CHAPTER THIRTY SIX

DYLAN'S P.O.V

WEDDING DAY.

One hour until the ceremony begins and I can't seem to find Damien anywhere and he is not ready yet. I hope he is not rethinking this now. I have tried to mindlink him like a thousands time but he has closed his mindlink and none of the pack members have seen him. I keep on walking to every room in this pack house but I don't seem to find him.

My phone rings without looking the caller ID i pick up. > Please tell me you are not having a second thought Damien is having a second thought? What? No...he is not I knew something is up when I felt your distress. Please tell me he is not having a second thought Not really but I can't seem to find him Now you listen to me, you better find him cause if I do find him I won't bother if he is an alpha", Trevor yells this time disconnecting the call.

" Now where the hell is he?" I ask to one cause am currently standing outside alone.

' you haven't check in the cemetery', Luke says.

' Why would he even go there?', I ask him. ' Ooh...ooh', I say after understanding what he meant.

' Exactly', He says as he goes back to sleep.

So I walk to where the cemetery is and I see him sitting beside one of the graves . I walk to where he is and I put one of my hand to his shoulder. I guess he  already sensed my presence cause he never turns around.

" He is happy for you, you know that right?" I tell him as I sit beside him.

" I know but I can't shake the feeling of me moving on very fast", He says softly.

" It has been ten years Damien and you got a chance to have a second mate. I believe Ryan would want you to be happy with someone and not lonely". I tell him which he just nods.

" Now get a grip cause you have only few minutes to get yourself ready and get yourself a handsomely man of your dreams, before my mate kills you".

" Why would he want to kill me?" Damien asks as he gets up.

" It is a long story".

We both walk into the pack house, he goes to one of the rooms that it was prepared for him so he could get ready and I went to my room. Reaching the suite I find everyone is already dressed except for me of course which I walk directly to my room.

The ceremony will be held just outside the pack house because it is the only place that will be able to hold a large number of people. The altar will be at the front of the pack house and the reception will be at the left side of the pack house. Which everything if well beautifully decorated.

Their honey moon will be some where in an island and also they are going with Daizy and Devyn as Tyler is coming with us to silver moon tomorrow. Don't ask why and I couldn't convince Damien to leave them behind.

When I am done getting dressed I walked out of the room and we all go downstairs finding Damien down there. He is in black suit with sparkling gems on one side that falls from the neck down to his chest, Long sleeved white shirt and a black bow tie.

" You look amazing", Alex tells him.

" Not so bad your self but thanks". He responds.

" Nervous?" Jordan asks him which he only nods, " I can help you with that".

Jordan claps his hands once then touches Damien's shoulders, " Better?"

" Yeah, thank you". Damien says as he stands up more upright. " Okay guys lets go meet the people".

Well Travis will be the one walking down the aisle and Damien will be waiting for him at the altar. The official is one of the pack member who has already wedded alot of people in the pack for years. We greet people as we go to the altar, Damien's groomsmen are Alex, Avery, Jordan and I  leaving Nick, Chris, Levi, Cole, Darius and Liam taking their seats.

When the time came we hear a music indicating that Travis is coming which made everyone to stand. It is Travis at the front as his brothers are behind him. He is also in black suit with sparkling gems on one side that start from his shoulder down to his chest, white long sleeved and a black bow tie.

The moment they reached the altar the ceremony begins and everyone seated quietly. Everything goes beautifully and it is the moment of exchanging vows and rings.

Damien goes first. " People only get one chance to have a mate but I on the other hand moon goddess decided to make you and be my second mate which am forever grateful and for that I promise to love you without condition and to honor you each and everyday. To laugh with you when you are happy, to support you when you are sad,  to guide you when you ask for direction and to allow you do the same for me. I love you"

Travis's turn. " Every love story is beautiful but ours is my favourite, none of us thought that we will ever find love again but here we are. Maybe it was written already or just rewritten again but either way am grateful so I promise to be your lover, companion and friend. Your partner in parenthood, your ally in conflict and your toughest adversary. I love you"

" By the power invested in me, I pronounce you husband and husband and you may kiss". The official finalize.

Cheers erupts from everywhere as people celebrate in joy. For that we walked out and headed for the reception part. It is just a short party as they want to leave early for their honey.

" Hey handsome", Trev says as he comes to where I am kissing my cheeks.

" Hey. You look beautiful", I tell him as I put my head on his neck to get more of his scent.

" Thank you and so do you", He replies sitting on my lap. " So are you ready for tomorrow?"

