Abhinay pov

Silence....

Utter silence ....

As soon as I realised something hit me on my face, I was shocked, frozen at my place.

I looked down, only to get more shocked and my temper flared.

Bitch just slap me with her slipper !! SLIPPER !! SHE FREAKING THREW HER SLIPPER AT MAFIA LEADER !!

I saw red and clenched my fist more tightly to avoid myself pulling out a gun from insides of my jacket.

This girl hurted my ego. How dare she? She attacked my ego, the thing which I treasured the most... !!

No fucking man, let alone a woman, raises their voice at me and she just... arghh.

I was hysteric and my eyes, murderous.

" BLOODY IDIOT !! YOU THREW YOUR SLIPPER AT ME..!!" I yelled, my anger became ten fold.

I looked at her, only to find her cowering in a corner as she gulped nervously and glanced between the door and me, figuring out how to escape my wrath.

" Y-You called me m-mental. That's why. You deserve this." She tried to act brave as she fumbled with her words.

" HOW FUCKING DARE YOU THROW YOUR SLIPPER AT ME...!?!? YOU JUST DID A GRAVE MISTAKE MY FUTURE BRIDE..." I shouted angrily, my voice raised. She don't understand... stupid idiot..!!

She deliberately did it Abhinay. There was a time your victims shivered with a cold sweat. Now a days, you are getting hit by slipper, wow .. just wow..!! My mind blowed out at me.

" I AM NOT YOUR BRIDE. AND I AM NOT MENTAL..!!" She too shouted confidently breaking my trance, which was quite surprising for me, but her eyes became moist as she continued to look at me with a glare and a pout.

If I was not angry, I would say that pout was cute, tempting enough to kiss her, but my anger blinded me. She fucking insulted me goddammit.. !!

In anger, I stalked towards her, only to be grabbed by Vinay in my way.

" Hey hey Abhi bro calm down. Just calm down man!!" Vinay said frantically, trying to stop me from approaching her.

A big scowl was etched over my face as I turned my face to Vinay with a murderous gaze. I knew, one look at my face and the opponent would shiver in fear.

After recovering from his shock, Viraj too joined him.

" Abhinay just calm down. Your temper, goodness !, You will hurt her just calm down Abhi." Viraj said desperately, trying to calm me down, probably so that I may not end up regretting later by doing something wrong.

I looked furiously and annoyedly at him.

" LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE. I WILL SHOW HER, HER DAMN PLACE...!! HOW DARE SHE JUST DID THAT !!" I shouted furiously. I cought her flinched at my voice from the corner of my eye. Good !! she should be scare.

Both of their grips on me tightened. But I was shaking in anger, whereas, this crazy ass girl was shivering in fear, probably realising her mistake.

Just then Viraj came closer to me and whispered, " Abhi calm down, control yourself, do you really wish to kill your bride. What about your mother huh? What will you say then, calm down, just think from your mind goddammit."

I calmed down a bit as I processed what Viraj said and took deep breath.

Relief washed over Vinay as soon as he realised I had visibly calmed down, thus loosened his grip a bit.

" Thank God bro, you just terrified the shit out of me" Vinay exaggerated as he dramatically wiped the invisible sweat from his forehead, making me rolled my eyes at him. He continued, pointing towards Tara, " See, you have made Tara shivering in fear. How badly she is trembling...!!" He frowned, looking at her with that nasty pity.

I let my gaze to fix at Tara's shivering form, and true to his words, I found Tara shivering in fear as she met her eyes with me.

Finally !

A proud smirk came to my lips as I watched her. Finally she is afraid of me. Finally.

" It-It's so cold here. You should turn the A.C off." She blurted out looking at all three of us with a pout.

As soon as I heard the words, my proud smirk wiped off my face, as I looked at her angrily.

Viraj and Vinay's eyes widen as they too registered what they just heard, finally breaking their delusion and mine's too.

" ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MIND? JUST GET LOST FROM THE ROOM BEFORE I MYSELF LOCK YOU." Viraj growled in anger and annoyance at this girl.

I glared at her with same anger.

She fucking didn't realised her mistake yet..! did she?

She glanced at me but gulped, realising the level of my anger I was currently feeling towards her.

I snatched off my arm from the holds of the Viraj and Vinay, and walked towards her with same scowl on my face, a murderous gaze, probably looking like a devil in disguise with red angry eyes and disheveled hair ; I walked around like she is any prey to me and me a predator.

She remained rooted to her place. Door was already locked and it was impossible for her to reach there and unlock the door instantly.

" Abhi.. Don't and I mean it, don't do anything stupid." Viraj intervened, his tone of voice was showing the underlying warning, awaring me again that i would fucked up good this time if I couldn't control myself.

" Leave her alone Abhi, don't do any stupid." This time Vinay too tried to knock some sense in me.

I took a deep breath and heaved a sigh.

