Rumors

The next few days of school was a breeze. I had apologized to Quetta for shutting her out the other day. I really can't stay mad at that girl she's really like my female best friend. Right now, were in film study class. My teacher Mrs. Jailing's was going over a little project that we had to do, but I wasn't paying attention with Quetta ass playing and shit. I became her little side piece when Drew would act the fuck up. I got to really falling for and we were gone get together but I guess she just wasn't ready for the commit me with a girl. I would have been her first girlfriend. We had stopped fucking around and I met Terrianna and she was still will Drew. I don't know what it is about Quetta but she had me stuck for a minute but Terrianna had somewhat replaced her.

All morning I kind of felt like that new chick that I bumped into yesterday was following me around. I saw her everywhere I went. When I first met her, she was cute and shy but now she just looking creepy as fuck. I couldn't get her out of my mind. I couldn't even focus on my work because I felt like I knew her but I couldn't really put my finger on it. The bell had ringed and Quetta had tapped me pulling me out my thoughts.

"You good V?" she asked waving her hand in my face.

"Yeah, I'm good" I said grabbing my backpack and walking out the classroom with her.

"You sure you not still mad about yesterday?" She asked stopping me in the hallway grabbing on to my jacket. She looked at me with those big brown eyes with a pout.

"Yeah, I told you I'm good shorty. Just know yo nigga got his coming and that bitch Raina". I said as I put my arm around her and she swerved me.

"Damn it's like that" I said with my hands up a little upset

"Girl shut up. You know how Drew is" She said looking around a little scared

"Fuck that nigga" I said with my arms crossed

"Don't do bae. Anyways I gotta go meet him outside" She said as we walked to the front door of the school.

"Wait you not coming back to school?" I asked concerned. It wasn't like her to skip class but ever since she been with this nigga, she is barley around or in class.

"Yeah girl, I'll be back damn. Let me find out you checking for me" She said smiling holding on to my jacket again

"Just looking out for you that's all" I said

"Well I'll see you later okay" She said kissing me on the cheek and walked right out the door into Drew's dusty ass old ass Buick. I hate that nigga with a passion. He tried to speed off but the car kept jerking making black smoke come out the back. I laughed and walked off. Clown ass nigga.

Chemistry was next but we had a least 20 mins before it started. I barely had lunch and I was hungry as hell. As I walked into the lunch room and found my crew sitting at our regular lunch table.

"Wassup shorties" I said to everyone. I really had not talked to nobody but Q and Kaylyn about what went down the principal's office with Raina. But knowing Kaylyn she probably told Harland and that nigga got a big ass mouth.

"How was Jail?" Harland asked referring to detention that I had.

"Shit, I was just chillin" I said shrugging my shoulders.

"Yo girl looking for you" Kaylyn said smirking

"She anit text me so she must not be looking that damn hard" I said looking at my phone with no messages from Terrianna

"She talking about the new chick" Tina said and I looked at her like she had two heads. Since her and Q been fucking on the low, she been speaking a lot more.

"Have we met her before? She looks mad familiar" I asked and everybody shook their heads nah and I just shrugged it off putting my head phones in listening to beats that I made. I always loved music. I even sell a few beats here and there.

As I was listening to my music, I felt somebody touch my arm. I look up to see Terrianna.

"WASSUP" I said. I guess I must have said it too loud because she laughed and took my headphones out.

"Want to come to subway with me?" She asked

"Umm I guess so" I said and she pulled me holding on to me

"Aye yall I'll get up with yall later" I yelled to them and they through the peace sign up at me. Traitors.

"How was most of your day?" She asked as we walked outside on our way to subway. It was only down a couple blocks from our school.

"Same ol Same ol" I said shrugging. Then she just started talking my head off. One thing about her is that she is a talker, like she will talk for hours and hours if you let her. I just look at her and laugh. Terrianna and I been together since the beginning of last year, which is only a short time. We had some ups and downs but we always got through it. Terrianna was a good girlfriend she never cheated on and we always communicated with each other but she was also very insecure clingy and weird. I was a little skeptical about dating her. I had seen her around school but never actually spoke to her until we had a class together. Everybody said she was weird and I didn't see the signs.

