CHAPTER FORTY

TREVOR'S P.O.V

The silent is killing me and no one wants to say anything about anything. I know everyone wants to keep for themselves and their minds but it worries me too much as I don't know what they are thinking or feeling right now. I know what am thinking and feeling and it is anger, Anger towards the purity pack for taking my brother.

We received the news about Mark being taken by the purity pack one hour ago, just right as we were preparing for dinner. And for that we didn't waste even a single minute and we were out of the Silver moon pack's land. Thankfully William and Tarrick offered to help so they are coming with us to our pack leaving behind Jax, Mike, Robin, Kyle and Tyson.

It won't take long for us to get home even though it is a six hours drive, the driver being Max and I don't even know why we let him drive us back home. He is not listening to anyone right now all he is thinking is Mark and none of us can slow him down and Dylan does not want to use his Alpha tone.

*****MOMENTS LATER*****

We just got inside the pack's land and it is five minutes to midnight, so we didn't have to call Jordan or Cole to lift the wards up. Ten minutes until we reach the pack house I decide to break the tension for the first time since the last five hours of silent.

" Max we are almost at the pack house, do you want to slow down a bit and talk about it?" I ask him as I could see his eyes are too focused in killing has his vampire side try to magnify everything that he is feeling right now.

" There is nothing I want to talk about, I want something to kill". He hisses as he says the last word.

I just look at him not knowing what to say anymore. I know the bond between brothers can be different from the bond between twins and he has alot of things going through his mind right now and I don't know how to help, I hope Matt can help.

Few minutes and we are infront of the pack house and we all go directly to the office. We find everyone there busy discussing different things. When they see us they stop doing whatever they were doing.

Max runs to Matt and gives him a hug, after they parted he checks if he is injured when he finds that he is fine he hugs him again.

" Okay everyone, this is William and Elijah from Red moon pack. Tarrick and Noah from Rising moon pack and they have offered to help". Dylan introduces them to the rest of the members except for Nick.

Speaking of Nick both him and Cole aren't looking so great, Maybe I will check on them later.

" So what do we know so far?" William asks as he takes a seat.

" We know who took him and where they are", Alex says as he comes to where am standing giving me a piece of paper. " We found this inside the car, when we came out of the mall".

' It is going to end where it all started. You better start to move before you find your brother's body lying on the ground'.

Where it all started? I ask myself.

" And we found this in the bathroom floor, after they took him". Matt handles me another piece of paper.

' Bring our sons and the rest of the hybrids or you will never see your brother ever again. You traitor'.

" Campsite", I whisper to myself.

" What?" They all ask at the same time. Super hearing.

" It all started at the campsite when I became a hunter, there is where they are keeping him". I tell them.

" We already know where they are now lets go", Max says angrily.

" We can't just go without a plan", I tell him.

" Plan? Plan? They have been holding him for more than four hours and who knows what they are doing to him right now". Max growl hisses at me making me flinch a little so Dylan growls back at him.

" No need to get mad at eachother cause we all we have got", Matt gets in between. " Trev says we need a plan so lets make a plan and fast".

" They want us, so I don't think they will do anything to harm him but we need to come up with a good plan because our parents are clever and they have been doing evil things for years", Cole states.

" We need to come with something they will never expect", Darius says this time.

" For starters we are going to send few warriors at the location to see any kind of activity then we move out". I tell them which they all agree.

Two hours of planning and planning, one of the scout warriors comes in.

" So what did you find?" Max asks him the moment he gets inside the office.

" They are at the campsite and it looks like they have make camp there for days. They have more than hundred warriors hunters, vampires, wolfs, witches and dragons. This isn't a rescue mission but war". The warrior says.

But before anyone can say anything we hear commotion outside the pack house, people yelling  and wolves growling, so we all run outside to see what is going on. And there stands three women back to back with glowing hands and they have been surrounded with our pack's warriors wolves ready to attack them.

One has a green glow, the other blue glow and the other red glow just like Jordan's brown glow. Witches, I think to myself. So we all stay alerted ready to attack.

" I told you this wasn't a good idea", The one with green glow says.

" STOP!" Jordan shouts as he runs to the three witches  blasting his brown light parting every wolf who is between him and the witches, standing next to them.

" Jordan what are you doing?" Dylan asks him.

" Please don't hurt them, she is my link". Jordan says still in his defense mood.

" Link?" I ask confused. What is that?

" What? How long have you known?" Avery asks him.

What the hell is a link?

" Since the day of the fire", Jordan says.

