Chapter 191
Love in the Limelight (Astrid and Elio)
Chapter 191 Seeing Astridâs expression turn stem suddenly, Colton immediately asked, âWhatâs up? You know the guy?â
Astrid nodded, âYeah, I know him. Thanks.â
Astrid got up and went to the computer, reconnecting Jonâs keyboard.
Colton watched her fingers fly across the keyboard, full of curiosity but didnât approach to peek.
After a while, Astrid got up and shouted towards the kitchen, Jon, take care of Colton. I gotta bounce!â
âHold up, where are you headed? What if he smashes the keyboard again?â Jon rushed out from the kitchen, but Astrid was already gone.
Seeing the computer still running, he went over to check.
There were two photos on the screen. The guys in the photos looked alike, except one had a mole above his eyebrow while the other didnât.
The screen also showed a location, a bar.
âWhatâs the deal? Why was Astrid looking up this guy?â Jon asked Colton, then slapped his forehead, âMan, Iâm stupid; how would you know?â
Jon went over and locked the door, âYou gotta stay in the house, stay away from the windows, and wait for me to make a concoction for you, got it?â
âSure thing.â Colton obediently sat on the sofa, hands on his knees, sitting up straight.
He looked like a preschooler.
Jon chuckled at him and then headed into the kitchen.
Meanwhile, Astrid had already exited the elevator.
The night breeze was cool. She got in her car, but instead of starting it immediately, she called Robb.
Robb didnât pick up. Just as she was about to call again, Robb called back..
Astrid answered, âI need twenty bodyguards waiting for me at Bush Bar.â

âIf you donât lend me your guys, I can call in my own. Theyâre a bit far from here, and I donât have a minute to spare.â Astridâs voice was cold, a tone Robb hadnât heard in a long time.
Robb realized something could be seriously wrong.
âAlright, Iâll notify them right away. Be careful.â Robb hung up and got up to change clothes.
Dale was holding a bunch of grilled meat when he saw a sternâlooking Robb about to head out. He asked in surprise, âWhatâre you up to? Going to throw down or something?â
âIâve got stuff to handle. You should hit the hay; donât wait up.â He lowered his hat and snatched the grilled meat from Daleâs hand as he left, âIâve told you a million times, your gut isnât good. You should lay off the spicy stuff. Iâm confiscating this.â
âNo, itâs not that spicy. Canât you show some mercy?â When Robb shot him a cold look, Dale hadnât finished speaking, making him âetract his neck immediately, âSorry, boss, Iâve deeply realized my mistake.â
Robb nodded in satisfaction and closed the door behind him.
Dale crouched by the window, watching Robbâs car leave the villa. He immediately took out his phone to order a takeaway.
Then he realized the internet was down.
