I moaned into the kiss, and he pulled away allowing both of us to catch our breath. He undid the back of my dress, undoing all the intricate ties and buttons.

He slipped it off so I was left in my bra and panties. He went straight back to kissing my lips, neck, all over my body. He was leaving hickies all over that I would have to cover up later.

He took off his shirt throwing it on the floor next to my dress. His six pack was well defined just like the rest of him.

I put my fingers in his hair as he kissed every part of my body. Between my thighs back up to my lips.

The knock at the door grabbed both of our attention. Alexander growled and mumbled something inaudible so I couldn't understand.

He got up and I pulled the sheets closer to my body. He opened the door and a guard stood there. They spoke for awhile before he closed the door.

"I apologize we couldn't take this further darling but I'm afraid we must continue another time. I promise we will," Alexander said putting his clothes back on.

I grabbed my dress and fixed the back. I knew how because most of the maids were mean to me refusing to help, and my parents usually wouldn't allow any to assist me.

I fixed up my hair and makeup a little. I also put on the flower crown the girls made me from earlier.

I walked to the throne room to see the servants and maids running around. A lot more than usual at least.

I saw Alexander speaking with a man to put it nicely. Alexander sat on his throne looking bored saying yes or no once in awhile. That man rambled on speaking quickly to his king.

I walked over and the man bowed finally taking a breath.

"Alexander, what is going on?" I asked confused.

"There is a ball scheduled for tomorrow, it's nothing important just celebrating the return of a family member," he said kind of annoyed.

"Oh, well what family member?" I asked curious not knowing anything about his family.

"My sister, sadly. I don't want you speaking with her, at least without me with you. Why don't you go figure out what to wear for tomorrow's event," he suggested as 3 more people came up with lists in their hands.

I didn't argue because not only did I not want to make him mad but I also didn't want to deal with that. It's boring and gives me a headache.

I went to see the seamstresses working on new clothes for Alexander and I. They all bowed their head when they noticed me.

"I was just curious as to what I was going to wear for tomorrow." I said as they all looked at me.

"I'm designing your dress for the ball, my lady." A girl, in her late twenties said. She had light orange hair and freckles on her face.

I walked over seeing the dress she was working on. It was multiple different color blues making an ombré effect. She wasn't done because I saw some lace on one side and not the other, the top was also not finished.

"I'm so sorry I'm not done yet, I promise to have it finished by tomorrow. I've been so busy with all of my jobs..." she started freaking out, almost crying.

"It's ok, I understand. If it's not done then it can be saved for another. I can wear another gown of mine if necessary. Do not stress over this," I said putting my hand on her shoulder. She was young and probably working so hard to support her family.

"Thank you, but I will have it done because I made the commitment to have it by tomorrow," she said proudly and happily. I respected that.

I left and knew Alexander was still busy  so I decided to go back to the garden, hoping to see Elena and Caroline.

I saw them both and we played for awhile. We played many different games like hide and seek. I loved it but it started to get dark, so I went back to my room.

"You were out kind of late," I heard when I walked in.

I looked at Alexander who was sitting the chair with a book in his hand and a glass of wine on the table.

"I'm sorry, I got distracted," I said holding my hands and looking at him, hoping he wouldn't get upset.

"With those little girls, yes I know." He said and took a sip of the wine, he so far hasn't made eye contact with me.

"I enjoy their company, I love little kids and I wasn't allowed near them back at my old kingdom," I explained. It was true that I couldn't be near children, I don't really know why that was just my parents rule.

"Is this your way of telling me that you want a large family in the future?" He asked finally looking at me.

"I don't know what I want," I admitted to him.

"Well figure it out sooner rather than later," he said and went to the bed.

I changed and joined him, I thought about my future with Alexander and I was honestly unsure of how things would go.
