Chapter 111
Who Made Me a Princess

Ah! Is this
âNo, donât be scared, relax! We donât wanna hurt you.â
âWell, as long as you do what we tell you, that is.â
You know, there are people like this everywhere. They mess with girls in sneaky alleys and some even go on to being borderline criminals!
What a cliché. I really hope the author grows his creativity if this were a novel.
âSo, ladies? We wonât scare you if you just stay kind, okay?â
âHehe, right. We just want to have fun with other lonely men and women. Youâve got two and weâve got two! What nice pairs?â
What the hell⦠When did I tell you that you could say this shit?
âWh-what now, Athy?â
I suddenly felt her grab onto my arm. Her hand was shaking seemingly from her scared emotions.
I thought of Jennette who stood in front of me when having to deal with the blackies but I think things have changed since then.
âOh, youâre especially pretty, arenât you?â
âFweee. Weâre gonna take care of you extra carefully.â
Mmm. The way they look at her is kinda disgusting. I mean what explicit attention would Jennette have gotten while she was stuck in the mansion?
And she was getting all the attention since I still had the face-morph charm applied.
âWh-whatâs wrong?â
âDonât worry. You just need to trust us!â
Oh, shut the hell up. Donât you know that the trustworthiness meter for âJust trust usâ converges to zero? And you look like a hell of a criminal duo!
I was baffled by the first impressions of the thugs of this world, then âVwooop!â breathed in as hard as I could as they approached me. Then I screamed as loud as I could with all the strength focused on my stomach.
The criminal duo hesitated as I started to scream like a mad bitch.
âYou ââing ââ! Stay the ââ away from us or else!â
I cursed as hard I ever could and if they werenât redacted for publishing, youâd probably be impressed too.
âDo you want me to ââ your ââ â up? You sons of ââ! How ââing dare you try to ââ with us?â
Iâm the crazy bitch in the house! I started to spit out curse words like Eminem on a rapper diss spree.
âââing ââers! Go have your ââ ââ beaten up like a ââ ââ, you âââ!
The duo was confused by my swear word machine gun.
Have you heard of any Atlantan profanity, ââs? Have a load of this advanced vocabulary!
Ah⦠It feels like a burden Iâve carried on my back for a decadeâs been finally lifted.
âA⦠Athyâ¦â
Crap. Iâve completely forgotten Jennette standing right next to me.
Hehe, Athy doesnât know a word she just said!
âWhat the fuâ!â
âDo you think youâll still be alive after this?â
They started to countercurse as their veins bulged from rage.
But their puny dictionary of profanity couldnât even make a dent in my ego.
Youâve got a long, long way to go if you want to at least rival me!
I raised my hands against the thugs charging at me. Then I poured all of my magic charged up onto what I was holding and thrust it towards them.
Thwack!
âGruuuuntâ¦!â
âWhoops! Iâm sorry for the candy punch!â
A candy the size of my head flew toward Thug 1âs crotch and hit him directly in the balls. The red sunset scattered as the candy broke apart into a million pieces.
Thug 1 let out a horrible yell and started to foam up. His accomplice stared blankly as he fell to the ground.
âOh, looks like I have another one!â
As I recited the horrifying line, Thug 2 was mortified as he shuddered in fear. I took the candy in Jennetteâs hand and concentrated my magic into it as well.
Time for my catchphrase!
âHereâs a bit of justice for you! Go, CANDYâCRUSH!
THWACK!
âGruuuntâ¦â
Shatter! The bits of candy scattered across the setting sun with elegant refractions. Thug 2 also fell to the ground, like his friend.
âNo⦠My ballsâ¦â
Thump!
Thug 2, however, unlike his friend, let out his final will right before fainting as if he was a little bit more resilient.
Trash has been taken care of!
I brushed off and turned my head towards Jennette, blankly staring at the scene.
âMs. Margaret, take my hand!â
âUh, okay! Ahh!â
We teleported away from the alley, leaving behind a miniature prism of scattered candy bits.

âI hope weâre not late!â
What a wonderful day!
I managed to return safely to the mansion with Jennette. I probably shouldâve beaten the living hell out of them even more but eh, whatever.
I really hope Jennette doesnât develop a fear of going outside after these shenanigansâ¦
âChuckleâ¦â
I heard a faint noise coming right next to me. Huh? It sounds like someoneâs trying to hold in a laugh.
âBwahahahaha!â
I heard a peal of bright laughter as I turned my head towards Jennette. It was her, so delighted that she even let out a teeny bit of tears.
âHehehe⦠Now, this is a first for me.â
She told me after wiping her tears of joy from her face. Maybe it was freshly satisfying for her to see me take care of the thugs in such a humorous manner.
Cough. It was the CANDYâCRUSH attack that did it, maybe. I was really worried that tonightâs experience was going to leave a scar in her mind.
âAh, it was really satisfying.â
After she calmed down, she showed a subtle smile and continued her remarks. I didnât know Jennette was such a thrill-seeker!
âIt felt like I was trapped in hell a few days ago.â
That made me unable to think about what to say next.
âBut after I met you, it became heaven.â
Rumble, the innocent girl lashes a look! Itâs a critical hit! But the opposing Athanasia doesnât seem to have a plan!
âThanks for everything today, Princess. It was my first time having such fun.â
I struggled to keep my heart straight but I pulled off a reply.
âOh, thereâs a lot more to come.â
It feels good to finish her clandestine outing up so nicely.
âDonât forget about the fireworks!â
As I spoke with a smile, she looked back at me with a warm smile as well. We agreed to meet on the final day of the Celebration and parted ways.

âYour majesty, it looks like the mysterious accidents happening around the continent have finally come to a halt.â
Felix reported his findings to Claude in the dimly lit room.
âItâs a relief that the natural disasters were only temporary. I was really worried about all the letters my people have been sending us, your majesty.â
He really was relieved to hear the news.
He seemed to be in a lot of distress because of the spontaneous incidents happening all around the continent. It was pretty obvious he was relieved to see all the rockfall, flooding and abnormal weather suddenly go away.
âDo you really think those spontaneous incidents are natural?â
But then Claude, resting his chin on his hand, spoke with an indifferent tone. Felix was surprised to hear what he said.
âYour majesty, do you mean someone caused those incidents?â
âThat, I do not know.â
âBut your majesty, didnâtâ¦â
âThat was the only speculation. And arenât those apparently gone now?â
âThat is true, your majesty.â
âThen be off, your duties are done.â
Felix closed his mouth, looking at Claude close his eyelids on the chair.â
It was fairly deep into the night but Claude didnât look like he was going to get any kind of good sleep tonight. To be fair, who in their right minds would be able to sleep tight after losing their daughterâ¦â
âYour majesty, we may be able to track her down since everyoneâs on the lookout for her.â
ââ¦â¦.â
ââ¦â
âPlease, your majesty, get some rest.â
But Claude didnât move a muscle. Frankly, Felix told Claude to rest even though he knew he wasnât going to be able to convince Claude. But he had to say something to somewhat relieve his deep mood.
Claude, with his eyes shut, calmly told Felix after a bit of silence.
âLeave.â
Felix left the room as Claude ordered him.
After a while, he looked back at the Emerald Palace where Claude was in. Claudeâs practically made this palace, originally Athanasiaâs, his new home.
Felixâs face suddenly turned gloomy.
âWhere can you possibly be, Princessâ¦â
With no one to answer him, he could only turn back as his mind filled with frustration.

âMy ears are burningâ¦â
Lucas looked around, itching his ear.
He was at a black tower, abandoned for decades. It soared into the sky in the subtle moonlight, as if you could almost touch the clouds up in it.
