Clara nodded, “Yeah… I’m worried that they would be hostile to me, and I might encounter many difficulties!! And it’s not just the female employees in the company, but other women too. “What the hell are you doing?”

“Emmett?” He snorted, “I’d be happier if you called ine honey”

“I can’t do that.” Clara packed up her stuff and said, “You have a meeting to attend, and I need to get back to my work. I might have to work late tonight, you go home first, no need to wait for me.”

“I have to work overtime today too.”

Clara glanced at him and said helplessly, I’m fine! After work, I’ll take a taxi straight home! Look at me, I’m not rich, not beautiful, who would bother me?”
