"Till when you are going to live in the guilt of the crime you didn't ever commit"

A boy who was in his early 20's probably 21 or 22 , tall and handsome with a fair complexion said to a women who was holding a photo frame in her hands sitting on a chair

Her off white complexion with black shiny eyes and waist long hairs made her beauty reflect

She smiled while roaming her hand on the photo with moist eyes

Their was a peculiar sadness on her face as if she was enduring the pain all by herself

"Mom even after the misunderstanding we tried to clear and sort everything out with her and I am sorry if she is still so dumb that she can't look at the truth I , dad and you just cannot help her out" , the boy said and sat beside her clearly looking irritated

"I don't know why she still thinks of us as her enemy" , he added looking at the photo frame

"Reyansh , I know that you love your sister the most in this world and this is just your fake anger which you are showing me" , she said rubbing her hand on his arm

"No....I hate her" , he replied turning his face as if hiding his emotions

"Reyansh when all that happened it was obvious she wouldn't trust me or Aditya enough in front of her own dad...... it's not her fault beta she was not able to figure it out" , the women said turning his face towards herself

"She was not a kid mom , she was mature enough to understand everything but she stills blame you and dad about everything" , he said and looked down

"Who would trust his stepfather in front of her own dad" , said a man entering inside the hall

Wearing a black lawyer coat with specks on his face he looked tired

"Dad how was your hearing today" , Reyansh asked getting up

"It was good , we won the case" , the man said sitting down with a glass of water

"I knew it.... you are the best lawyer dad" , Reyansh said cheerfully hearing this news

"The only case your dad lost was of his daughter" , he said while sadness engulfed him

"Aditya please don't blame yourself it was not your fault" , the women said sitting beside him

"It wasn't even Ayesha's fault Gayatri she didn't deserved the way you treated her the time she needed you the most" , he said making her squirm in displeasure

"We have two children Gayatri and it's our responsibility to make them both happy and give them all the happiness they deserve I don't want to say it but you really didn't behaved well with my kiddo and the thought that I couldn't save her that day kills me every second" , he said with no emotions running on his face

"Why are you blaming mom for all this if it was mom's fault then it was Ayesha's fault too and for whom you are fighting dad she is not even your own daughter"

"Reyaaansh" , he shouted making him quite

Unshed tears was clearly visible in his eyes

"She don't even think of you as her dad still..... you are always on her side why dad" , Reyansh asked calmly looking down

"Because she is my daughter and I don't care if she is not my blood , my love for you and her has no difference and I am warning you Reyansh don't ever say this" , he said and moved out of the hall

"He loves her daughter a lot" , Gayatri said smilingly shedding tears looking at her husband

"Your husband has gone mad mom"

Reyansh shouted and went out too

"You know what Nia I am really fond of your bhai and specially his cars" , Shravani said sipping her coffee

"Everyone is fond of him Shravani you are not the first one he has tons of fan girls" , Adwik said glancing her while Rrithik was not bother about the conversation going on

"But everyone is not as lucky as me to meet him and be his friend" , Shravani replied back glaring Adwik

"Maybe it's your perspective" , Adwik said adding more fuel

"You.... , Shravani said angrily pointing her finger out at him but it didn't bother Adwik

"Shravani di don't be angry calm down he is just teasing you....he is always like this the ultimate teasing monster" , Nia said while Adwik glared her

"Bhai let's go on a road trip what say.... Shravani di is here after soo long it calls for a youngsters outing" , Nia said excitedly while Adwik and Rrithik made a bored face

"Can't you see I am still recovering how will I drive" , Adwik said and Rrithik nodded

"Then you don't come.... we'll go" , Shravani said keeping her mug of coffee aside

"As if Bhai will go without me" , Adwik said pulling up his imaginary collar

"You too are off no use , Nia let's go and ask with their boss directly , Shravani said getting up quickly with an excited Nia

"Bhai is busy right now , go afterwards" , Adwik said quickly

"He is always busy nothing new let's go Shravani di" , Nia said walking ahead holding her hand

"Where is this gang leading too" , Vishakha said entering the backyard

"To bhai's room" , Nia replied

Rrithik was still not bothered about anything and was enjoying his drink sitting down

Adwik looked at him and sighed

He looked at Nia and sighed in defeat again

Girls I tell you

"Ok go wherever you want but have something before going" , Vishakha said making Adwik look up in happiness

"Yeah Nia let Shravani have her lunch first and then we'll go come" , Adwik said excitedly dragging them out

