845 14.121 Last Violet Star – (Past) Return and Report

Zero and Jin Baihua responded differently after seeing Bai Qiyin and Yun Huaxia declare a Heavenly Oath. While the latter, Jin Baihua was so overcome with astonishment and denial that his face grew pale, the former, Zero believed that everything had turned out great. Even if Jin Baihua greatly admires the person who chose to marry the person he despises the most, he was powerless to stop them.

“Though I should have stopped you,” Zero said, “You are both insane. The vows you made are not even different from a real Dao Ceremony. But this is the only way for the little lord to calm down. Though let me offer you a warning...”

“What is it?” asked Yun Huaxia.

Smiling, Yun Huaxia proudly said, “I am willing. So there shouldn’t be any problems.”

“Either way, you should still prepare. An enraged Lord Bai is terrifying. Little Lord should know...” said Zero.

The things Zero had just said had been thoroughly absorbed by Bai Qiyin by the time he had calmed down. “D-Don’t worry. We can do it together...” coaxed Yun Huaxia to his lover.

The four of them start their return trip to the Lan Zhuayan Sect after a little period of respite.

The elders of the group greeted them when they had safely arrived. After successfully completing his task of escorting Bai Qiyin and Yun Huaxia to safety, Zero plans to part ways with them.

Yun Huaxia said to Zero, “Zero, don’t you want to rest inside for a while?”

After accomplishing the oath that involves his little lord, Zero had begun treating Yun Huaxia as one of his lords. He and the little lord were officially dao companions because of the commitment they had made together. As a son-in-law, Yun Huaxia is now regarded as a member of the Bai Clan as a half-family.

Bai Qiyin said, “Senior Zero, please protect my elder brother.”

“Of course. My life is for his life to remain safe. I shall do everything in my honor to keep the Lord alive. This I promise to the Little Lord,” said Zero.

Bai Qiyin said, “Thank you very much.” He even bowed his head together with Yun Huaxia.

Yun Huaxia said, “Are you going back right away?”

“Yes. It is easier for me to move on my own,” said Zero as he suddenly approached Yun Huaxia and whispered something to him.

Yun Huaxia blinked for a second before nodding in the direction of Zero after hearing what the latter had whispered. Only then did Zero get ready to depart and turn around without saying a few words to the others. Zero walked a short distance under every one’s observation before abruptly dissipating into thin air.

The Great Elder, Yun Xiayu said, “This person is very strong. He should be at least a Golden Core Cultivator who is about to reach the threshold of Nascent Soul. Is he a person that serves A’Wuan?”

“Yes, Uncle. He is indeed strong. He and his friends were the ones who saved us and brought us out of the prison,” said Yun Huaxia.

The First Young Master Yun nodded as warmly as usual and asked, “How about you, Daoist Bai Huayu? What are your future plans? Would you want to stay in the sect for a little while as a guest?”

But only Bai Qiyin and the Great Elder recognized that something is wrong with him, however, they didn’t say anything about his behavior while giving him a scrutinizing gaze.

“There is no need for him. Since he had already gotten out thanks to us, maybe it was time for him to go back to where he came from. Moreover, his acupoints had been unsealed already. He can handle himself already. Hmp!” Bai Qiyin sneered while glancing at Jin Baihua whom he generally hates a lot. Just because of the disgusting eyes he uses when looking at his lover.

Yun Huaxia seems to have reprimanded Bai Qiyin while in reality indulging him. He then smiled broadly as he turned to face Jin Baihua in an effort to terminate their argument.

“Why are you still protecting him? Fine! Protect him all you want! I’m going to ignore you!” said Bai Qiyin as he stepped away from his lover and took his strides towards the Sect ignoring his Dao Companion.

In this scenario, the Great Elder could only shake his head hopelessly. He then accompanied Bai Qiyin back into the Sect. When his fiancé departed in a rage, Yun Huaxia pretended to want to follow him but still remembered Jin Baihua. In his storage, he dug up a visitor token and presented it to Jin Baihua.

The First Young Master Yun left behind his guest after explaining his words and ran off to chase after his lover. On the other hand, Jin Baihua who received the token from Yun Huaxia himself was extremely happy.

“A token from Senior Brother Yun. As expected he is different from the rest. I’ll clean up myself first in some inn in the city before officially visiting the Lan Zhuayan Sect or it would embarrassing to enter looking like this as Senior Brother Yun’s guest. I can’t embarrass him further.” mumbled Jin Baihua.

Jin Baihua didn’t go till after that and then he went to the town. Even what transpired after he went was unknown to him. Bai Qiyin and Great Elder Yun Xiayu were waiting for Yun Huaxia to arrive at the Sect. Apparently, Bai Qiyin, Yun Huaxia, and the other two were only acting at the time when they treated Jin Baihua with open dislike.

The Great Elder asked, “Did you successfully give the token with an imprint in it?”

“Don’t worry, Uncle. He accepted it,” responded Yun Huaxia.

Bai Qiyin said, “Zero keeps mentioning him along the way. Obviously, he always reminds them to be careful and wary of Jin Baihua. Zero doesn’t trust him at all. I don’t either!”

“Okay, darling. I will keep an eye on the tracker. Why don’t we take a bath and rest while waiting for the news of others?” said Bai Qiyin.

Yun Xiayu the Great Elder says, “Don’t worry about the rest. With A’Wuan and Jieye leading them, there is no way nothing would happen. Just focus on the devil imprisoned in our sect. Those things cannot be let out no matter what.”

Yun Huaxia and Bai Qiyin nod in accord with the elder’s observations. Suddenly the heir of the Bai Clan started paying attention to something, he recalled receiving the amulet from his older brother. The Great Elder pats the shoulders of these two young men with relief and joy in his eyes.

“Thank god, you both are safe. When we were helpless that time when they took you guys away, we elders regret it so much. We should have bet everything to keep you safe that time,” said Yun Xiayu.

Bai Qiyin said, “Uncle Yun, we don’t mind. If doing so can keep the whole Lan Zhuayan Sect in exchange for us, I and Brother Hua are willing. We are more worried about Father Yun. Is he alright?”

When the Sect Elder of the Yun Clan was named, the Great Elder fell quiet. The two gave the Great Elder a nod before following him to the Sect’s Main Peak. He presently resides together with his brother because the Sect Master’s current courtyard is utilized to be a prison for that evil thing. At the courtyard of the Great Elder, Yun Huaxia and Bai Qiyin immediately understood what was happening when they saw the condition in which Sect Master Yun was in. Shocked, Yun Huaxia said, “F-Father, what happened to you?”

“Calm down you two. Come and sit with us inside the house. We need a lot of time for us to tell you everything that happened,” said Sect Master Yun with a smile

The four of them had gathered in the Great Elder’s home. The two elders told everything about what happened in the sect while held captive in the Xie Clan’s Territory.

However, the force led by the Sect Alliance made it to their destination in the end. They had just completed planning their battle strategy and escape route as the sun was setting. While his Lord is preoccupied, Zero who teleported independently arrived a while ago.

The Second Young Master Yun assisted Bai Wuan to look for a substitute for the chopsticks or whether there would be anything to use for dining after removing the broken sticks from his lover’s closed hand. They are now having their dinner when the report from Zero was made.

The Second Young Master Yun said, “No talking as we eat. Do the rest of the business after eating, Jing’er.”

Bai Wuan ordered Zero, “Wait at the side. Continue the report after we eat.” Instead of responding, Zero saluted the two individuals in front of him, who then vanished into the dark.
