I Love You Miss Genius ( Bonnie Shepard ) CHAPTER 379
I Love You, Miss Genius
Chapter 379
The director humbly asked, âMs. Bonnie, what do you think about Nancy? Did she portray your character well enough?â
Trina watched as everything went down and overheard what he told Bonnie. The former was shocked. Even an ordinary person could tell Bonnie was the author of the novel they adapted into the television drama.
Trina remembered the authorâs name as Jane Austin, a highly prolific author.
âBonnie is Jane Austin! That explains why sheâs so rich! She doesnât have a sugar daddy, after all. Sheâs already the wealthiest author on earth! Sheesh!â
Trina remembered something else that was essential.
âBonnie lied to me! She didnât come for the audition!â
Bonnie smiled at Nancy and told the director, âI already knew she would nail the female lead role. Still, I couldnât just say that aloud. I didnât want it to affect your judgment.â
âYouâre an excellent judge of character, Ms. Bonnie! Itâs decided-
our gal!â The director called Nancy over and shook her hand. âIâm sure weâll work together perfectly.â
Nancy joyfully cried as she said, âThâthank you, sir. I have you to thank, too, Bonnie.â
Bonnie handed her some tissues and said, âYou fought for that role and earned it. You donât have to thank anyone but yourself.â
Nancy said sobbingly, âAlthough you say that, Tatiana would have still been abusing me now if you hadnât shown up when you did.â
âAll right, enough crying. Youâre the female lead, and weâll start shooting soon. How will you do that if your eyes are swollen from crying?â
âBonnie makes a fine point. Go home and get some rest, Nancy. Weâll see you tomorrow and sign the contract to make everything official.â
âOkay!â Nancy wiped her tears and asked Bonnie, âHey, are you free tonight? Iâd like to buy you dinner.â
Bonnie did not want to reject her offer, so she said, âSure thing.
â
As the duo motioned to leave the set, Trina took off after them, furious. âBonnie, youâre too much! You didnât come here for an audition like you said! Why did you lie to me?â
Boone shook her bead and said, âI swear, Trina You always hit a new high of idiocy and shamrissness where you open your mouth How can you be so bold? Youâre the one who bugged me about whether or not I care for an audition.
4 old
was but you didnât believe me Instead, you kept bugging me. I had no
choice but to say yes.
Thimaâs breaching became uneven as het anger boiled within her. At that moment, Bonnie brushed past bet.
Trina saddenly yanked Bonnie back, roaring, âYouâre not going anywhere! You just donât want me to succeed in life, so you lied to me! Why did you agree to come to Pyralis when my parents offered to bring you here? Theyâre my parents, and they raised me. You had no right stealing their love from me?â
Nancy balled her fists and bit her lips. She saw Trina as a spitting image of her hypocritical stepsister.
acy said. âI know Iâm an outsider, but I canât stand this, Youâre the one who snatched Bunnieâs parents and their love from her. What makes you think youâre the Shepardsâ rightful daughter?!â
Nancy was the same as Bonnie. The former was the rightful daughter of the Church family. Bowever, ber father disowned her.
Trina shoved Nancyâs face out of the way and retorted, âWho the hell do you think you are?! You have no right to poke your nose into my family affairs!â
If Bonnie had not caught Nancy in time, the latter would have fallen to the ground. Bonnie comed grim as she took her phone and made a call, âRussell, itâs me, Bonnie. I need you to expel Trina from Pyralis University with immediate effect.â
Trina froze in shock when she heard that.
