The servant saw Clara come out and immediately bowed to her, “Ms. Calloway, what can I do for you?

Are you hungry? Elio has instructed us to prepare food at any time. What would you like?”

Clara surprisingly nodded and even gave him a smile.

“I understand now. If I keep refusing to eat, the only one who gets troubled is you. If Eljo doesn’t want me to leave, starving myself won’t make a difference.”

“That’s great to hear.” The servant quickly relayed the news to the chefs on standby, “Get to it, guys!

Ms. Calloway is ready to eat!”

Seeing the servant’s joy, Clara gave him a small smile, “By the way, what should I call you?”

“You can call me Nestor. That’s what Elio calls me. I’ve been with him for many years, practically watched him grow up.”

“Alright, Nestor. Knock when the food arrives. I’m off to freshen up.”

Nestor nodded, watching her disappear back into her room before quickly dialing Elio.

“Elio, Ms. Calloway has come around. She just told me she wants to eat.”

“Really? That’s fantastic!” Elio felt a wave of relief wash over him. “Prepare some delicious food for her right away. I’ll come and see her once I’m done here.”

“Don’t worry, Elio. I’ll take good care of Ms. Calloway.”

Soon after the kitchen staff had the food ready, Nestor carried the tray and knocked on the door before personally bringing it in.

“This was prepared by the chef Elio personally chose for you. Do you like it? If not, we can arrange for different dishes.”

“The food looks very appetizing. No changes needed.”
