Riya and Aarohi shouted busting a party popper as soon as Ayesha came out of her room

Ayesha stood surprised by the sudden outburst of the popper making her flinch back a step

"Happy Birthday Girlllllllllll"

They both shouted again making Ayesha's smile go wide

"Look at you my traditional girl oyee hoye" , Riya said teasingly making her blush

"Mummmmuaaahhhhhhh" , It was Aaru blowing her a flying kiss teasing her more

"Thank You" , she said....still surprised

But before she could say something more....the bell ranged

Riya and Aarohi smiled making Ayesha to look at them

"You guys are hiding something right" , she asked but Riya and Aaru denied innocently

The bell ranged again

Moving towards the door and opening it made Ayesha surprised once again as an another set of party popper busted upon her making her scared this time

"Haapppppyyyyyyy Birthdayyyyyyyy"

It was Adwik , Rrithik and Nia

Ayesha was now more surprised looking at all of them

Her happiness knew no bound today she felt blessed having them in her life

Nia hugged her wishing her again

"Happy Birthday Ayesha di"

Adwik , Rrithik , Riya and Aarohi too joined and hugged her together

Ayesha smiled looking at all of them and hugging them

"Thank....thank you" , she found it hard to speak overwhelmed by her emotions

"This was the best surprise" , she said happily

"But how did you guys know about my birthday" , she asked looking at the siblings while they looked at Riya and Aarohi giving her the answer

"Oh so it was all pre planned" , Ayesha said looking at her friends while they smiled nodding

"It's call for a party now woahh hooo" , Adwik shouted happily making the rest of the squad to join him

"Yeah but first I'll be going to the temple" , Ayesha informed while everyone nodded

"We'll give you a ride then" , Rrithik suggested

"Yeah we'll be too joining you at temple....umm it's 10 now it would be 12 by visiting the temple yeah and after that we all can go wherever you like to go and whatever you wish to do on your birthday" , Adwik mentioned

"Yes Ayesha dii and here Vishakha chachi told me to give you this" , Nia said forwarding her a bag

"For me" , Ayesha asked looking at the bag

"Yeah your birthday gift....we were coming when she got to know about your birthday so she told us to give you this" , Rrithik said while Ayesha happily took the bag from Nia

She peeped inside only to find a beautiful bracelet in it

"Woah is it real diamond" , Aarohi asked looking at the bracelet which was shining brightly

Nia nodded making the girls utterly shocked

"Damn it's beautiful" , Aaru said looking at the bracelet

"Ahmm....Mishtu I can't take it....it's too expensive please take it back" , Ayesha said keeping the bracelet back inside the box

"What you can't take it....no....no....no you have to take it....I don't want to hear any scolding from Chachi and tell her yourself that you don't want the gift she selected with so much love for you" , Nia said denying to take it back

"Sweet Pea mom called her personal designer in the morning today in such a short notice....they delivered it just in half an hour inspite they are always so busy because do you know the designer from whom she orders is one of the most famous and prestigious shop here in Mumbai all the celebrities shop from there so they are always busy but she called them and she selected it all by herself with so much love don't do this....I know what you are feeling but please don't think it that way you are family now" , Adwik replied looking at her worried face

"Adwik....but....

"No I don't want to hear anything , you have to take this and that's final" , Adwik denied to hear anything announcing his decision

Ayesha worriedly looked at him and sighed

"But it's too expensive" , Ayesha said sadly looking at the bag

"But it's too beautiful" , Adwik added

"It will look so good with your attire please except it please Sweet Pea" , Adwik tried convincing her the best way he could

"Please Ayesha di please" , Nia joined him too

"Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

The trio sang her making Ayesha confused about what to answer

Yeah she liked the bracelet come on who doesn't like gifts especially jewellery but it's way too expensive for her to except it

"Ok....ok" , Ayesha said making the siblings happy

"Now wear it" , Adwik said

"But... why and what will I do wearing it today I'll wear it on some occasions"

"Tchhh Sweet Pea it's your birthday today much of an occasion so no excuse now wear it" , Adwik said taking the bag from her taking out the bracelet and giving it to her

Ayesha sighed looking at these stubborn siblings but more at the most stubborn Adwik

Indeed he is just like his brother

Seeing no option left she put on the bracelet on her left hand carefully

She smiled looking at the beautiful present she got

"Let me call aunty and thank her for this beautiful present" , Ayesha said looking for her phone

"Thank her later now it's time for our present" , Adwik said gesturing Rrithik while he nodded and went out along with Nia leaving the girls confused again

"Ad....Adwik wh....

