Chapter 754

Spoiled by the President

“Yes.”

Mr. Osborne felt the man’s displeasure, he was frightened and quickly answered respectfully.

After Gregory finished, he did not go back to his study room. Instead he took his coat and headed out.

Mr. Osborne was stunned for a moment, instantly followed up and asked, “Young master, are you going out?”

“Yes.”

He replied softly and instructed, “Get the car ready, I’m going out.”

Mr. Osborne was startled a moment, he then quickly replied politely, “Understood.”

...

A black Rolls Royce drove out from the entrance of the castle.

In the castle, a room from the castle’s side.

Yuliana Lynch stood at the side of the window, she looked at the leaving car through binoculars and sneered.

She put down the binoculars, involuntarily tapped on the windowsill with her fingers several times. She then gritted her teeth with anger.

Gregory Graham, pretending to be righteous?

No lustful thoughts, not even attracted by a woman’s beauty?

I wanted to find out for myself, were you really like Liu Xiahui? No matter how I seduced you, you would not be tempted.

She turned as she was thinking, walking towards the exit.

Ginny was her personal servant. She received her order earlier and waited outside Yuliana’s room.

The door opened suddenly, Ginny looked at Yuliana Lynch blankly and asked, “Ms. Yuliana, you asked me to wait here, is there anything?”

Yuliana Lynch looked at her and smirked.

“Of course you’re helping me...accomplish something big.”

As Yuliana was talking, somewhere deep in her eyes, gleamed out a flash of wickedness.

Ginny looked at her from behind as she left, blurry.

However, Ginny was just a servant, both Gregory Graham and Yuliana Lynch were considered her masters.

She was uncertain regarding their affairs. She dared not say or ask anything.

All she could do was follow Yuliana closely.

In the meantime, on the other side.

At the prison’s entrance.

“95201, your sentence is up, you’re free to go.”

The sound of the steel gate clashed behind her, giving out a loud screech. Vickie Thomas did not look back. Her short hair framed her skinny pale face and, step by step, she walked out from the prison with a smile on her face.

The weather was exceptionally great. Breezy autumn wind with clear autumn sky.

The wind blew on the osmanthus by the roadside, big white petals of osmanthus flowers fluttered down, it tinged the wind with their fragrance.

A seventeen or eighteen years old young girl was leaning against the osmanthus, tall and slender, with a leather jacket and short skirt.

She lowered her head, trying to light up the cigarette in her mouth with a lighter.

Shocked by the clashing sound of the steel gate, she put down the cigarette and looked up. She saw a young girl slowly walking out from the prison gate.

“Sis!”

Her body trembled slightly, and the cigarette fell out of her hands.

The next moment, she dashed towards her, throwing herself into Vickie’s arms.

“Sis, you finally got out!”

Tears welled up in her eyes, her body quivered with excitement and her voice was choked up.

“Do you know, I thought I might never see you again. Now you’re free, it’s good, it’s really great.”

This girl was Vickie’s younger half-sister, Jennie Taylor.

Vickie felt herself drifting away for a moment while she passively held on to Jennie.

In Vickie’s memory, Jennie seemed to be still at a very young age. Due to poor health at early age plus being a picky eater, even at the age of thirteen or fourteen, she was still as skinny as a beanpole.

On first sight, she looked like she was suffering from malnutrition.

Who knew after four years, the kid finally grew up.

She had grown up into a beautiful and fine woman.

Vickie’s lips lifted up slowly as she spoke softly, “I’m fine, don’t get too excited.”

However, Jennie’s body is still slightly shaking in her arms.

Some time later, Jennie managed to restrain herself. She raised her head and slowly loosed herself from Vickie’s arms.

When she was wiping her tears, she cried and laughed at the same time and said, “Look at me, I just dirtied your clothes. I’m fine, I’m just so happy to see you after a long time.”

She stopped for a second and continued. “Sis, come back home with me. We’ll stay together and never be apart again, alright?”

She looked at Vickie, with her eyes full of hope after she finished talking.

However, Vickie did not immediately agree.

She squinted her narrow and long eyes and turned her head. Looking at the road that was not far from here.

The prison was located in an outskirts area. Therefore, not many cars drove by the road outside the prison.

At this moment, a black Rolls Royce was stopped under the pine trees by the roadside.

The black body kit of the car drew out fierce and cold lining under the branches of the pine tree. Sunlight shone on the car’s body, reflecting a glaring beam of light, except it did not feel warm, it had a sense of coldness.

Vickie Thomas looked at the car for a while, then she looked away.

She set her sight on Jennie Taylor’s face. Vickie threw her a faint smile without nodding her head.

Vickie Thomas held Jennie’s hands, gently soothing her. “Sis has got a place to stay.”

Jennie was stunned.

She was puzzled. “You just came out from prison, penniless and without any friends here. Where are you going to stay?”

Vickie was always smiling, but if looked at closely, it was not hard to realise that her smile was half hearted. At some point, it felt cold.

She spoke softly, “Stupid girl, although I have no friends here, I can still rely on myself. If I want to, I can easily find a place to stay.”

Vickie did not want Jennie to persuade her anymore, she interrupted the girl before she could speak and said, “Moreover, Uncle Taylor might not want me back. If I go back with you, it would be problematic for you and our lives will not be easy. You know me, I don’t like the feeling of being dependent on others.”

That was pretty straightforward.

Jennie Taylor could not argue.

After all, Vickie was telling the truth.

The Uncle Taylor she mentioned was her step father. Jennie Taylor’s biological father.

Vickie’s biological mother had remarried into the Taylor family. From the beginning, Bryan Taylor had never liked Vickie, considering her a burden brought in by her mother. He always treated her badly, scolding and beating her without any reason.

During Vickie Thomas’s youth, she never knew how to deal with him and suffered a lot under his treatment.

At the time, it was still bearable. In most cases, he would only scold or scare her.

Regardless of how much he disliked her, he only hit her once or twice. Bryan would not act too overtly in front of her mother, Vanessa.

Later, the Taylor family lost their business in an accident, and their house was destroyed by a fire.

Their neighbours gossiped about the accident, saying that it was because Vickie had fallen asleep when she was supposed to look after the rice cooking on the stove, which caused the fire.

Luckily, their losses were minimized because the blaze was not severe and easily brought under control.

Because of that, Vickie was not kicked out from the family.

Anyhow, because of the accident, it sprouted a bad impression in his heart. No matter how he looked at Vickie Thomas, he would think that she was a nuisance.
