Forced To Marry The King

The day of the wedding. I wish for these maids to leave me alone. There are currently 7 in my room. 2 for my hair, 2 for my makeup, and 3 for my dress and veil.

They fixed my hair and gave me something to eat before they started doing my makeup. As I was staring into the mirror I remembered that vial. Should I take it? It could be poison but it could help me like she said.

"I need a moment alone." I said and everybody in the room bowed their heads, said yes your majesty in unison, and walked out.

I went to my jewelry box and grabbed the vial. I looked at it a drank it instantly in 1 gulp.

I felt dizzy for a moment then I felt fine. I felt excited.

"Your majesty we must continue if we are not to be late." One of the maids outside the door said. I opened the door and let them, letting them continue.

My dress and veil were put on and I looked amazing. The king will only feel the deadly sin of lust when he sees me. Why do I feel like this? I don't want him, I never thought about the wedding night. After what he did the other day I almost wanted him to take me but it would be so different for a royal couples wedding night because I'm expected to conceive an heir. I don't want to go through that, oh gosh is it too late to run?

But I want it oh so bad at the same time.

"My lady your ready." One of the maids said and I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked amazing my dress was gorgeous and my veil was also white with gold designs. Golden jewelry was worn my neck and ears. My hair was put up not a hair out of place. I feel like a royal bride here.

I got downstairs and I stood in front of those doors holding a bouquet of golden roses. The music starts and I'm told to start walking when the doors open. That's what I do and I wanted to stop and take in the beautiful scenery but I couldn't.

When I got to the end I faced Alexander and he looked at me with a smirk on his face.

That's all I remember.