"Relax Sweet Pea" , Adwik said looking at her confused expression

"Tadaaaaaaa"

Rrithik and Nia came inside carrying a big....to be exact a way too big bouquet of flowers with a cake and a chocolate box

"Happy Birthday Sweet Pea"

The trio said in chorus seating on their knees together in front of Ayesha with Adwik holding the cake , Nia holding the bouquet and Rrithik holding the chocolates

Riya and Aarohi seemed surprised too looking at the cousin treating Ayesha more than a family

Their bond looked so beautiful

But Ayesha was more surprised by all this....she never knew having someone like family who loves you is such a beautiful feeling

Nobody did so much for her

Keeping her left hand over her eyes she stood straight without saying anything

She didn't had words to express her feelings and emotions

Riya and Aarohi hugged her from both the sides as they knew what this meant to her and what might be she feeling right now

"It's ok Ayesha you deserve this don't cry silly girl" , Riya said rubbing her back

It might seems like a normal thing but for the one who's being unloved from her little age and suddenly getting this much love and affection was a way too big deal for Ayesha

She cried looking at all of them making them frown as they didn't knew about her past and the reason she was getting this emotional

"Sweet Pea why are you crying did we do something you didn't liked" , Adwik asked getting concerned looking at her crying

"Don't you like this flavour" , Rrithik asked looking at the cake in Adwik's hands making Ayesha to shake her head in negation

"Then don't you like these flowers or chocolate" , It was Nia who asked looking down at the bouquet she was holding

Ayesha tried saying but it was like words died inside her...she wants to clear the doubt they were having but she miserably failed

Without saying much she too sat down on her knees hugging the three of them

Riya and Aarohi smiled looking at her

"Please don't cry Sweet Pea if you didn't liked our gift please tell us we'll return them and bring you what you like but please don't cry" , Adwik said innocently

"No....it's beautiful thank you....I love you all" , Ayesha said looking at them while they smiled

"It's just I am....I am just so overwhelmed.... overwhelmed by all this....it means a lot....a lot to me" , she said with tears of happiness flowing down her cheeks

"Aree enough of this crying session now get up all of you" , Riya said looking at all of them

"Yeah yeah get up badi didi bol rahi hai" ( elder sister is saying ) , Rrithik said teasing her while she gave him a 'whatever' look

Giggling at their antics Ayesha got up

"Let's cut the cake yummmmn it's looking delicious" , Aarohi said looking at the cake in Adwik's hands

All of them busted out laughing at her comment while Nia hugged Ayesha tightly

"We love you tooooo"

"Come on Ayesha close your eyes and make a wish" , Riya said placing the cake on the table making her stand behind it

Smilingly Ayesha closed her eyes with joining her hands together praying to God

"Mahadev please keep my all these people always happy and healthy....what more should I ask ahmm please keep Neil happy too.... please keep him out of danger and make all his wishes come true and please give me strength to fight with all the odds....thank you I love you"

She said in her mind and prayed

"Blow out the candles now" , Aaru said being the desperate soul

"Happy Birthday to you....happy birthday to you....happy birthday dear Ayesha happy birthday to you"

All of them sang together with Ayesha blowing out the candles and cutting the cake

"Thank You" , she replied with her smile going wider each passing seconds

"Happy Birthday girl I love you" , Riya said eating the cake from her hand hugging her

"Thank You and I love you too" , Ayesha said hugging her back

"Ok leave her....it's my turn now...aaahhhhhh my piece of cake....Riyu hatt na yaar" ( Riya be a side ) , Aarohi said shaking them to break their hug

"Ahhh ok baba eat" , Ayesha said making her eat a whole lot of cake

"Ahhmm it's tasty" , she said eating more

"Thank You Adwik....Thank You Rrithik" , Ayesha said walking towards them forwarding a piece of cake towards Adwik first and then at Rrithik

