“I know from today onward, many will hate me and I might have to answer for my mistakes but I’m out here confessing at my own will.

“My mother once told me that we might be poor but we shouldn’t owe people a debt of gratitude. If owed, we must repay the debt no matter what.

Even though I’m not sure whether Celine is behind this abduction, at least I can provide an answer for what happened in the past.”

The girl’s eyes were strong and her face was strict in the video. She did not look afraid at all, unlike Kylie, whom Nell met before.

Nell leaned on the couch and sighed helplessly.

It was then Gideon brought over a plate of fruits. He saw her sighing at the TV. He walked over and forked a piece of honeydew to her mouth.

“What are you watching? Why are you sighing at the TV?”

Nell rewound the video and played it back for Gideon.
