I Love You Miss Genius ( Bonnie Shepard ) CHAPTER 260
I Love You, Miss Genius
Chapter 260
The family blamed everything on Bonnie. Still, Yolanda had to suppress her hatred for her husbandâs sake. She asked, âWhat will it take for you to treat my husband, Bonnie?â
Bonnie said arrogantly, âAfter you chased me out just now,
what do you think itâll take?â
Trina interjected, âAlthough youâre no longer one of us, my parents raised you. Their blood courses through your veins. Are you going to be cruel and make them kneel and beg?â
Yolanda was just as scheming as the rest of the family. Therefore, she knew what Trina was trying to do. The older woman glanced at Gresham and Vera, asking, âWhat are you waiting for? Kneel before Bonnie. She hates us now, and thatâs the only way sheâd treat Harold.â
Bonnie squinted, regarding Trina as a dead woman.
Meanwhile, Gresham and Vera gawked at Yolanda. The former asked, âWhat are you talking about, Mom? Why should we kneel before her? Sheâs our birth daughter, for crying out loud. Thâthatâs just-â
Yolanda grunted, âWhat else can we do? Your dad will die if you donât beg for Bonnieâs help. Some people are just coldâblooded and donât care about their family. Are you one of those people?â
The older woman insinuated that Bonnie was one of those people. However, the older woman laid it thick so Bonnie could not have missed it.
âI beg of you, Bonnieâno, Sis. Donât make Mom and Dad kneel. Please save Grandpa. Iâll do anything if thatâs what it takes,â Trina said as tears rolled down her cheeks..
At that moment, Trina resembled a kind soul who looked out for her family, while Bonnie was a rotten soul who did not give a ratâs ass about them. The latter raised her brows and said, âIf thatâs the case, I want you to get on your knees and beg me.â
Trina was still crying at that moment. She froze when she heard her former sisterâs
words.
Bonnie looked at her condescendingly and roared, âDo it! Arenât you trying to be the good little girl?â
Gresham and Vera exchanged glances. They were not about to sacrifice their dignity for
anyone, not even their beloved daughter. Ultimately, letting Trina take the fall would be
better.
âWeâre sorry you have to do that, Trina. Weâll compensate you after Bonnie treats your grandpa.â
Trina regretted sticking her neck out for her family when she realized they had weaseled their way out of kneeling. Meanwhile, Yolanda grew impatient when Trina froze. The former roared, âWhat are you waiting for, Trina?! Is your pride more important than your grandpaâs life?â
Trina was in a dilemma and had no way out. She gritted her teeth and fell to her knees with a thud.
âDamn you, Bonnie! Iâll get revenge on you someday. Iâll make things much worse for
for putting me through this!â
you
Bonnie noticed Trinaâs expression and knew what the latter was thinking. Bonnie said, Kneeling isnât enough. I want you to slap yourself, too. Keep doing it until Iâve completed the treatment.â
âWhat?! Thatâs outrageous!â Trina growled.
Bonnie crouched beside her and whispered so only Trina could hear. âWatch your tongue. Your familyâs watching. If you piss me off, Iâll refuse to treat Harold. Then, his death will be your fault. After that, your family will see you as nothing more than a miscreant.â