Taking a small bite Adwik made her eat it too saying

"Thank You doesn't works in family Sweet Pea"

Ayesha smiled at his reply nodding positively

"My turn Ayesha di otherwise these monkey will eat it all" , Nia said running towards them

"Ha aaja kha kha ke or moti ho ja" , ( Yes come and eat and be more fat ) Adwik teased her while Nia glared him

"See...see Ayesha di how did....what did this monkey said am I fat" , Nia said complaining to Ayesha

"Adwik you can't say like that to my Mishtu" , Ayesha said warning him while Nia teased Adwik showing her tongue

"Have your favourite Neil bhaiya in your team because I am Sweet Pea's favourite so she is in our team" , Adwik replied holding Ayesha

"No she is in my team" , Nia shouted holding her too

"Why...why bhaiya is also yours and you want my Sweet Pea too move back Mishtu" , Adwik shouted not leaving it too

"No....Ayesha di is mine"

"Sweet Pea is in my team"

Both of them were fighting while Aarohi and Rrithik seemed not to be bothered they were enjoying eating the cake while Riya was recording all this

"Aaahhhh stopppp it....you both are my favourite" , Ayesha said looking at both of them

"And what about us"

Rrithik , Riya and Aarohi shouted after hearing her while Ayesha face palmed herself chuckling

"You all are my favourite"

"Ok everyone look here" , Riya said turning over her front camera

"Riya di please click my one photo with Ayesha di" , Nia said holding Ayesha

"I am coming too" , Aaru said joining the photo

Riya clicked their pictures in all the different moves they were posing

"Ok one last" , Nia said

She kissed Ayesha's left cheek and Aaru kissed her right cheek while Riya clicked it looking at them

"Aahhh me too where should I kiss"

Riya said moving towards them

"Ok look here I'll click" , Adwik said holding his phone

With Nia kissing her left cheek and Aaru kissing her right cheek Riya stood at back standing on a medium height stool kissing her head

Ayesha closed her eyes smiling making the picture a more beautiful click

The whole house echoed with the sounds of teasing and laughter of the group enjoying themselves along with the clicking of cameras

Ayesha's happiness knew no bounds today

She looked at everyone with happiness dripping with her....she can't believe she could be this....this blessed to have these people in her life who cares about her

She picked up her phone and clicked some pictures of Adwik and Aaru fighting over doing some random pose

She giggled looking at them but the knock on door took her attention

The door bell rang making everyone to stop at their places

Ayesha looked at her friends if they invited someone else but they too looked unaware of this

She opened the gate which snatched the ground beneath her feets looking at the person on her doorstep

She froze

"Reyaaansh" , she slowly muttered barely able to speak

She hugged him quickly stammering and shaking with emotions looking at her brother

"I...I knew it my baby would come one day to me" , she weeped saying while there was no reaction from his side

Riya and Aarohi were shocked too seeing Reyansh here after so many years

They still remember how Ayesha used to weep the entire day for him but he neither came nor he called her even once in the past years

"How have you been baby....you are so tall now" , she said with tears shinning in her eyes looking at him from top to bottom holding and rubbing his arms

"Happy Birthday" , Reyansh said with a straight face which Adwik found a bit weird

"You didn't came to see me all these years Reyansh I am so angry with you" , Ayesha said pouring down her emotions

"As if you came to see me" , he resorted back making Ayesha's smile to drop

"I....

"I came baby b..but mom....I mean Mrs. Roy didn't let me see you as if I would harm you"

"Don't lie Ayesha why would mom do it" , Reyansh told clearly not liking her statment

"That's the reason I never told anyone this , because no one would ever believe me" , Ayesha replied back sadly looking down

"Then tell something which people would believe rather than listening to your made up story" , Reyansh added hurting her more

"Then why are you here to see me after all these years you shouldn't have come then" , Ayesha said raising her voice a bit

"I didn't came willingly I cam....