Rrithik laughed understanding his motive well

"What are you laughing at chal" , Vishakha said looking at Rrithik

"Rrithik Bhaiiiiiiiiii" , it was Adwik who shouted from hall

"Coming re" , Rrithik replied running inside

"Nick I am telling you this is going to be lit I am telling you dude" , Neil said talking with Nick on call nibbling his food

"Ahm" , Ayesha muttered slowly placing another morsel in front of him

Neil was loving this feeling he was chirping happily just like a kid who gets excited after getting his favourite candy

Taking another bite from her hand he deliberately licked her fingers knowing well about the heated gaze he was getting

Ayesha squirm her eyes looking at this big baby in front of her she very well knows he is doing this deliberately

Inspite of her denial he pleaded her to make him eat......sighing she agreed seeing him making all those puppy faces

He didn't even allowed her to get a spoon from the kitchen saying

"You want me to die out of hunger Honeybun , I am starving since morning and now when will you go down when will you ask someone to give you a spoon then again you'll climb up then you'll walk to my room and after then you'll make me eat , till then I will die out of hunger"

Dramatic yeah I know

I never knew this arrogant man had this side too

She was still shocked after hearing his confession but choose to stay calm....she knew it was on her way but it would be this soon she didn't expect

In a while she have understood Neil he is too possessive and stubborn

Her heart wants to give him and this relation a chance but the thought of her past is not allowing her to drag Neil into her not so happening life

Never in her life she felt this safe , this protectiveness , the feeling of having someone on her side who will always be with her in her every decision was doing a summersault in her heart

There is no doubt that she don't like him.....she likes him offcourse but the only thing was she didn't want Neil to get dragged into her not so happy past and present

She knew about the complications that will arise if she agrees to take this big step but her heart wants it

The fight between her brain and heart was too much for her tolerance

She wants Neil to be a part of her present and future

"What should I do Neil you are my only source of happiness , my only light but I don't want to keep you in dark" , she thought looking at Neil

Her eyes were filled with unshed tears but she blinked her eyelashes rapidly not letting them to fall

"Yeah I will be there tomorrow" , Neil spoked gaining Ayesha's attention

There....where ??

"Nick I'll be there by tomorrow night and before that I want you to keep all my babies on its place....I am telling you even if my one baby would be missing I'll kill you" , Neil said making Ayesha frown

"Ok bye" , he said keeping his phone aside looking at Ayesha

"What does that mean" , Ayesha asked looking at him

"Oh about my babies....my first love my cars" , he replied dreamily making Ayesha hit her head looking at him making faces

"Boys and their obsession with cars and bikes" , Ayesha said placing another morsel in front of him

Taking it from her hand....he bit her finger slightly

"Aaahhhh Neil" , Ayesha shouted glaring him while he laughed looking at her

"You look hot when you get angry" , he said biting her finger again taking in the bite

She winced taking her hand back giving him death glare

"You are so gone Mr. Malhotra"

She said getting up taking a pillow from the bed with her left hand

"Not fair I don't have any weapon how can you shoot your opponent who is empty handed" , Neil said getting up running around

She ran behind him throwing the pillow at him but he dodged it smartly

"Not so easy Honeybun" , he said smirking making Ayesha more irritated

She took another pillow from the sofa throwing it towards him again

Catching up the pillow he winked at her blowing a flying kiss towards her

"You.....

She shouted pointing her finger towards him making him laugh looking at her pissed off reaction

"What" , he replied teasing her more

She didn't respond and went inside the washroom making it difficult for Neil to control his smile looking at her

He too went inside only to see her coming out the next moment frowning whispering something

Probably cursing him

"What happened" , he asked walking to her

"In your this big house like washroom I literally couldn't find a wash basin where I can wash my hands" , she said turning her face making Neil want to pinch her tiny nose which got red in anger

"Awww my little bunny was lost.... don't worry you are allowed to get lost but only in my area so that I could find you" , he said possessively placing his both hands over her shoulders behind her neck

Goosebumps arose when she felt his hands behind her neck

She was thinking about his words until she found herself in air

"Neeeeil......wh....what are doing" , Ayesha screamed seeing him carrying her inside

"It seems like you zone out frequently that's why when I asked you to follow me you didn't replied....so I thought this would be the best option" , he said holding her close

"Put me down" , Ayesha said but as if she was inaudible he kept on walking

"Ne...Neil I said put me aaahhhhh.....