" Six hours driving? Not really", I put my head on his back so I could hear his heart bit and the vibration when he talks.

" It will be fun".

" Hey guys", I look up and its Myron. " As anyone seen Tyler?"

" I last saw him with Maxine and the twin babies", Trev says pointing at the direction to where he saw them last.

" Do you think we should go to be?" I ask him.

" To sleep or to....aah", He squeals as I stand up with him in my arms carrying him bridal style.

" Why don't we find out".

THE NEXT DAY.

I wake up to the sound of birds outside, damn sensitive ears. I look at Trev and he is still very far from this world but he looks peaceful. I get up and hit the showers and when I was done I put on my army green cargo pants, black T/shirt and white sneakers without forgetting my precious neckless. After that I walk to a sleeping Trev, I plant a kiss on his forehead and head out. I want to put some things clearly in the office before we head out. So I let him sleep in for a while.

We will be leaving in the afternoon for the silver moon so we could be there by evening. Today we are taking the gammas and few warriors leaving the betas in charge. Damien, Travis and baby twins are half way across the country.

Walking to the kitchen first to get myself a cup of coffee, I see Max sitting there with a non invisible plastic cup infront of him just staring at it.

" Everything okay?" I ask him. Looking at him he looks really pale and alittle bit sick!

" Not really", He says pushing the cup away from him.

" What seems to be the problem", I ask him in concern. Which he only points to the cup.

" I can't seem to drink that", He cringes.

Just by the smell of it, its blood. " Have you told your mates about it?"

" I didn't want to worry them", He sighs.

" You know you need that stuff to survive plus today we are suppose to go to silver moon how can you do that if you are sick?"

" I will be just fine, I just need something to eat cause am starving".

I just look at him not knowing what to say to him, " Okay...let me make you something to eat".

In a minute, I put a plate of bacon and scrambled eggs infront of him.

" Coffee or milk?" I ask him.

" Coffee", He replies. So I pour him some and place the cup infront of him. " Thank you".

" So why are you up this early?" He asks taking the first bite.

I take a seat next to him, " I wanted to finish some paper works before we leave".

" I guess you don't want to leave that nightmare to the betas", He chuckles.

I sip the coffee alittle, " That is the least I could do for them before they take over for the week".

Before he could say anything he starts to cough. It starts slow but by the second it gets aggressive.

" Hey are you okay?" I stand up patting his back.

He doesn't answer but continues to cough and this time its blood coming out of his mouth.

" Shit....you need a doctor", I half shout.

But before I could move, he starts to vomit and its not food but blood. Which gets me even worried.

* Jordan get down here now!* I shout at him through the mindlink. * Jordan*

* Why...whats wrong* He asks.

* There is something wrong with Max*. I still shout at him and I don't know why.

Before I knew it Darius appears in a flash and in a minute Jordan is behind him.

" Max babe what's .......", Darius starts as he goes to where Max is. " Are you shitting me?" He hisses.

" Darius", I warn.

" I thought you told us you are feeding?" He yells this time and his eyes are bright red now. " Do you want to die?"

" Darius", Chris calls him this time. " You know that he is trying". He helps Max up.

" Then he should try harder", He hits one of the chair making it to break.

" What seems to be the problem......god Max are you okay?", Trev asks standing beside me. " What happened?"

" Something about blood", I tell him.

" He has a death wish that is what happening", Darius says.

" Ooh...give me a break", Max growls.

" I have been doing that for almost a month and you know what am done". Darius starts to move to the direction of the stairs.

We hear a growl coming from Chris, " Take one more step and I will break your legs", Which makes Darius to look at Chris in disbelieve. " Now help me clean him up and make sure he feeds".

He turns to Max, " And you better drink that blood or help me moon goddess I will kill you myself". Which he only nods. "Good now lets go and get you cleaned up and for the rest of you clean this shit up".

They all walk away leaving us puzzled.

"Did he just gave me an order?" I ask.

" You know what, I think they are both bottoms", Matt says and I don't even know when he got here.

" Exactly", Mark says high fiving with Matt. When did they get here. Which Trev just laughs.

Jordan snaps his fingers and each and every drop of blood on the floor disappears, " I guess my service is no longer needed. I will go back to my room".

And everyone else does the same.

" You are up early". Trev asks giving me a quick kiss

" I wanted to do some paper works before we go but I don't think it will happen anytime soon".

" Good because I want you back to bed", Trev says taking my hand.

" What do you have in mind?"

" Wait and see".