I was already in senses. I knew my anger would only let my life complicated. If I take down my anger at her, she fucking won't be able to handle it. And I might found her laying in any hospital bed, which means, marriage won't happen and maa would come to know my all dark secrets.

Secrets of my underworld.

And I can't risk that, nor this golden chance of making her my bride, caging her to me for eternity as a punishment for her, probably a revenge.....

An evil smile instantly appeared on my face, making all of the other three looking at me suspiciously and curiously.

'' You will marry me Tara." I announced, my voice low, calm and soft. Viraj and Vinay looked at me even more suspiciously as they heard my calm voice.

I stalked towards her wearing that evil smirk.

She visibly gulped but the moist in her eyes remained frozen.

I kept my one hand behind her head and other hand on her waist, preventing her from escaping me. Her eyes widened in shock and this time she visibly shivered and I could bet it was not from the cool air of A.C. but was from the fear.

Fear for me.

I bent down slightly towards her making her trembled.

" W-wh-what are you d-doing.?" She whimpered. All her confidence flew out of the window as I stood too close to her.

I bent and reached her ears, then whispered," My babygirl, making me angry could be hazardrous for you darling. You shouldn't throw your slipper at your future husband, and more so, after even knowing your husband is a mafia." I whispered with ever so softly and much calmed voice.

I could bet the other two idiots would be shocked as they were witnessing my 180 degree unexpected gesture.

Suddenly she pushed me, taking me off guard.

I looked at her, only to find her in tears that had started to flow like a dam had broken.

" I -I will not marry you. I -I will escape. M-My hero will come and s-save me from you." She stuttered innocently as tears silently flowed from her eyes.

I smirked evilly at her.

God ! I still can't believe is she that naive !? or just acting !?

'' Prepare yourself Tara. You will be my bride within seven days." I announced confidently with the evil smile.

She glared at me with that same pout, while my other idiotic friends were looking shockedly at me with a mouth agaped.

I ignored them and shifted my gaze to overly flustered prisoner of mine and the glare which was shooting daggers at me.

" Oh! don't you glare at me with those pretty eyes of yours" I chuckled at her. But really I love those eyes. Damn. its tempting me...

" You know I am your future husband. Thanks your stars you are going to marry me, a rich billionaire girl..!!." I boomed proudly.

She remained quiet.

Finally she is realising the gravity of the situation. You are right Viraj, I would dominate her and control each and every aspect of her life.. I thought while smiling at her as I put my both hands into my jeans pocket and stood calmly.

" Ehh- Tara, go and get some rest. You will not do any household chores anymore." Vinay smiled, trying to reduce this awkwardness that had engulfed around us.

She met her gaze to him and angrily pouted. God! she was looking quite tempting to me. Uff...

Why I am having this feeling? May be, because soon I am going to own her. This thought alone made me smirk. Now, she is going to be caged by me and I would keep my eye on her like a hawk.

Once glancing at each one of us, Tara marched off from this room, not to forget, with that same cute pout.

" WHAT WAS THAT !?" Viraj exclaimed shockedly.

" Huh?" What happened to him suddenly?

" You- you didn't kill her. Wow bro, you controlled it damn." Viraj was proudly looking at me with the surprise in his eyes.

Now what happened so suddenly?

" What is ' it' ? And more important, why would I kill her?." I asked him annoyed.

" Your anger... And why not? you were looking so angry just a moment ago. Then, out of the blue, your voice become deadly calm and low. Any other victim of yours, even your men would have peed in their pants hearing that voice. But damn... that girl is something else. She was glaring at you. But thank god!! I am happy you didn't kill her and destroyed your future by your hands." He smiled at me with a proud look on his face.

" Chalo bhai..... Congratulations for your confirm fake marriage. Now if you don't mind I am going to take my dinner now. I am starving." Vinay exclaimed tiredly and walked out of the room.

" Me too Abhi. Take care. I don't know what made you to agree for this marriage with this girl. But let me tell you, I can gaurantee, you will be able to live your life as it is bro." He smiled but suddenly he looked at me seriously as his smile wiped off," There is one problem though which is needed to be fix. She is going to be your wife, doesn't matter for a time being or for a lifetime..." He trailed off as my glare fixed at him with clenched jaws.

" Ok ! let's say for a time being," he huffed, then continued," We need to make sure she doesn't splutter out about us being in mafia. She always calls you a devil anyway. But still we need to make sure she don't do any stupidity. You both have to act like any lovey dovey couple Abhinay, both in front of maa and in public as well. I hope you are understanding." He said with a serious look.

" Hmmm." I hummed. Ofcourse, I have to take care of these dangerous situations too, if by any chance she blabbered without thinking. I need to make sure she behave properly like a good bahu for my mother, even if it is for a time being. ( daughter-in-law)

I sighed.

" You should go now and have your dinner. Meanwhile, I would want to rest now." I said as I let my gaze wandered to the outside of the window, viewing the sunset.

" Ok." With that he walked off, closing the door of the room behind me.

While I pondered over my upcoming future.
