Chapter 411

Spoiled by the President

The group of friends went off. Fortunately, this time was not the peak season at the resort, so there were private rooms available.

Joel asked for a private room and ordered a table full of seafood while they talked, laughed, and ate.

Joel was a troublemaker, instigating his friends at the table to bottoms-up one by one. Stephanie was shy and could not drink very well. After a few drinks, she was rather inebriated. Alan used to be in the army for many years and there were not many opportunities to drink. Later, although he did business, he rarely socialized, so he stopped drinking after a few glasses.

Only Simon and Lucy were gutsy enough to go head to head with Joel.

Joel wanted to drink with Gideon but the latter ignored him. He just took out the jade and said, "I got the stuff for you. Remember what you promised me."

Looking at the jade in front of him, Joel could not wait to hug and kiss Gideon.

Despite being grateful and excited, he did not dare to flatter Gideon. Instead, he gave Nell the attention.

Simon was already quite drunk by now. When he noticed the piece of jade, he suddenly cried out, "F*ck, isn't this the piece that Old Hughes just picked out?"

Joel immediately hugged the jade in his arms vigilantly and said, "It's mine now!"

Simon glanced suspiciously at the two of them and waved his hand. "I won't rob you. It’s just a piece of rock but you’re treating it like a treasure."

Joel snorted, then turned around and said to Lucy, "Lu, don't be jealous. I’m giving this jade to my grandpa, not to another woman. I'll give a more beautiful piece to you the next time on your birthday. I guarantee it’ll be better than this one."

He had already drunk a little too much. When he spoke, he smelled of alcohol while his handsome face was stained with splotches of red.

Overwhelmed by what he had said, Lucy quickly took a step back to keep her distance, staring at him angrily.

"What nonsense? Who wants you to give that to me?"

"Haha..."

Whether he was drunk or faking it, Joel muttered vaguely, "Even if you don’t want me to give it to you, I want to give it to you. Out of so many women, I only want to give it to you. You and the other women are so different..."

As he spoke, his words became more incoherent.

Upon seeing this, Nell interrupted him quickly.

"Joel is drunk. Can you all help him get back to rest first?"

A room was booked upstairs in the hotel and Simon and Joel did not plan to go home tonight.

Unexpectedly, Joel waved his hand.

"I'm not drunk. I, I just want to say something from my heart on this special day today."

Lucy's face soured and Nell noticed it though she did not know the status of their relationship.

However, with so many people today, it would not do Joel any good to say more explicit words, so as not to embarrass the two of them.

Therefore, Nell interrupted him and changed the subject, "Hey, why don’t we eat, drink, and be merry? Let's play some games!"

Simon, who was still a little drunk, immediately became energetic when he listened to the suggestion of playing games.

"Okay, game time. I’m in!”

Joel also reacted with a smile.

"Okay, roll the dice and drink. Second Brother, come and join us."

Gideon glanced at him disdainfully. "If I join you, I'm afraid you’ll lose until you cry.”

Joel initially refused to accept it but Simon tugged him with a wink.

He suddenly remembered the scene of the last time when he had played dice with Gideon, and almost lost his pants. He trembled all over and stopped thinking about it.

With a smile, Simon said, "Well, dice is boring. Let's play a new game."

Joel was a sport, so he immediately agreed. "Okay, okay, what game?"

"How about “Truth or Dare’?"

As soon as this proposal came up, Nell was the first to take the lead as she was very interested. "I want to play too!"

Joel grinned and said, "Okay, it depends on whether Second Brother agrees with you drinking."

Nell immediately turned to look at Gideon, her black eyes gleaming. "Can I drink a little wine? Don't worry. I won’t lose too much."

Gideon rubbed the back of her head and said softly, "Go ahead, I'll drink if you lose."

Nell immediately became happy and she raised her head to Simon and the others. Her face was full of pride as she said, “So? Nobody has a problem, right?"

Of course, Joel was fine and so were Simon and the others. They turned around and asked Janet and Owen who also agreed.

For the first round, Nell had volunteered to be the banker.

She took the dice cup Joel handed her, shook it, and said, "Hurry up and think of some points. Then write it down on paper and give it to me."

Simon called the waiter to come in with a pen and paper. Everyone got a few sheets and handed them to her after writing their points down.

Gideon was not interested in this kind of children's game, so he volunteered to be Nell's backer, only helping her drink instead of participating in the game.

Stephanie could not drink well either, so she did not participate.

In the end, only Nell, Simon, Joel, Owen, and Alan were the only players.

The circular sofa surrounded a large glass table.

Nell divided the notes in her hand into two: one for truth and the other for dare. After mixing them up, they arranged the order on the table one by one.

In the middle, she placed her dice cup, and everyone surrounded the table in a circle.

Nell had already said that she would be the banker first and seeing that everyone had no objection, she picked up the dice cup and shook it.

When she opened the lid, the number three was revealed.

Nell chose “dare” without hesitation.

Joel smiled and picked up the note numbered 3 on the table and opened it. His eyes suddenly stopped and his face was twisted.

Owen, who was sitting next to him, easily read the words on the note. His face was full of horror.

Even a gentleman like Owen could not help but explode with swear words. It was conceivable that whatever was written on the note was indeed weird.

Joel could not help laughing as he passed the note to Nell and said, "Sis-in-law, it's not that I don't want to help you, but it's true. Um, how shall I say it? I can't help."

Nell took the note suspiciously and when she read it, she suddenly felt ill.

What the hell!?

Kiss anyone of the opposite sex present for ten minutes?

Nell wanted to cry as she did not expect her luck to be so bad that she would get such a hot dare in the first round.

She pulled Gideon's sleeve and said, "No, I won't play anymore."

Everyone immediately frowned as they all opposed, "No, Sis-in-law! You can't be that shameless."

Nell did not mean to back out on purpose, but to kiss for ten minutes in front of so many people?

God! This was the round that would kill her.
