Yao Family glanced at her: “Are you asking me to help find a suitable marriage for sister Xin?”

This wouldn’t be difficult.

She would never reconcile with those three in her whole life!

He Family blanched at Yao Family’s words. “Sister, ever since you made a big success, you’ve completely forgotten where you came from. If it wasn’t for our intervention, you wouldn’t be living such a comfortable and luxurious life. Even though you’ve been ignoring your birth family, we’ve never badmouthed you at all. Where else can you find such a good birth family? Now, your very own niece wants to get married, and you rather let a stranger take her instead of taking her back home. Why? Can’t bear to see us live a better life than you?”

Yao Family sneered. “How does my sister-in-law know if she’ll lead a better life once she enters the Marquis Residence?”

He Family lifted her chin: “Our sister Xin is gentle, sensible and knows how to behave. Both her husband and her mother-in-law will surely like her.”

In the past, Yao Family would argue with her to clarify everything, but she gradually realized that some people are unreceptive to reason.

They only stick to their own beliefs.

She didn’t care about the hardships Yao Family had experienced in the Marquis Residence all these years. Bottom line – she was selfish.

Yao Family rose and prepared to leave.

Yao Family took a deep breath, asking, “Are these your intentions, or our mother’s?”

He Family remained silent.

Of course, both she and her mother-in-law had the same intentions – though the mother-in-law didn’t want it to be revealed.