We were in Biology together. The whole crew was in the same class so you know we was clowning. Everybody knew Terrianna had a lil crush on me but I barely knew her so I didn't go after her. I came into class high as hell with Q and Harland, we were late as hell in class. We thought we was slick sitting in our seats without getting noticed but Harland dumb ass fell out the chair trying sit and he just stared laughing. The teacher walked up to us asking why we were late to class and I was about to respond until Terrianna butted in. She had written us a fake pass and made it look like I had dropped it on the floor giving it to the teacher. He fell for it and went on to teaching the class. After class I thanked her and we just started talking. Then she confessed she had been liking on me for a while and we just ended up together.

"You want something?" Terrianna asks snapping her hands in my face trying to get my attention. I pull away from my thoughts.

"Sorry baby what you say?" Rubbing my hand over my face.

"You want a sub?" looking at me with her eyebrow raised with those dark black eyes.

"Yeah" I say grabbing her hand. I put in my order as they made our food. I paid and left heading back to the school. Once we got to the school, we ate our lunch outside on the rocks in front of the school. I must have been real hungry because before I even got to sit down my sub was gone.

"Baby are you okay? You seem distracted?" She asks as she bites into her food. She was always a slow eater.

"I already told you, I'm fine" I stood in between her legs as she holds my face with one hand. I look into her eyes. "Baby stop worrying, I am going to be fine. I kiss her passionately.

"You just so cute" she smiles hugging me. As we were playing around, I hear my name being called

"Hey Vanessa" I turn to see the new chick smiling and waving at me

"Oh sup" I said giving her a head nod

"Who is she?" Terianna asked

"I don't know I bumped into her the other day with Caryn. I guess she's new

"Yeah okay bet not be one of your new hoes" She said and I just shook my head

"Why you always think I got hoes. That shit mad annoying" I said rolling my eyes

"Because I know you got them and you be cheating on me. I'm pretty sure you still fucking Quetta nasty ass" She explained

"Yo ass is tripping. You go to Vegas and come back acting brand-new fuck outta here" I said and walked off. She pisses me off. I could go fuck somebody else if I wanted to but I choose to stay faithful to her ungrateful ass.

Sixth hour comes along and I head up to the third floor to the biology part. Walking down the hallway I run into Quetta. I didn't even know she came back to school.

"Hey hubby" she says smiling with her cutie dimples. I would be lying if I said I didn't think about Quetta from time to time. I mean we shared a special bond nobody could understand. I really had feelings for her and she hurt me when she kind of choose Drew over me

"Sup shorty" I say smiling at her.

"Where you headed?" she ask.

"To chem want to walk me to class?" I asked She nods her head and we walk to my class laughing and talking with my arm around her neck and her arm around my back.

As we get to my class Terrie walks right out in front of us. She looks at Quetta with a mean look but that doesn't stop Quetta from flirting with me.

"Well I guess I would see you later hubby" Quetta says biting her lip.

"Alright, I will text you". I said as she walks away switching, my eyes glued right to her ass. I snap out of it and Terrie looking at me with her jealous face.

"You did see me standing her". She says rolling her neck.

"Yes, hello". I say walking in the class room and sitting at my desk. Terrie rolls her eyes sitting right next to me, I just shake my head laying my head down.

"Settle down class we have a lot of work to do today" my teacher Mr. Pike says while handing out worksheets.

"Is this gone be fun" one of the black girls say popping her gum.

"Everything in chemistry is fun" he says all geeked up and smiling. I put my head on my desk closing my eyes. Mr. Pike looked like he was on crack. Then there was a knock at the door I peeked to look and it was the security guard Jake the pervert I put my head back down closing my eyes. People called him Jake the pervert because he was always looking at girl's booty and touching on people. He pops his little black head in.

"Mr. Pike you got a new student" Jake says as he hands Mr. pike the schedule and leave.

"Come right on in. What is your name" Mr. Pike ask

"My Name is Kia" she says I pick my head up from the desk and see the girl that I bumped into yesterday. She looked over at me and smiled.

"Class we have a new student and her name is Kia". Everybody looks at her and smile. I hear the boys slap their hands while my eyes still glued to hers. "I want you to sit right next to Vanessa, she's gone to help you catch up" he smiles at me. "Isn't that right Nessa?" I look at him and roll my eyes

"No problem." I say fake smiling at him. He goes and finish passing out the papers. Kia sits right in front of me.

