Chapter 885

Spoiled by the President

Vickie struggled subconsciously, but he grasped her arm tightly, so she was unable to move. She just stared at him fiercely through the piece of cloth.

When the masked man saw this, he guffawed coldly. However, he did not say much to her. He just leaned over, carried her on his shoulders, and walked out.

Vickie was terrified. When one’s feet were lifted off the ground, the insecurity in their heart would grow.

She did not know who this person was or where he was going to take her, so she could not calm down. She was secretly conserving her energy, preparing to fight to her death.

However, before her arm could even move, she heard his cold voice.

"I advise you not to waste your efforts. I don't want to hit a woman, so don't try to challenge my patience. Be good. I’ll put you down once we reach the spot."

Vickie was about to take a shot, but now she just suddenly froze.

The man underneath her had broad and strong shoulders, and his muscles made her stomach hurt a little when he was carrying her. It was obvious that the other party was also someone that knew martial arts.

Her hands and feet were now tied up, so her movements were inconvenient, and she had fallen into the hands of others. However, since it was not a life-threatening situation, it was best to obediently behave first in order to not anger the other party, and bide the time to act.

Thinking about this, her tight muscles gradually relaxed.

After walking for about a few minutes, Vickie heard that the footsteps did not seem as if he was outside. Instead, it sounded as if he had entered the house and had stepped onto a carpet.

Therefore, she knew in her heart that they should be almost there.

Sure enough, soon, the other party stopped and put her down.

"Master, I’ve brought her here."

Master? What master?

Vickie frowned as she wondered in her heart, yet suddenly she felt a darkness in front of her eyes. Then, a hand went around the back of her head, and the strip of cloth tied around her head was untied.

Light suddenly blazed before her eyes, making her frown, and her eyes narrowed.

Then, when she opened them again, she saw a neat and luxurious room in front of her.

There was a tall man standing in front of her, he was wearing a black jacket, black pants, with both hands in his pant pockets, looking at her condescendingly.

"Miss Thomas, I’ve long admired you. We finally meet."

Stunned, Vickie looked at the face in front of her, and suddenly many scenes flashed in her mind like fragments, or more like countless flakes.

Her head hurt abruptly, so she held it. Her whole body was in pain, causing her to sweat profusely .

"Ahhh!" As Vickie screamed at the top of her lungs, she curled up on the ground in pain, and her whole body was shaking.

What had just happened? How could this be?

This face, this face...

In front of her, the face suddenly enlarged.

He looked at her as if he was gently consoling her, and said softly, "Miss Thomas, what's the matter? Is your head hurting?

"You must think this face is very familiar, don’t you? Have you seen it before? Be good. We’ve met before when you were still very young. Do you remember that I held your hand and carried you around to buy you sweets? What did you call me back then?"

As Vickie looked at him, tears rolled out all of a sudden. "B-brother..."

The man smiled slightly as he stretched out his hand and stroked her face lovingly. With his extended hand, he picked her up from the ground as he spoke, "Yes, I'm your brother. Don't cry. I love you."

Next to him, the silver masked man was stunned as he watched this process. Seeing him holding Vickie, the masked man said in surprise, "Master..."

"There’s nothing to do with you here," Lucius interrupted him coldly, "You may go out first."

"This..." The masked man wanted to speak but stopped when Lucius turned his head over and gave him a cold look. In the end, the masked man left anxiously.

He carried Vickie into the bedroom.

At this time, she was already pale, and the sweat dampened her clothes. She felt if she had just been fished out of the water. She looked at him blankly. After Lucius put her on the bed, he took a towel and gently wiped the sweat away from her face.

“V, are you uncomfortable? Be good. Just close your eyes and sleep. I’m here with you."

Vickie felt as if her mind was in chaos. It felt as if her head had been bitten hard by something, which caused her a headache.

Memory fragments that did not seem to belong to her were pouring out from the depths of her mind, making her tremble with resistance.

She looked at Lucius. For some reason, she obviously wanted to resist him, but her eyelids gradually became heavier as she listened to his gentle words.

Finally, realizing that she could not resist the heaviness of her eyelids, she fainted .

The moment she woke up again, it was already late at night. She opened her eyes and found herself lying on a luxurious bed.

Still in shock, Vickie got up subconsciously and touched her body.

Immediately, she was relieved. Fortunately, her clothes were still there, and she did not feel any abnormality on her body.

As a lady, unlike a man, sometimes she was most afraid of being caught by the enemy, not because she was afraid of death. It was the fear of the inhumane shame before death.

Vickie thought that she was not a noble person, but if the other party really dared to use those methods against her, then she would rather fight to her death together with them than let them go.

However, now, there seemed to be nothing.

While she was relieved in her heart, she became more curious about the purpose of these people capturing her.

She got out of bed and walked out. She originally thought that since these people had tried their best to kidnap her, they would want to guard her strictly.

Even if there were not any copper or iron walls, at least, there should be a lot of people who were sent to guard her.

Yet, strangely, she walked out of the bedroom to the living room, and then out of the living room. Until she left the gate, she still did not see anyone except herself.

Vickie was horrified while her heart was beating fiercely in her chest. She looked around and made sure that no one was there, so she could escape.

She did not care whether it was a trap or not as she just went ahead!

Thinking of this, she walked out quickly. However, just after taking two steps, she suddenly realized that something was wrong.

She stopped, turned her head, and looked behind her.

She saw a vast green hill in front of her as if it was a huge beast in the night while the villa in front of her was old and luxurious, and it felt slightly familiar and intimate.

This...What was happening?

She was sure that she had never been here before.

Still, why did it feel so familiar?

A burst of pain came through her mind again.

She could not help but hold her head. She then lowered her head only to feel something beating so quickly in her chest as if it was about to jump out of her throat.
