets this penthouse held, what lies beneath its sleek, polished surface. And I couldn't help but feel a sense of trepidation at the thought of being trapped here, at Vikram's mercy.
