Chapter 892
Spoiled by the President
Vickie's eyebrows were deeply furrowed when she looked at Lucius.
She did not know how much of what he said was true and how much of it was not.
After all, her mother had died many years ago and her memories from before she was 8 years old were non-existent.
Other than the things she recalled from her recent arrival, the rest of it simply did not come to mind.
On one hand, she could not ask for confirmation from the dead, but on the other hand, it was merely his words.
It would be hard for Vickie to believe him.
When she thought of this, a touch of obscurity flashed in her eyes.
She looked at Lucius and said unrelentingly, "Well, letâs assume what you said is true, do you really think that you can make me stay this way?"
Lucius looked at her with a gentle face and said, "Vickie, I just want us siblings to spend more time together. Of course, if you still decide to leave after that, I wonât make things difficult for you."
Vickie sneered.
"How am I supposed to believe you?"
Lucius raised an eyebrow and probed.
"What do you need me to do for you to believe me?"
Vickie gave it some thought and directly said, "Let Andrea go. This matter is between us and has nothing to do with her. Let her go first, then I'll believe what you say."
Lucius scrutinized her.
Vickie felt that he had probably guessed why she was doing this.
However, it did not matter. Was he not begging her to recognize him as her brother?
Whoever had the upper hand could make the demands, so even if he knew, what did it matter? Even if he did not agree, the situation would remain the same and she had nothing to lose.
Vickie did not expect that Lucius would actually nod and agree.
He smiled slightly and said, "Okay, I promise."
Vickie was startled for a moment.
It seemed that even she did not expect it to go so well.
She did not believe that Lucius would not know what it meant to let Andrea go, but he knew full well and still dared to agree to it...
A bad premonition suddenly rose in her heart.
Suddenly, Lucius said, " Since Iâve agreed to your request, you have to agree to mine as well, right? How about if you want me to let her go, you'll have to come with me?"
Vickie's eyes grew darker.
"Where do you want to take me?"
"That's not what you need to know right now."
He said as he smiled gently, but Vickie felt that his smile was like a cold snake crawling down her spine, which gave her chills all over her body.
Lucius said softly, "My good sister, don't worry. Iâll take you to a place you like, where youâll forget all your worries and never have to worry about such things again."
Vickie looked into his eyes, and somehow, she felt a little dizzy.
Her eyelids became heavier and the feeling that something was wrong came rushing back, but she only saw that the images in front of her gradually blurred.
Just as she was on the verge of passing out, a loud bang suddenly came from outside the door.
"Bang-!"
Vickie instantly woke up.
On the other side, Lucius turned pale, rushed out to the door quickly to take a look, then rushed back to grab Vickie and ran upstairs.
"Come with me!"
Lucius shouted at her, but blood drained from Vickieâs face as her mind reeled. She finally knew what was wrong with her, and the things she did not understand before was now clear to her.
Hypnosis!
D*mn it! This guy knew how to hypnotize people! No wonder she was feeling so odd all this time. Everything was faked by this guy to trick her!
Vickie was furious and did not care about her current physical state. With a flip of her wrist, she wanted to tackle him.
Lucius was shocked and quickly released her.
Vickie then took the opportunity to elbow him, and kicked him in the chest at the same time.
Lucius blocked it with his arm, but he was just a few seconds behind and Vickie had already jumped a few meters away.
His expression completely changed as he realized that this woman had recovered. He was afraid that it would be difficult to capture her like this, especially with the people outside already breaking in.
Without a second thought, his eyes grew cold as he reached out and grabbed Andrea who was next to him.
"Ah-!"
Andrea screamed as she was suddenly caught by Lucius and grabbed by the neck.
Vickie was horrified and immediately stopped in her steps that were already escaping.
"Andrea!"
Lucius stared at her and threatened.
"Good sister, be obedient and come here!"
Vickie's face was tense and she clenched her teeth.
Andrea's neck was choked by Lucius. She shook her head desperately and tears were already pouring out of her eyes.
"Ms. Vickie! Just go! Leave me alone and go!"
How could Vickie ever leave her behind?
The image of Jennie Taylor dying in a pool of blood because of her once again surfaced in Vickieâs mind.
Her heart felt like it was being torn apart. She gritted her teeth, stared at Lucius, and said, "Let her go!"
Lucius sneered and his eyes were incomparably sinister.
"I'll give you three seconds. Come here or I'll strangle her."
As he said this, he exerted some force on his hand.
Andrea's eyes instantly rolled back. Soon, she would not be able to breathe.
That tender neck in his palm was like a brittle lotus root that was about to break with a slight force.
Vickie's heart tightened and gritted her teeth.
"Don't hurt her! I'll come over."
Andrea shook her head desperately and looked at Vickie distressed.
Vickie was stony-faced as she walked towards him slowly.
At this time, the sounds of fighting from outside had become more and more intense, and she knew that it was likely that Gregory had already found out she was held here and had come to rescue her.
With a glimmer of hope rising in her heart, she approached Lucius step by step.
When she was just half a step away from him, she suddenly bent down, rolled to his back, and kicked him hard in the crook of the knee with a side kick.
Lucius had not thought that she would dare to play tricks even at this time. He crouched down in pain and his hands naturally loosened.
Vickie quickly pulled Andrea by the hand and turned to run away.
"Letâs go!"
She yelled. Andrea was a little confused, but her body followed Vickieâs footsteps and ran outside.

Just then, the girlâs eyes suddenly grew cold and she struck Vickieâs neck with a karate-chop.
Vickie only felt a pain at the back of her neck, and the sky spun before her eyes.
She turned to look back at Andrea in disbelief, and in the next second, her body fell to the ground.
Andrea reached out to catch her fall.
Behind her, Lucius had already rushed over.
He saw the woman had fallen into Andreaâs arms and was relieved. He picked the person up and said, "At least youâre sensible! Don't worry, I'll return that old lady to you after it's done. Now, just follow me!"
Lucius then grabbed Vickie and ran upstairs.
There was a small helicopter parked on the top floor.
Lucius put Vickie on the helicopter, and after Andrea had also climbed up, he immediately steered the helicopter away.
At this time, Gregory, who was tangled up outside, looked at the departing helicopter and viciously kicked away the people in front of him. Then, he angrily commanded, "Harold! Bring someone and track their route. You guys come with me. Letâs go!"