"Oh that's the reason" , Ayesha said in between looking towards the door

It was Gayatri and her stepfather Aditya standing with a gift box in his hands

Ayesha fisted her hands tightly looking at them

She didn't knew how to react here

Just a moment ago she was so happy but fate wants to play an another game with her

"Stop right there" , Ayesha said looking down straightening her right hand and moving a step back as they entered

"Ayesha beta till when you are going to hold this grudge we are family child" , her mom tried saying but Ayesha moved more back indicating her to stop

"Family....really which family are you talking about mom I am not your family Mr. Roy and Reyansh are I am not"

"You are too our daughter Ayesha" , Mr. Aditya said looking at the poor soul

"I am daughter of my dad....I am not your daughter stop saying it again and again" , Ayesha shouted at him

The entire group was shocked seeing her reaction but they could feel her pain too

They choose not to say anything because they didn't knew about the events unfolding in front of them

"Don't you dare shout at dad Ayesha" , Reyansh shouted at her while Ayesha looked at him smiling in tears

"Yeah he is your dad....I am no one" , she said painfully looking at the happy family in front of her

"He's your dad and she's your mom and I am umm I am no one I guess or I am the one who doesn't even have an existence right Reyansh"

"Stop your drama Ayesha...what have we done ha....tell me we tried to save you from a man who was behind your life and in place of being grateful for that you hate us" , her mom shouted looking at Ayesha

Ayesha didn't replied because she knew their was not point of proving the innocence of her dad in front of the people who hates him

"Just because of this man he went to jail and is living in a hell and you are saying that he was behind me...I don't and I would never believe your fake allegations he's my dad he loves me the most in this world it was you and your greed of money that you went marrying another man divorcing my dad who loved you way too much mom"

"Ayeshaaaaaaaaa"

"Saach bola toh bura laga it's the only truth Mrs. Roy you never loved my dad you betrayed him marrying an another man....

Slap

Her words were cut in between as Gayatri slapped her hard

The room got in complete silence

The squad were taken aback by this

Ayesha's eyes burned with unshed tears as she tasted the metallic taste of blood on her lips

Turning her face up she looked up in tears making everyone to gasp looking at her face

The slap made a small cut on the corner of her lips making it to bleed

Gayatri too gasped seeing her cut lips...she instantly regretted slapping her

Tears brimmed in her eyes as well looking at her daughter

Ayesha was already in pain because of the cut on her cheekbone from her fight back at the cafe and it increased her pain receiving a slap on her same cheek

She looked at her with eyes full of tears and pain

"Mom are you ok" , Reyansh asked holding her mother

Ayesha looked at him painfully.... it was her who was in pain

It's ok Ayesha you are habituated of it

"Gayatri what was that why did you slapped her" , Mr. Aditya shouted at his wife

"Dad why are you again shouting at mom why don't you ask your daughter who was insulting mom and who don't even know how to respect others" , Reyansh said looking angrily at Ayesha

"Shut up Reyansh" , he shouted at his son

"We came to settle things out here and to take our daughter back with us and you repeated your mistake once again Gayatri" , he asked his wife who was looking at her daughter painfully

"Leave it Aditya jii she would never understand us....let her be here she has no respect now for others....atleast respect this man Ayesha who's paying for your studies and your accommodations....thank him.... because you are alive today just because of him and if you are not thankful then atleast have some shame....is your dad coming out of jail and paying for your studies or your any need it's him....

She said angrily looking at Ayesha while she didn't said a word

The pain she was going through no one could even think

"Gayatri enough....I am not doing any favour on her it's my duty as her father"

"You are not my father" , Ayesha said

"It's your perspective whether you agree with it or you don't you'll still remain my daughter" , Mr. Aditya said looking at Ayesha while she turned her face

"Look how shameless you are....you deserve this" , Gayatri said angrily and moved out throwing the cake kept on the table which Adwik brought in anger

"Gayatri" , Mr. Aditya shouted looking at her behaviour and went out too

Reyansh glanced at Ayesha in disgust and went out too

Ayesha looked at her cake on the floor making her more sad

It was shocking for the rest of them as well...they didn't expect this all to happen

Riya and Aarohi walked towards Ayesha slowly who was standing still looking down at the cake

"It's ok Ayesha"

Riya said calmly rubbing her back

"Aaru bring the first aid box" , Riya said looking at her friend in concern

Aarohi nodded moving back to bring it

Wiping out her tears Ayesha blinked her eyes several times taking deep breathes

Adwik handed over a glass of water towards her which she denied saying

"I'm ok don't worry"

"Sweet Pea I....

