Contract Marriage With The Disabled CEO
Chapter 25 Go Home Betty was stunned.
A shaft of car lights fell on the back of the man. Betty couldnât see his face clearly. But she noticed his perfect figure under the car lights.
It was Kerwin.
At that moment, Betty was struck dumb all over.
Stopping in front of Betty and looking at her being dumbfounded with her mouth slightly opening, Kerwin thought that she was cute.
Kerwin opened his mouth blandly, âWhat? Are you not happy to see me?â
Hearing this, Betty finally regained her composure and shook her head instinctively. âOf course notâ¦â
In fact, she was very happy.
It was Kerwin who came to her rescue every time she was helpless and distressed. It was him who helped her get out of the abyss of despair.
âOh,â Bettyâs reply pleased Kerwin. âLetâs go home.â
Betty nodded. But as she was just about to get in the car, her high heels pressed against the blisters on her feet, and she gasped because of pain.
âWhatâs wrong?â As Betty looked down at her feet, Kerwin keenly noticed that she was uncomfortable as if she was suffering from some pain.
Kerwin frowned slightly and stared at Bettyâs ankles. He immediately found that her left heel was hurt by the shoe and bleeding.
âNothing. Itâs just the shoes rubbing. I can put a band-aid on my foot. Then Iâll be okay tomorrow. Ahâ¦
What are you doing? Kerwin, youâ¦â
Betty suddenly blushed because Kerwin bent down and reached to hold her ankle.
He lifted Bettyâs rubbed left foot with no single trace of embarrassment.
His finger touched Bettyâs wound gingerly. Kerwin frowned deeply. âItâs bleeding.â
Since Kerwinâs hand was strong and warm while Bettyâs heel was quite sensitive, a strange feeling swept all over her body when Kerwin touched her.
âItâs really nothing.â Somehow Bettyâs heart beat faster, even her voice trembling a bit. But Kerwin turned a deaf ear to her and took off her shoes directly.
âEh?â Betty was a little confused. There was still a short distance from the car. Did Kerwin intend to let her walk to the car barefoot?
But Kerwin had no such intention.
After taking off Bettyâs shoes, Kerwin held her hand and pulled her into his arms.
Kerwin was sitting in a wheelchair, and Betty was sitting sideways on his lap. There was no single gap between their bodies.
âKerwin, youâ¦â
Being so close to each other made Betty more flustered. But Kerwin, ignoring her, just maneuvered his wheelchair to the car and whispered, âLetâs go home.â
Home?
Betty, who was trying to struggle out of his arms, suddenly got stunned by Kerwinâs remarks.
She thought she didnât have a home at all.
Although she moved into Kerwinâs villa, she regarded it as a newly rented house, not a home.
Taking a closer look at Kerwinâs face, Betty White suddenly felt that her cold heart seemed to be warmed up.
Although the marriage with Kerwin was a bit absurd, Betty felt that maybe having a husband was not a bad thing Thinking of this, her rigid body relaxed a little, and she even put her arms around Kerwinâs neck.
Sensing that Betty was relaxed in his arms, Kerwin, still stone-faced on the surface, felt happy in his heart.
The driver started the car and left the Bourland Villa as soon as they two got into the car.
Seeing the car leaving, Jeffrey, hidden behind a street lamp in the darkness, revealed himself slowly Jeffrey was shocked when he saw the black Bentley.
After Betty left the Watson family, although Jeffrey didnât follow up to catch up with her directly, he left the Watsons as well to keep an eye on her. It was dark. Besides, the villa was far away from the streets, Jeffrey couldnât trust Betty to go back alone. Therefore, he found an excuse and left the Watson family for Betty.
He found Betty soon, but he didnât have the courage to offer to drive her home. So he had to follow Home?

Then he saw a man in a wheelchair.
Although Jeffrey was some way from them, he recognized the black Bentley and the wheelchair.
Jeffrey clenched his fist suddenly.
He couldnât understand why Betty got embroiled with other men even after she got married.
Not to mention that man was Kerwin.
âJeffrey?â
When Jeffrey was indignant, he heard a gentle voice calling him.
