I Love You Miss Genius ( Bonnie Shepard ) CHAPTER 211
I Love You, Miss Genius
Chapter 211
â1-1â¦â Sydney stammered. She was angry and at a loss for words.
âWhat a tasteless joke to make! Maisie has studied combat under the tutelage of Master Arturo Vaughn. Her combat skills are flawless. If I take this up with her, sheâll have me on the ground in less than a second.â
Gunnar smirked. âGeez. Sydneyâs always been arrogant and stubborn, but sheâs stumped now. I feel pretty good.â
Sydney noticed his triumphant expression and flew into a fit of rage. âThatâs priceless, Gunnar. I asked you to speak up for our son, yet you threatened me with Maisie. I can see youâre taking your frustrations out on me. Does it feel good?â
She grabbed her husbandâs ear and twisted it.
âGah, my ear! Youâre taking it the wrong way, honey. Thatâs the last thing Iâd think. Come on, discuss it. Flynn will be okay. If you donât let go of my ear, I might need to go to the hospital!â
âYeah, right! How gullible do you think I am? I saw you smirking earlier, Gunnar!â
Flynn grew troubled as he watched his parents argue before him.

âMom and Dad are useless sometimes. Theyâre supposed to help me solve my dilemma or speak up for me. Now, theyâre too busy arguing. Do they even love me? Ugh, forget it. It looks like Iâll have to handle it myself.â
âDamn that Bonnie. It isnât over yet,â Flynn muttered and then called one of his men, more bodyguards and kidnap Bonnie tomorrow.â

The man seemed hesitant. After all, he had witnessed what Bonnie did to the other bodyguards earlier today.
Flynn was furious. âIs there a problem? You work for me, and itâs your responsibility to solve my problems. Do you even want to keep working for my family?â
The bodyguard trembled in fear, saying, âItâs not that I donât want to work for you, Mr. Flynn. You saw how formidable Bonnie is. She can hold her own against Ms. Maisie. I donât think we can kidnap Bonnie and bring her here unscathed.â
The bodyguard was confident he would suffer a worse fate than his colleagues if Ivor traced the kidnapping back to him. Although Flynn would be the primary culprit, he was one of the Knight family members. Nothing terrible would happen to him.
After some thought, Flynn said, âYou have a point. We must ensure to do it with the utmost secrecy. We canât afford to leave any clues behind when we kidnap Bonnie.â
Even Flynn shuddered at the thought of Ivor tracing it back to him.

âI have an idea!â Flynn exclaimed. âFind someone who means a lot to her and snatch that person instead. Then, tell Bonnie to come here alone. Otherwise, weâll slaughter the person she cares about
most.
âThat reminds me. We canât send our men. I want you to hire someone who specializes in this. Remember to tread lightly. Donât leave Ivor any clues.â
âRight away, Mr. Flynn.â
âHire more men and make sure theyâre competent. Spend more if you have to. Money isnât an issue.â By now, Flynn had decided to teach Bonnie a lesson.
The following morning, Bonnie received a call from Hamish. She checked the time and realized it was only nine oâclock. Usually, Hamish would not have called her at this time of day. Something must have happened.
âHello?â
âDid Benedict tell you why he hasnât shown up for work, Ms. Bonnie?â
Her eyelids twitched. âBenny is usually punctual. He wouldnât have reported late to work.â
âExactly! I know that about him. Thatâs why I called you. Itâs well over nine oâclockânow. If anything, he wouldâve shown up slightly over eight in the morning. Did he have an accident on his way here?â âGeez. Thatâs a comforting thought.â
