I Love You Miss Genius ( Bonnie Shepard ) CHAPTER 422
I Love You, Miss Genius
Chapter 422
Bonnie remarked, âYouâre as bold and shameless as someone I know.â
âOh? Who is this person? Whatâs your relationship with them?â Thaddeus had a hunch she was referring to someone who could steal her from him.
âYou probably donât know him,â Bonnie said dryly, âFine, I can see how sincere you are. Iâll take you in as my apprentice, but youâll have to-â
Before she could finish, Thaddeus held up his wine glass and proposed a toast, âLetâs drink to you, Ms. Bonnie.â
He was so pragmatic and opportunistic that he reminded Bonnie of Ivor. She downed her wine and officially took in Thaddeus as her apprentice.
He asked, âHow old are you, Ms. Bonnie?â
âIâm twenty.â
âYouâre only twenty?!â He was shocked.
Bonnie raised her brow and asked, âWhatâs wrong? Do I look older than that?â
Thaddeus hastily explained, âThâthatâs not it! You have such silky skin and an exquisite face. How does that make you look old? I was just surprised because you mastered culinary
arts at only twenty.â
Bonnie said, âSpeaking of which, Iâll make a few dishes for you to taste. After all, Iâm your
teacher now.â
â}
Thaddeus was thrilled. âThatâs wonderful!â
Soon after, Bonnie entered the hotelâs kitchen. The chefs and the one who knew Bonnie
huddled around her to watch her cook.
âHer knife skills are spectacular. Before I knew it, she already cut the vegetables into thin
strips.â
âForget that. Look at how thinly she sliced the carrots so evenly.â
âWhat a divine fragrance! I think her fillet is done. Just the smell makes my mouth water!â
Even Thaddeus, who had tasted various delicacies worldwide, could not help but gulp. Although the chefs at this hotel praised and boasted about how great her cooking was, he never knew she was this good.

An hour later, Bonnie completed eight dishes. âAll done! Have a taste.â
âYou donât have to tell me twice!â Thaddeus hastily picked up a fork and knife. He could not wait to taste these exquisite dishes. He cut into a piece of trout fillet and ate it. Bonnie had rinsed the trout with the freshest, sweetest broth he had ever tasted.
It gave the dish another layer of refreshing flavor. It tasted so heavenly that Thaddeus felt like he had been transported to another realm.
Bonnie asked, âSo, how is it? Not bad, huh?â
He gave her a thumbsâup and said, âNot bad? Itâs nothing short of divine, Ms. Bonnie! It almost feels like a dish meant for Gods and not us mortal beings!â
âThatâs it! Iâll make Bonnie my wife!â
When he returned home, he called Ivor and bragged about the glorious woman he met. âIâm telling you, Ivor, her culinary skills are incomparable! Iâll even say no one can compare to her cooking!â
âNo one makes a better dish than Bonnie,â. Ivor thought, âStill, I wonât tell him that. Whatâll I do if he starts having funny ideas about her?â