"I guess you never introduced yourself to me yesterday" I say licking my lips like LL Cool J. She giggles a little and she pulls out her hand.

" I"m Kia" she says.

"And I am Vanessa as you can see but my friends call me Nessa". Terrie comes over laying her hand on my shoulder.

"Hello, I"m Terrie, Vanessa's GIRLfriend. she says then she unexpectly kisses me and I push her. Now everybody was staring at us.

"Settle down class" Mr. Pike said as his back was turned

"Hallway" I tell Terrianna. As we got in the hallway, I turn to her a little upset. Like why you doing the most. This is not the first time this shit has happened either.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" I say.

"I'm sorry, I just thought" she says tears roll down her eyes.

"You thought nothing" I say cutting her off

"I know that your fucking somebody else and I refuse for you to cheat on me. I worked to hard for this relationship for it to be ruined by some hoe" She yelled in my face

"The crazy part is I haven't even been fucking nobody at all since you're not ready. Look get this shit together" I said about to walk off but she grabbed me

"I love you Vanessa I don't want to get hurt" she said

"Stop being so damn insecure start there" I say as I took a deep breath and head back in the classroom not saying anything to Kia. I never put my hands-on Terrie but she was really wrong for that. Terrie came back in the classroom quiet I didn't even bother to look at her.

Late that night

I was laying in my bed thinking about Kia and Terrie. I didn't know what to do at this point, I was mad but at the same time I didn't mean to embarrass Terrie. So, after my dad left for work, I walked right over to Terrie house. She was only a few blocks away so I walked just to clear my mind. I didn't know what I was gone say or how she was gone to react but I hope she wouldn't break up with me over this. I got to her house I didn't want to ring the bell because I know her mom would be mad as hell showing up to their house late at night. So, I called her on my cell phone.

"Hello" she answered she must have been sleep.

"Come to your window" I said she must have looked at the screen on her phone because she moaned and hung up.

"What are you doing here" she said looking out the window.

"I wanted to talk to you about what happened today" I said.

"Go ahead and talk" She said sounding upset.

"Look baby I'm sorry for what I did to you I was just so angry that you did that but you have to stop being so jealous all the time, I love you baby, why can't you accept that, and I would never put my hands on you like that ever again". I said she must have been crying because I heard sniffling.

"I'm sorry too babe, and I love you so much". she said and I smiled

"I will see you tomorrow at school. she nodded her head and I left. I'm happy that she understood why I was angry; I love her and I don't want to see her cry like that.

The Next day

Sitting in my my study hall class doing my work and listening to music. I feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn to smile and it's Kia.I take out my earphones and smile.

"What's up" I said smiling really hard.

"I'm sorry but I really need help with this chemistry homework, can you help me?" she said.

"Yeah, I was just working on it myself, come sit" I say pointing to the chair next to me. She sits down.

"I'm sorry about what happened yesterday, it was a lot going on." I said looking at the paper.

"It's cool, my girlfriend and boyfriend are the same way.' she says shaking her head.

"Wait you have a girl and a man?" I say looking at her with one eyebrow raised.

"Yeah, they are both cool with my sexuality it gets hard but we stick through it." She says looking me right in my face.

"Well it looks like you have a lot on your hands." I laugh and she laughs.

"I guess you can say that" She said as she pulled out the homework

"So, where did you move?" I asked

"Umm Vegas. My mom moved since she got a better job offer here" She explained and I nodded.

"You Like it there?" I asked curious. I always wanted to go but I heard they be expensive.

"Yeah I love it. Have you been?" She asked

"Nah but my girlfriend has. She actually just came from there not too long ago before school started

"Speaking of girlfriends. Where is she? She got you sitting here alone. I wouldn't let my girlfriend out of my sight

"Umm I actually don't know. I haven't seen her since this morning now that you bring it up" I said looking at my phone to see I didn't have any messages or calls from her at all today. She been acting really weird lately and its bothering me.

"Yall seem to have a rocky relationship. I mean on the inside looking in that's what it looks like from what I seen yesterday" she said and it really threw me off

"Yeah but we good. She's just really insecure and thinks just because we won't have sex, she thinks I'm cheating on her and haven't" I explained

"Why haven't yall have sex. I mean I'm sure you nor her are virgins" She said smirking

"What makes you think we not?" I asked a little strange

"The school knows everything, I guess. And I know you are little miss popular and you have beef with Drew and Raina" She explained and I was a little taken back. How the hell she knows all this information.

