While Zhao Zhan was busy, Yue Jiaojiao, who was on the other side, heard someone knocking on the door. She carried Chengfeng and walked over to open the door.

The sky had already turned dark, and Yue Jiaojiao guessed that Zhao Zhan hadn’t been to the village for a few days and needed time to look around. He was busy teaching people and farming, so she went to town to buy some food after waking up.

“No wonder Zhao Zhan is so nice to you.” Li Miao patted Yue Jiaojiao’s hand and said, “A husband and wife should be like this. Good things must be shared. You must be worried about Zhao Zhan’s fatigue after a long day of work, right? ”

The two of them ate and talked. Before they finished their meal, someone knocked on the courtyard door.

When Yue Jiaojiao and Li Xiangjun rushed to the shop, the doctor that Fang Tianliu had hired had already finished bandaging Chen Xiaolang’s wound.

“Madam Zhao?” The moment Chen Xiaolang opened his mouth, he pulled the corner of his injured mouth and hissed twice, “Is it convenient to talk right now?”

“What do you want to do to her?” Fang Tianliu couldn’t stand the sight of him and was furious. “Her husband could kill you with one punch. Did you deliberately trick her to come here and take revenge?”
