Chapter 1632
The Protector levi garrison
Helios and his gang were just thinking of how they should lure Levi to a remote area to teach him a lesson.
Yet, the fish had swum into the net itself.
As they walked, wide, maniacal grins grew on their faces.
I canât believe there are idiots like him!
In the meantime, Zoey and Mia had hurried over, hoping to stop them.
âThis is between us. Donât stick your nose into this. Moreover, heâs the one who came to us. Heâs the one who taunted us!â
Helios then shot Zoey a glare.
âWhat now? Do we go and look for the governor?â
Overwhelmed by anxiety, Zoey stomped her foot.
âDonât worry. Nothing will happen. Regardless of everything, Levi is still Evieâs father. Helios and the rest know their limits; they wonât do anything bad to him.â
Mia nodded. âTrue. Even the governor canât do anything about him, let alone Helios and his gang. Zoey, Iâd say you shouldnât intervene in this anymore. You might make things worse.â
Someone beside them chimed in, âYes, yes. Moreover, Levi was the unreasonable one in this. Heâs the one who revealed the secret to Shadow Order but tried to pin the blame on them. Iâd say he deserves to be taught a lesson.â
Zoey worried her lips before huffing. âLevi, you never listen to me! This thing shouldâve ended ages ago, but you refuse to let it go. Youâll have to face the consequences for it then!â
Upon hearing the reassurance that Levi would only be taught a mild lesson, Zoey sighed in relief.
She, too, felt that Levi deserved to be taught a lesson.
Heâs too stubborn for his own good.
Levi brought Helios and the other three to a nearby mountain range.
It was a forbidden place, and it was near the cemetery where the old governor was buried.
Looking around, Helios commented with a grin, âThis is quite the remote area. Iâd say no one would realize even if you were to die here.â
âHahaha!â the others laughed when they heard Heliosâ comment.
They were already discussing how they should deal with Leviâwhether they would kill him or cripple him.
They were out of Wildefield, so they could do anything they wanted.
Whatever happened to Levi, at most, the governor would berate them for it. There would be nothing severe.
After all, Levi was nothing as compared to Forlevia.
Maybe the governor and the others hate Levi as well. Maybe they want to get rid of him as well; itâs just that they canât.
The few then turned around to look at Levi as if he was their prey.
âIâll give you another chance to admit to and apologize for your mistakes. If you do so, Iâll let you off.â
Levi turned around to look back at them.
At that, Helios and the others shared a look.
It was as if they had heard Levi crack a joke.
Does he still not understand what kind of situation heâs in?
Youâre the one in danger, Levi!
Not us!
In the next second, they burst out laughing. âDidnât you say weâll have to bear the consequences ourselves? Letâs see what youâll do.â
The way they were looking at Levi was as though they were looking at a fool.
They could not imagine how an ordinary person could do anything to them.
Moreover, the four people were all Supreme class fighters.
Helios himself was already a Rank Three Supreme class fighter.
What can Levi even do?
âVery well. You have brought this upon yourself.â
Levi had been giving them many chances. Yet, they did not cherish them.
âCome. Did you want to hit me? Hit me here!â
One of Averyâs disciples, Daxton Yarbrough, even leaned his face closer.
He was a Supreme class fighter, so his body was tough as steel; even bullets could not hurt him.
A swing from an ordinary person would only hurt the assaulter themself.
Bang!
Yet, in the next second came a loud explosion.
A force that could move mountains swept across the land.
Bang!
Hit by the force, Daxton was sent flying.
Silence enveloped the place.