She screamed when Neil pulled her a bit more up

She closed her eyes tightly.....the feeling of his hands on her body was making her thoughts blurry

Walking inside Neil dropped Ayesha beside the basin

He made her sit on the area just beside the basin

Looking closely at her he felt emotions he never felt for anyone untill now

Looking at her closed eyes and raged breathing he took his time admiring the reason which made his heart to skip a beat

Feeling something cold behind her back Ayesha opened her eyes only to see Neil already looking at her

Only a inches apart from each other Ayesha could feel his rapid heartbeats

Lost in his eyes she didn't realised when her right hand was under the running water

She didn't turned her head and kept on looking at Neil with the biggest war going inside her between her mind and heart

"Don't look at me like this Honeybun if you aren't ready to bear the consequences"

Neil said closing the distance between them caging her between him and the wall

He looked at her lips making Ayesha heart to pump blood more vividly

Her breathing accelerated only upon the thought of his lips on her

Being this close to him was not helping her mind to be in sanity

Leaning more close towards her Neil looked into her eyes to find any discomfort or displeasure but what he found was only shyness and nothing else

Closing her eyes Ayesha fisted her hands tightly

She could feel all those butterflies dancing in the pit of her stomach

This was something next to her imagination

Neil smiled looking at Ayesha this shy

As soon as Neil's forehead touched hers it made Ayesha to forgot breathing for a while

She could feel their breathe mingling with each other making her forgot everything

Feeling him this close to her she just waited for Neil to kiss her

But instead of kissing her lips he leaned in and kissed the corner of her lips making Ayesha to curl up her toes

He was dangerously close to her lips but kissing her other corner of her lips he stepped back only to look at her

She was still breathing heavily and her eyes were still closed , her cheeks , neck and ears were all red due to their closeness

Feeling something this pure for the first time Neil admired her

"I won't do anything in which you are not comfortable.....I'll wait for you....I said I love you but that doesn't mean I'll do something in which you are not comfortable"

He said smilingly making Ayesha to open her eyes

She looked up at Neil only to find nothing but pure love in his eyes

"I was not uncomfortable"

Ayesha spoked without thinking much and regretted the instant words left her mouth

Mentally slapping herself she looked up slowly to look at his reaction

Much for her thinking he was obviously smirking after hearing her not so sane thoughts

"I know you weren't....you might not know this Honeybun but I can read you and your thoughts well and I very well know that there is something you want to tell me but you are fearing off"

Neil said making Ayesha look at him in shock

Ho...how

Is he a clairvoyant

Walking towards her and facepalming her with both his hands he continued

"I know something is bothering you Honeybun and may be I have not mentioned it earlier but I am with you....in your every decision.....with your every step you'll find me holding your hand and before anything I want to be a part of you.....a part of your past , present and future

I'll wait for you to open up and trust me with your every fear just like you did right now"

He completed with a smile making Ayesha's heart to swell in respect for him overwhelmed by her emotions she jumped on him making Neil utterly shocked....she held him tightly keeping her both the hands behind his neck and her face in the crook of his neck

He fumbled back but held her tightly closing his eyes

Ayesha was almost in air as her feets were not on the floor

She hugged him tightly giving up her entire weight on him

"Is it a dream Neil" , she said still clinging to him

Apparently in air Neil held her waist tightly smiling at her words

"It's time to make dream come true" , he said caressing her hairs with his one hand and the other still holding her up

Dropping her down he looked at her smile which made his heart flutter

Coming out from the washroom Ayesha turned back towards him but before she could say something

Adwik , Rrithik , Nia and Shravani came inside

"Bhaiiiiiii.....tell your not so sweet Mishtu to drop her plan" , Adwik shouted walking towards Neil and standing just beside him

"Why....nooo bhai and you Adwik Bhai what's wrong in my plan ha" , Nia shouted back

"Waiiiiiiit....why you all are shouting... first of all tell me what is the matter" , Neil spoked walking between them

"Nia want to plan a road trip but Adwik is not ready to go today because he can't drive" , Shravani said approaching him

"Honestly even I want to go" , she added looking at Neil

"Ok....

"Yeahhhh I knew it bhaiya will always agree to me" , Nia screamed happily

"But I never said we'll be going today" , Neil completed making Nia to shut her mouth

"Vohoooooo what's say Mishtu" , Adwik screamed this time teasing her

"Bhaiya" , Nia cried moving towards Neil

"Well not today because it's already dark now and also not because Adwik can't drive then also because Ayesha have exams from tomorrow and lastly as I'll not be here" , Neil said making everyone to look at him

Shravani didn't liked Neil adding Ayesha in this plan and cancelling it because of her

"Where are you going bhai" , Rrithik asked

"Back to New York" , Neil said making Ayesha to look at him

She felt sad hearing this

She have so many things to tell him but it's like she missed her chance

Neil looked at her looking down.... he understood what she might be thinking

"Whaaaaatttt why bhai" , Adwik shouted

"Stop your drama Adwik" , Neil said looking at him making him all quiet

"Because I have work" , Neil added

"So about the trip we'll plan it afterwards" , he said making all of them sad

"When you'll.....