"She is the one who started the fire?" I ask him which he only nods. I can't believe this he told me he never caught the witch.

" I know this might sound absurd but we are here to help. I am sorry for the fire my family was in danger and so I did what I was told to do and I left my link here but I couldn't help it anymore. I know you might not trust us but we are really here to help and you guys can use all the help we can give. Jordan is my Link so I can't do anything to harm him", The one with the red glow says and for that her glow fades away and so are for the other two.

I look at Jordan speechless and not knowing what do so I turn to Dylan who looks like he is debating on himself what to do and for a minute he looks at me.

* What do you think?* Dylan asks through the mindlink.

* I don't know, I don't trust them but Jordan looks like he trust them*, I tell him.

" Come on guys, we are not the bad guys here and we are wasting alot of time", The one with green glow says this time.

We all look at eachother considering but from what the warrior said we could really use some extra witch powers.

" Now listen you wolf people, we are the strongest witches among the rest of the witches out there except for that royal warlock, cause we have the power of three coven sisters and together we are unstoppable. So if you want a best fighting chance we are all you have got. Let us all put our issues aside and when we are done then we can pick where we left off". The one with red glow says.

" Jordan", Dylan calls.

" I trust her Dylan. I am sorry that I lied to all of you but I had to choose between her and the pack and I chose the pack. I am sorry I lied but trust me this time". Jordan says.

We all look at him considering if it is a good idea to trust the unknown witches.

" We trust you Jordan", Dylan says making Jordan to sigh in relief.

Even though we allowed them to join us, still we don't trust them. So when we make a plan we make and plan B but the plan B is through the mindlink that we will inform William, Tarrick, Noah and Elijah later on.

We came to know their names Mia, Freya and Nora. Mia the one with red glow, Black curly hair, dark skin tone , black eyes and she looks like she is 5'8". Nora the one with blue glow, black curly hair, dark skin tone, black eyes and she looks like a 5'. Freya the one with green glow, black wavy hairs, black eyes, Hispanic and she is also a 5'. Mia appears to be the oldest but Freya and Nora same age. Also she is Jordan's Link.

Yeah I came to know what Link means.

Dylan called Hayden, Rex and Asher to tell them what is going on which they also agreed to join the fight. So we had to include them in the plan. Tarrick and William's warriors will be here in a few hours so we all decide to start preparing ourselves.

I did call Travis earlier to let them know what is going on, has much as he wants to come home I told him it was best if they stayed where the are which it is more safer and here right now, but I promised him that he will find Tyler unharmed. After alot of curses and cries he finally agreed to stay there which I am glad.

I am currently putting on a very comfortable cloth so I could be flexible during the fight. My sword is on the bed all sharpen and ready to slay something. In a moment I hear the door opens and it is Dylan.

" Are you okay?" He asks as he comes closer.

" Not really", I tell him. " I don't know what is going to happen out there".

So he just hugs me tightly which I return the hug and none of us wants to let go. Without a word we keep on hugging eachother but everything is said through this hug no need for a word.

* It is time* We hear Alex's voice through the link and we decide to go downstairs holding hands.

Reaching out there we see warriors Forest hill, Rising moon and Red moon.

" I know this war is going to change everything. Some of us might die and some of us might survive. But just remember one thing, we are doing this for our families, packs and even other innocent lives out there whom their lives were destroyed. So it has been my honor to serve you as your Alpha", Dylan says to the warriors and some of the pack members who have come to bid us farewell.

" We will be leaving in five minutes". Dylan says again.

For that everyone started to say their goodbyes to their mates, parents, relatives, friends, siblings.

I see Tyler talking to Myron at far end of the field. Max, Chris and Darius hugging. Nick and Cole holding eachother closely. Alex and Liam talking about something but sadly. Avery, Matt and Levi are holding hands. Jordan, Mia, Freya and Nora are doing some spells.

So I turn to look for Dylan whom I find talking to William and Tarrick. When they saw me they just leave.

" Promise me you will be safe out there", I tell him putting my both hands on his face.

" I promise".

" You won't do anything stupid". I tell him again as I pull him closer to me.

" I won't".

" Promise you will come back home to me". Our foreheads are touching this time.

" I promise".

I put my hands around his neck as I kiss him softly but also painfully.

None of us knows what the future holds.

After we part, he takes my hand in his. " Lets go".

" Okay everyone lets move out". Dylan says as he prepares to shift.

* Stay safe * I mindlink Tyler who stays behind looking worried.

* You too Uncle Trev*.

When everyone shifts , we head out.

Hold on Mark, we are coming.
