As Doctor Sun spoke, he had already taken out a silver needle. “Are you prepared for today?”

This continued until the fifth day when Yue Jiaojiao received a letter from Wangshan Town.

“Madam Zhao.” Sun Jiyan wanted to call out Jiaojiao’s name, but when he realized that she had no memory of meeting him, he silently changed his words. “There’s a letter from Wangshan Town. I’ve specially brought it over for you.”

Yue Jiaojiao reached out to take the letter, then knelt down to thank him. She opened the letter in front of Sun Jiyan.