It was Ayesha who spoked but Shravani interrupted her saying

"When you'll be back"

"I don't know maybe in one or two months"

Hearing this made Ayesha's heart drop

She felt like crying.... she felt like a part of her already left her body

She looked at him from behind and fisted her hands tightly trying to control her emotions

"What's going on here" , Vishakha asked entering inside with Rupali

"Nothing our trip is cancelled because Neil bhaiya is going back to New York" , Nia informed sadly

"Neil..." , Vishakha asked for his confirmation while he nodded his head in approval

"It's ok Nia" , Rrithik said coaxing her sister

"Aacha Neil call Joseph it's getting dark now tell him to drop Ayesha she has her exam tomorrow" , Vishakha said

"Aaa aunty could you please tell someone to drop me as well actually I drove myself today while coming here and dad doesn't allow me to drive at night soo......" , Shravani said looking at Neil but he was busy with his phone

"Yeah that's correct don't worry Neil will drop you" , Rupali said making Shravani look at him happily

Ayesha looked down feeling like an outsider between them

She was having a fixed feeling she couldn't differentiate about the things going on she was not able to understand whether she was right or wrong she was confused about her feelings towards Neil and looking at Shravani making a great pair with Neil did something in her stomach

Offcourse she was not liking it but she doesn't have any rights though upon him to say it

She knows that he loves her but thinking of his family and her life and past she fears to accept him

"And who said" , Neil replied making her look up

"I can't drop Shravani today but don't worry I'll ask Joseph to send someone I have work before I leave for NY" , he said making Shravani frown but she quickly maintained her smiling face

"It's ok Neil I understand" , she said

"Bye Shravani di we'll meet soon for our youngsters trip" , Nia said hugging her happily

Waving bye to everyone she left with Rupali going out with her

"Ok aunty I'll leave too" , Ayesha said touching Vishakha feets

"God bless you my Ayu" , Vishakha said holding her face and kissing her forehead making Ayesha giggle happily

"I know about your feelings bhai but atleast don't stare at bhabhi like this everyone will know" , Adwik whispered standing beside Neil making Neil awkward but he glared him making Adwik smile sheepishly at him

"Bye Ayesha di.....I love you.....all the best for your exam give it well and after that our trip is onnnnnn" , Nia shouted hugging Ayesha from behind

"Thank You my Mishtu" , she replied ruffing her hair

"Bye Sweet Pea" , Adwik said hugging her from front

"Get well soon Adwik so that you can drive" , she said giggling with Nia and Adwik still hugging her from back and front

"Why I am the only one who is always left out" , Rrithik shouted running towards them and joining the group hug

Vishakha laughed looking at the squad but she frowned looking at Neil making faces

"Ok.....ok enough guys let her breathe" , Neil said removing all of them away from Ayesha standing in front of her making Vishakha clear about the doubt she had

She looked at her son in disbelief but smiled seeing him finally in love

Moving out of the mansion Ayesha was standing at the back gate of the mansion waiting for Joseph as he went to bring the car instructing her to stand there itself

It was already dark and cold winds touched her making her shiver a bit in her sleevless blouse

The sky looked more dark because of the clouds

"Seems like it will rain anytime soon"

Busy in her thoughts about tomorrow's exam she didn't noticed Neil standing behind her

Putting on his coat over her shoulders he whispered

"It's windy"

"This coat is way too big for you" , he said looking at her from head to toe

She was looking like a kid who was made to wear a cloth double of her size

"Because I am not a giant like you" , Ayesha replied back making Neil smirk

"Well I am not a giant but you are too small.....just a little bunny" , he said resorting back making Ayesha roll her eyes

"Let's go"

"Where" , Ayesha asked

"Don't you want to go home....well I don't mind keeping you with me but don't you think it's too early" , he replied making Ayesha looking at him in disbelief

"Seriously Mr. Malhotra" , Ayesha said making Neil unbothered

"Where is Joseph"

"Why are you asking about another man" , Neil asked seriously folding his hands

Ayesha looked at him in disbelief

What is this man.....no..... seriously

"I....huhh forget it"

Ayesha thought to reply but she shrugged it off seeing Joseph coming with the car , she moved towards him ignoring Neil

