First of all Pardon me for not updating the story since a quite long time

I got so many messages from you all to update it , and I am really sorry for not updating it since days as because I was busy in my family function , yeahh so there was a function in my family which took place so I wasn't able to update it hope you all will understand , I returned back home yesterday and since then I am not feeling well too still I thought to write and post because now it's not just a story

It's my duty now to write and make you all satisfied !!

Ayesha's POV

Realisation hit me hard when I remembered he is that same boy with whom I met on the college fest day , the same boy upon whom by my mistake juice felled on

He even told his name

What was..it

A..ad....Adwik

Y..yes Adwik

Ad...Adwik

Oh no God

His condition is not at all good

What disgusted me were the people who were just randomly standing making crowd and talking among themselves and drawing their decision upon how he might have gotten into this accident

There's is No Humanity Ayesha !!

I really felt ashamed and tears blurred my view , no.......no Ayesha don't think about anyone , first you need to save him

His family might be waiting for him

You need to save him

I patted his cheeks roughly trying my best to keep him awake

"A..Adwik..... Adwik come on wake up , nothing will happen to you , I am here , please don't close your eyes please"

I kept continuously speaking , tying his head and pressing his wounds with the handkerchief to stop the blood flow but it didn't seems to stop because his injuries were way to bigger than anyone could sense right now

I could sense he is loosing his consciousness

No No No

"Adwik wake up you can't give up like this , your mom must be waiting for you.......Adwik for her sake , please open your eyes Adwik"

I clearly shouted but at an instant I felt my body just froze first due to the sight in front of me and secondly when I saw his breathing became all low and he completely lost his consciousness

We need to hurry up

"Did anyone called the ambulance" , I shouted again

"Yes , it's on his way" , one of them replied

I smiled at him bowing my head down

"Adwik please wake up Adwi..

I was speaking when we heard the siren of the ambulance

The medical team quickly came running towards us and without wasting a second they took him inside , I too ran with them and sat inside the ambulance praying all the way to God for his health

The doctor present inside the ambulance started cleaning Adwik's injuries and did as much as he could do till the time we didn't reach the hospital

Please God help him please , I prayed closing my eyes while my tears knew no bounds

I don't know why , I don't have any relation with him but just at the thought of his family , I am willingly here to help him

I can't see the pain of any family who are separated from their dear ones due to any cause

I know the pain

I don't have people to call family but he might be having one who might be waiting for him and sight of a mother crying for their child stabs my heart to no extent

Or Umar hi kya hai abhi iski , please God help him

By the time I was praying we reached the hospital , we quickly came out and the team took Adwik inside as fast as they could

The doctor present on duty came running seeing us

" Oh god , we need to hurry up.... fast , nurse keep the operation theatre ready quickly , he ordered the nurse and they took Adwik inside

I sat down beside the OT closing my eyes while my body is still shaking

"Ma'am please fill the form" , I heard a nurse saying which broke my trance

I nodded taking the form from her hands

But how am I supposed to fill it , I only know his name how could I fill it up

"Ahmm excuse me" , I asked the nurse

"Yes ma'am"

"Actually I am not his family and I even don't know him personally it's was just an accident so as to help him , I only wanted to save him how could I...

"I understand ma'am but you also please try to understand that's it's a necessary step without your approval we can't start the surgery and as because you came along with him so you need to fill it " , she spoked

I nodded understandingly

Before I could start filling up the form the doctor came out of the OT making me stood up

"Doctor how is he ? Is everything alright ? "

I asked moving towards him

"I can't speak much as of now , he has lost most of his blood and his condition is not stable"

"What...then what are you doing sir please..... please save him "

"Ma'am we are trying our best and I have even called our best surgeon doctor Saxena to handle this case , he is just arriving please calm down"

"Sir we even need to call the police as it's an accident case so how could we start the surgery just like that" , said an another doctor who was standing beside Dr. Kumar , his name as per as his name written on his coat says

"Think before you speak Harsh don't you know the person lying inside , he's Adwik Malhotra"

My eyes widened upon Dr. Kumar's statement how do he know him , is he that famous

"And now I think you very well know who is his brother and what he could do so no police as of now let Mr. Malhotra know this first"

Do he belong to some political background or what , such a powerfull impact

"And miss....

"Aa yes sir , Ayesha" , I spoked

" Yeah so miss Ayesha you don't need to worry about anything , we will give our best and also you don't need to fill up this form alright , here take his phone and inform his family to come up ok we will be proceeding towards surgery now , take care" , Dr. Kumar said and went inside the OT and after a min or so the red light went on indicating the start of the operation

God bless him , I prayed when his phone started ringing with name on the id says Mom ❤️

My hands started to shiver , I...I seriously don't know ho..how I mean how should I...I tell h..her

I was fighting my own turmoil when the phone got cut , it was the 16th missed call from her , she must be so worried

The phone ranged once again and this time I picked it up , keeping it near my ears with a shivering hand I heard her saying

"Adwik , where are you ha and why aren't you picking up your call , do you have a bit of knowledge what all negative thoughts were coming onto my mind haa ? Such an irresponsible behaviour Adwik , sahi kehte hai tere papa meri hi ladd pyar ki wajah se tu itna bigar gaya hai , ab bolega kuch , ghar aa tu bass ek baar , then I will show you , bolna bolta kyu nahi"

I audibly gulped down the lump forming in my throat and tried speaking with lots of difficulty

"Aa...Aunty ac..actually"

"Hello Adwik , kon bol raha hai"

