EPILOGUE
HIS LITTLE PRINCE (# BOOK 2)
VYOM RAJPUT'S POV
I stood in front of the sink, brushing my teeth as I gazed out the window at the beautiful gardens of the Rajvansh's mansion. We had been here for a few days now, and I had to say, I was thoroughly enjoying myself. Everyone had been so welcoming, from Vikram's father and his mother to Ruhan and his wife Lavanya. Even Vedika, who seemed to take great pleasure in teasing me, not like I mind tho.
But despite all the new people I had met, there was one person who still made my heart skip a beat. Vikram. My Vikram. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have him in my life.
As I finished brushing my teeth, I thought about all the people I had met so far. There was Shivaay, the high schooler who was the smallest of the Rajvansh siblings. He was a precocious kid, always getting into mischief, but he had a good heart.
But there was one sibling I hadn't met yet. Karan Singh Rajvansh, he is studying for his masters in USA. I had heard a lot about him, but I was still curious to meet him in person. Apparently, he was going to be here for Rajveer and Prashi's wedding, which was just a few days away.
I was so happy for the two of them. They had been through so much, and it was wonderful to see them finally getting their happy ending.
As I stood there, lost in thought, I suddenly felt two hands come from behind and grope me into a hug. I knew exactly who it was, and I couldn't help but smile.
"Vikram," I said, my voice muffled against his chest.
"Why did you left me all alone on the bed, I missed you." he whispered, his breath sending shivers down my spine.
"Oh, really?"
"Say I miss you." He commanded.
I turned around in his arms, my eyes meeting his. "I missed you too," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.
Vikram's eyes sparkled with amusement, and he leaned in to kiss me. I felt my heart soar as our lips met, and I knew that I was exactly where I was meant to be.
As we stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, the air was thick with tension. The shadows cast by the dim lighting seemed to writhe and twist around us, like living things.
Vikram's eyes burned with an inner fire as he gazed at me. "You're mine, Vyom," he whispered, his voice low and husky. "Every inch of you, every breath you take, every beat of your heart. You're mine, and I'll kill anyone who tries to take you away from me."
I felt a shiver run down my spine as he spoke. There was something dark and possessive in his tone, something that spoke to the deepest, most primal parts of me.
"I'm yours," I whispered back, my voice barely audible. "I'll do anything just to be by your side, Vikram. Anything."
Vikram's eyes flashed with triumph, and he leaned in close. His lips brushed against mine, sending a jolt of electricity through my entire body.
As we kissed, the world around us melted away. All that was left was the two of us, lost in a sea of darkness and desire.
Vikram's hands roamed over my body, claiming me as his own. I felt a surge of excitement mixed with fear as he touched me. It was like he was awakening a part of me that I had never known existed.
It's the same every single time touches me; he made me flee to the heaven and I took ac loser step to landing in hell for sure. But that's what it is, our forbidden romance.
"I'll never let you go," Vikram whispered, his breath hot against my skin. "I'll never let anyone take you away from me. You're mine, Vyom."
I felt a shiver run down my spine as he spoke.
"Yes," I whispered back, my voice barely audible. "I'm yours."
The tension between us was palpable. But just as we were about to kiss again, a knock on the door broke the spell. We turned to see Vedika standing in the doorway, a look of concern etched on her face.
"Vedika, what's wrong?" I asked, feeling a surge of worry. I think there's something wrong with her, or else knew that she wouldn't come to us with a problem unless it was serious.
Vedika took a deep breath before speaking. "Something's gone wrong, Vyom," she said, her voice trembling. "I need your help, and Vikram bhai's too. Just don't scold me."
Vikram's eyes narrowed, and he stepped forward. "What's going on, Vedika?" he asked, his voice firm but controlled.
Vedika hesitated, looking nervous. "I think I might have made a mistake," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "A few months ago, I saw a girl hugging Ansh, my boyfriend. I was so angry, and I asked Vihaan to...take care of her."
I felt a surge of surprise at this revelation. Vedika had told me about something that had been bugging her a few months ago, but she had never told me what it was. I had assumed that she had just dealt with it on her own, but now I realized that she had removed the problem from her way.
"What do you mean, 'take care of her'?" Vikram asked, his voice cold and menacing.
Vedika looked nervous, and she took a step back. "I didn't mean for anything bad to happen," she said, her voice pleading. "I just wanted her to leave Ansh alone."
Vikram's eyes flashed with anger, and he took a step forward. "Vedika, what have you done?" he thundered. "You can't just ask someone like Vihaan to 'take care' of a problem and expect everything to be okay. When we all know very well that what kind of person, actually Vihaan is. What if something happened to that girl?"
"Ansh told me that his cousin is missing from something two months ago, and Ansh is worried as hell. I think that girl is Ansh's cousin. Please save me Vikram bhai, if he gets to know what happened he will leave me for sure. I might not be able to live without him. Help me bhai."
Vedika looked like she was about to cry, and I felt a surge of sympathy for her. But at the same time, I knew that Vikram was right. Vedika had made a mistake, and now she had to face the consequences.
"I'm sorry, Vikram bhai," Vedika said, her voice trembling. "I didn't mean for anything bad to happen. I'll do whatever it takes to make it right."
Vikram's expression softened slightly, but he still looked angry. "We'll deal with this later, Vedika," he said. "But for now, let's focus on finding out what happened to that girl."
.
As we arrived at Vihaan's penthouse, I could feel a sense of trepidation in the air. Vihaan was a punisher in their mafia group, and he had a reputation for being ruthless and violent. He took pleasure in inflicting pain on others, and the thought of him having that girl in his grasp was terrifying.
"This is not good," Vikram muttered, his eyes scanning the exterior of the penthouse. "If Vihaan has her, she's probably...gone."
I felt a chill run down my spine as I realized the gravity of the situation. Vedika had unknowingly signed her own death warrant by asking Vihaan to "take care" of the girl.
We didn't have time to waste, so Vikram took charge and kicked in the door to Vihaan's penthouse. We burst inside, ready for anything.
But what we saw took us by surprise. A girl in a white shirt, only white shirt came hurrying out of the living room covered in hickeys and love bites, looking frantic. "What's happening?" she asked, her eyes wide with fear.
And then, Vihaan appeared behind her, his chest bare and his eyes gleaming with a mixture of curiosity and hostility.
"Well, well, well," he said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Look what we have here. The love birds, Vikram bhai and Vyom and my little sister, bursting into my home like they own the place."
"You wait in the bedroom, I am coming in a while," he whispered in the girl ears, and she followed his command without any disagreement.
Vikram's eyes narrowed; his jaw clenched in anger. "Vihaan, what have you done with the girl?" he growled.
Vihaan's smile grew wider, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Oh, you mean the little bird who flew into my cage?" he said, his voice dripping with menace. "She's.... she's mine now but don't worry, I'm taking good care of her."
Vikram's eyes narrowed; his jaw clenched in anger. "Vihaan, what's going on here?" he growled.
But Vihaan just smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Oh, just a little...game I'm playing," he said, his voice dripping with menace. "And you're just in time to join the fun."
I looked in the direction towards Vedika, she looked speechless, I asked her what's wrong to what she replied with her hands pointing in the direction of the bedroom.
"she is the girl we are looking for."