Neil frowned and followed her

Coming out of the car Joseph bowed to Neil and then turned towards Ayesha

"Let's go" , he said opening the door for her

"Wait" , Neil said making them look at him

"Joseph you can go I'll drop her" , Neil said snatching up the car key from him standing in front facing Ayesha

"But sir we have to leave early in the morning tomorrow for New York and you need rest , today was a hetric day.... I'll drop Ayesha ma'am safely don't worry" , Joseph said making Neil smile drop

"Joseph is right you should take rest and just before you said na that you have some work to do..... so you go and do that I'll go with Joseph" , Ayesha said making Neil glare her

Biting her inner cheeks she tried not to laugh looking at Neil

"Ma'am" , Joseph said gesturing Ayesha to settle down inside

"Waaaaaittttt" , Neil shouted quickly making her stop

"Joseph I am telling you na that I'll go that means I'll only go and....we won't be late for tomorrow"

"But sir....

"What....how can we get late ha the plane is mine....I'll go whenever I'll like" , Neil replied leaving no cue for further discussion

"Ok sir..... then I'll follow you" , Joseph said and went to bring his security car

"No... Joseph" , Neil shouted but Joseph already went

Rubbing his hand behind his neck he sighed looking at Ayesha only to find her giggling

He glared her making her to stop laughing and she straight away went inside the car

As soon as his car left the mansion it started raining

Looking out of the window Ayesha smiled looking at the raindrops

She slide down the window taking her hand out letting the raindrops to fall on her hand

Neil looked at her and smiled but closed her window from his side button making Ayesha look at him frowning

"Taking your hands out on a busy road is not safe Honeybun" , he said concentrating on the road

"When you'll be back Neil" , she asked what she wanted to ask from the time she leaned about him going to New York

"Ahmm not sure Honeybun but I'll try to get back soon" , he replied still not looking at her

"Why will you miss me" , he teased her but her reply made his smile drop

"No....why would I miss you"

He didn't spoked after this and silently drove

While on the other hand Ayesha was trapped in her own thoughts

Reaching her apartment....Neil stopped the car taking the umbrella from behind he opened his door coming out

Opening the door for Ayesha he forwarded his hand to her

Looking at him and then at his hand she kept her hand in his

Coming out she stood close by him under the umbrella

She wanted to say something but she was not finding the right courage to speak it out

Joseph came out quickly with another umbrella but before he could come Neil stopped him

Agreeing to his order he settled inside again

Holding the umbrella with his left and Ayesha's hand with his right hand Neil helped her walking inside the roof of the appartment

Dropping her off he smiled saying

"All the best for your exams Honeybun give it properly....I'll meet you once I would be back but that doesn't mean you'll look at other punks"

He stated firmly making Ayesha smile

"Take care Honeybun"

He said rubbing his thumb pad on the back side of her hand lightly

Looking at her smilingly he turned back moving towards his car

Seeing him going away made Ayesha to tear up....she didn't knew what was this feeling but she was not able to hold it to herself now

Looking at him going away she missed his warmth

Her breathe raged only upon the thought of him leaving

Something was not settling in her heart seeing him leave

"Neeeillllllll" , she shouted making Neil to stop and turned back towards her

Not thinking much she ran towards him as fast as she could not caring about the rain soaking her completely

"Honeybun don't run you'll fall" , Neil shouted but as if she was in no mood to listen she kept on running

Not wanting her to hurt herself by falling or slipping down Neil too ran towards her making the umbrella to slip out of his hand

The moment she approached him.....she hugged him with Neil picking her up a bit from the ground level

Ayesha hugged him making them both drenched in rain completely

Neil was a bit surprised by her reaction but decided to calm her first

"What happened Honeybun it's ok I'm here" , he said coaxing her rubbing her shoulders

Breaking up the hug he held her face in his hands looking at her

"What happened Honeybun" , he asked out of concern

Honestly he got a bit scared seeing Ayesha running towards him panicking

Ayesha nodded her head looking at him

The Rain pouring on them was making their moment more divine

Standing up on her toes , Ayesha held his face in her hands bending him a bit to her level

Closing her eyes she whispered in his ears

"I don't know what future holds for us Neil but I am ready to give me , you and us a chance"

She completed making Neil utterly shocked and surprised his heart fluttered hearing her

As if all the words died inside him he was not able to figure out what he should do

He couldn't believe , he looked at her again figuring if he heard it wrong but looking at Ayesha's eyes he knew it was not his imagination

His happiness knew bound

And before he could come out of the shock and reply Ayesha said

"I'll be waiting for you come soon"

Tip toeing and kissing his cheek quickly she ran back inside giving him an another shock