"Aunty I am Ayesha , actually Ad..Adwik met with an accident today in the morning and right now he is in hospital in the operation theatre , I am sharing you the location please come fast aunty he's not good" , I spoked with much difficulty and at last I cried but not making her realise that I was crying , I spoked again not hearing her any response

"He..hello aunty"

"Ad..Adwik.... accident how" , she started panicking and I spoked

"Aunty aunty please calm down doctors are there , they are taking proper care of him but you please come fast "

"I...I am coming , I....I am coming"

She spoked in a crying voice which made me sad , I cut the call and sat down quitely waiting for her

I sighed sadly thinking of her condition right now

In less than 15 mins or so , I saw a lady coming towards the OT huffing and with a tear sticken face

It wasn't a difficult task to predict that she is Adwik's Mom

As there was no one except me outside the OT see directly came towards me

"Adwik... how is he now , what did the doctor said" , she asked me with a known fear engulfing her face

"Aunty please calm down first , he is still inside the OT , I don't know his condition exactly but the doctors are trying their best "

"Please don't panick so much , everything will be alright"

"Come sit here" , I made her sit

"Take this" , I made her drank a bit of water from the bottle kept nearby

She calmed a bit and asked me

"Ho..I mean how did it all happened"

"Aunty actually in the morning while I was walking down to the market , I heard a noise and it didn't took me much to understand that someone met with an accident and when I went to help , I found it to be Adwik "

"You know him" , she asked me doubtfully

"Yes , actually I met him before though I don't know him much but he is just like my brother so how , I would have not helped him "

She nodded smiling and didn't asked further that how I met him and where

"Pagal hai , kitni baar bola hai usse ki aaram se bike chalaya kar , par ye sunta khaha hai or ab aise" , she wasn't able to complete her sentence and started crying

"Aunty aunty please don't cry , wo bilkul thik ho jayega "

"He is too brave , dekhna ap he will win this battle too"

"Adwik"

I was calming her down when we a heard a voice

A tall man just as of Adwik's age came running towards us

Is he the same brother , Dr. Kumar was scaring off

"Chachi , how is Adwik" , he came and sat beside aunty on his knees

Oh Chachi , so he is his cousin

He was talking to aunty when the Doctors came out of the OT

"Sir , how is my brother" , said the man who came just now

"His condition is stable now , though he isn't fine completely and is under our observations but no need to stress because he is out of danger thank to the person who took him here on time" , the doctor smiled and patting upon his shoulders moved past him

Aunty sighed in relief and prayed to God by keeping her eyes close

I too thanked God for blessing him

"He is ok now Chachi ab no stress ok" , he spoked and aunty smiled

Spotting Me there too he looked confusingly at me

"Aa.. I am Ayesha"

"Oh so you are Ayesha , Hi I am Rrithik....Rrithik Malhotra" , he spoked bringing his hand forward for a handshake

I smiled and shook my hand with him

"And thank you , thank you so much for your help , it really means a lot"

"Please don't thank me it's nothing.... what I did , anyone would have done it to save an innocent life , helping others is what humanity right" , I smiled saying it

He smiled looking at me while aunty spoked

"But everyone in this world is not as good and kind as you are , to help out people without thinking of their own"

Further she spoked keeping her hand on my right cheek while I felt tears forming inside the pit of my eyes

"You owe me much Ayesha"

I shook my head in negative and keeping my hand upon hers , spoked

"Please don't say like this aunty , now you are really making me feel small"

"No beta please don't speak like this , I am really very grateful to you" , she said

" So if you really wanna thank me then please don't say thank you anymore now and give me a happy hug" , I spoked

She smiled and hugged me , I too gladly hugged her when I heard a very familiar voice from my back

"Sweetheart "

Someone spoked and aunty broked the hug and went towards the man when I turned around to spot

"So no police as of now let Mr. Malhotra know this first" , I remembered Dr. Kumar's words

So he was talking about him

Adwik Malhotra , Neil Malhotra so Adwik is none other than Neil's brother

Trillions of people in the world and still I keep bagging my head upon this Neil Malhotra

"Neil" , my thoughts broked hearing aunty's voice

She went towards him and hugged him as if her life solely depends on him while Neil too hugged her securing her in his arms and I smiled seeing them

"How is that Monkey" , Neil asked

"He is out of danger now , but still under observation " , aunty spoked when a tear slipped out of her eyes

"He will be all fit and fine very soon , afterall he is a monkey" , Neil spoked wiping off her tears and making her chuckle

"All thanks to Ayesha who came as saviour in my child's life" , she spoked and instantly Neil looked directly into my eyes

God , I felt my knees becoming all weak , I couldn't take his intense gaze so I adverted my eyes breaking the eye lock

Next he made aunty sat down and I know what's coming up next

He started walking towards me and I don't.... don't know why I am reacting like this but this which I can't even call proximity , but is hitting me hard

What the hell

He came towards me completely standing in front of me or to be accurate towering me with his giant height :/

Ok I am not small but he is way too tall

I hesitatingly looked up when he spoked

"Not to be wrong I guess this would be the very first time I am thanking someone "

I frowned hearing him , this man can never change not in a serious situation too

I mentally smacked him head hope I could do it in real as well

Haha as if after that you would even be alive !!

My subconscious mind poked it's legs in the middle

Ok stup up !!

"So ahmm Thank You very much Ayesha " , Neil spoked and smiled a bit

No what are you serious like just now I saw the arrogant insane man smiled though it was a very small one but atleast he smiled

His smile is a killer indeed