"I know Adwik you might be th....thinking what kind of family I have well they are not my family and y....you might be having questions but I am sorry I can't....

"No I don't have any I know there must be something trust me it's alright please don't feel ashamed"

Adwik said before she could complete

"Ayesha sit here let me apply some medicine" , Aarohi said coming back

"It's my birthday right....can I...can I just ask for a little gift please let me be alone for a while" , Ayesha said looking at her feets hiding her eyes which were already full of tears

"And you think we'll let you do that no I am not letting you go" , Riya said holding her hand

Ayesha looked up with her teary eyes and pleaded

"Trust me I won't do anything reckless please let me be alone for a while please"

"So that you could hurt yourself again no we are not risking it"

Aarohi said holding her from the other side as well

Ayesha sighed closing her eyes when fresh set of tears escaped out of her eyes

Nia had tears in her eyes too looking at Ayesha as she was clutching into her brother's arm

"Sweet Pea your friends are right even I won't allow you this"

Adwik said looking at her

"Neil bhaiyaaaaaaa"

Nia shouted as soon as the three of them entered inside their home

Neil looked back as he was walking in the pavilion talking over his phone

Nia quickly hugged him making Neil smile

Adwik and Rrithik stood behind smiling looking at them

"Ok I'll ask Sagar to sent you the file regarding that"

Neil said disconnecting his call

"Is this the time to come back home where were you all"

Neil asked looking at him watch

"Umm well we went to surprise Ayesha di on her birthday"

Nia replied

"Yeah" , Rrithik added

It was a new found information for Neil

He never knew it was his Honeybun's birthday today

He quickly looked at his watch again which showed 10 pm

"But it all got ruined you know what bhaiya Ayesha di cried a lot today she's still hurt"

Nia said sadly breaking his thoughts

She cried

Why

"It....it's her birthday today" , Neil looked at Adwik asking while he nodded

He looked sad too

"What is it Adwik you said you guys surprised her then why she was crying" , he asked which made all three of them sad again

Adwik narrated him the entire story making Neil confused first then angry and then concerned about her well being

"She tried hard to stand strong but it was killing her....she was more than hurt still she didn't let us know about her emotions"

Adwik said the last part being more sad

It was all new for Neil

He wanted to surprise Ayesha but he got surprised himself

He couldn't even imagine how hurt his Honeybun must be right now

He was angry with himself too for not going to her at first

The first thing he wanted to do was to meet her just the moment he landed but some or the other works kept him busy

He regretted for not seeing her first

But now when he knows it he didn't want to waste even a second now

She needs him

"Bhai she was so happy in the morning when we surprised her but it all got ruined" , Adwik said

Neil nodded calling someone

"It's ok go rest" , he said moving past them towards the main gate

"Where are you going bhaiya"

Adwik asked loudly looking at his brother but Neil was already inside his car

Scoffing the trio went inside

Driving as fast as he could he drived towards her apartment

"I am sorry Honeybun I wasn't there with you" , he whispered putting up his toes on accelerator

Joseph's car was just behind Neil's car following him

Pulling up the break Neil unlocked his seatbelt coming out quickly

He ran towards her apartment only to look at her friends Riya and Aarohi walking here and there with a worried expression

They both were calling someone continuously looking scared and worried

Neil frowned looking at their expression

It was Riya who noticed him first

"Mr. Malhotra"

She said surprisingly gaining Aaru's attention as well

"Neil Sir" , Aarohi said looking at him

He approached them

"What happened" , he asked making them a bit uneasy

"Ac....actually sir" , Aarohi tried saying but she didn't seem to find the right words to deliver it

"Where is Ayesha" , he asked directly making them more nervous

Neil looked at their faces which made him restless

He's not getting a good feeling about this

"Mr. Malhotra actually"

Riya tried saying looking here and there

"Where is Ayesha" , he asked again in a demanding tone making them to glup down

"We....we don't know she's not at home and she isn't picking up her phone as well"

"I don't know where she is....we are trying to find her"

It was all for Neil to loose up his mind now