"Well for starters I am no virgin I love pussy. She's the virgin. And Second school always gossping" I said and she nodded

"You don't think she's having sex?" She asked

"Why would she be if it's not with me" I said annoyed with conversation

"Just saying. I mean we damn near grown. And you don't think she's cheating on you with someone else? I have heard some rumors about her not being a virgin but it could be not true" She asked and now I was getting mad.

"Who told you that?" I asked and she shrugged her shoulders and she changed the subject real quick.

"So, about this homework" She said grabbing her paper and we worked on the homework.

She was really annoying me with all these questions about Terrianna. I wonder if they knew each other from Vegas or rumors are going around in school and she overheard some shit. I knew if rumors were going around my crew wouldn't leave me in the dark.

We ended up talking more and turns out we had a lot in common. We talked and laughed so much we forgot to do the homework. The bell rings.

"OMG we talked so much we forgot to finish the homework." I say packing my stuff up.

"How about we meet for lunch and finish it". she says getting up from the chair.

"Okay, I will meet you in the library". I say and she nods her head and smile and we go our separate ways.

After parting ways. I meet up with Q and Harland. We always meet up and walk to Chef class together. Plus I needed my guys to help me out with this situation because I needed to get to the bottom of this. Why would she bring all that up if she didn't hear anything? I was confused and annoyed.

I walked up the crew locker seeing Q and Harland putting their stuff in the locker.

"Where yo wifey at?" Harland asked referring to Quetta. She usually walk with me but since she left with Drew no good ass she didn't.

"With her nigga" I said rolling my eyes as I put my stuff in the locker

"That's why you look so sad today huh" Q said laughing

"Naw I'm good on shorty" I said as I locked our things up and we started walking to our class

"Mhm if you wasn't with Terrianna then you and Quetta would be still fuckin.....say I'm lying" Harland said with a smirk on his face

"Anyways speaking on Terrianna. You know the new shorty...Kia?" I asked seeing if they remember her

"That big girl with the pretty face?" Q asked and I nodded

"What about her? T anit giving it up so you smashing the new girl over Quetta. Nigga you wilding" Harland said being loud

"If you don't shut yo loud mouth ass up" Q said shaking his head

"Like I was saying. She came at me to help her with the homework in chem class and there is supposedly there is a rumor going around school about Terrianna may not be a virgin" I explained and they both looked at me as we approached the classroom

"What?" Q asked surprised

"I did hear that shit too tho" Harland said and I looked at him

"What you mean you heard it? And you didn't tell me?" I asked Harland a little upset

"I just heard it yesterday. And like you said it's a rumor so I didn't say shit if you didn't bring it up" He explained and I wanted to punch him in his damn face

"Party is here" Kaylyn said as came in the classroom

"I hate this class" Trina said hugging and kissing Q

"Why you look like that? What's going on?" Kaylyn asked me

"Ask yo boy toy" I said as I got to work. We always cooked in this class so today we were making fruit pizza. Which I loved.

"Rumor is going around saying that Terrianna is not a virgin" Harland explained

"I haven't heard that rumor yet but I been so focused on other shit I barley talk to these messy ass hoes" Kaylyn said

"How did you find out?" Trina asked me

"Kia that new chick told me. We were talking about our relationship and she just started talking about the rumors going around school. It's fishy to me because she knew about the fight that happened in the gym with Drew and Raina" I said grabbing the fruit to cut it up to put on the pizza.

"You think its true tho?" Q asked me

"I don't know. I mean Terrianna has been acting weird since she got back from Vegas and then that phone call when she pocket dialed me" I said. I told them about the phone call I got from Terrianna and everybody was telling me is was fishy.

"I don't know. I don't want you to jump to conclusions and end up beating this girl up because we all know about your angry" Kaylyn said and I nodded

"Right we don't need you to get expelled or even worse in jail" Trina added

"I would never put my hands on her. I have never hit her" I said

"Yeah but you know once you black out it don't matter who it is your ass will swing" Q said

"I guess but I don't know. I shouldn't be thinking about it too much. If mfs got something to say then they need to come out and say that shit" I said annoyed

"Well we keep our eyes and ears open and see what's up" Kaylyn said

"Yeah we got your back" Harland said and I nodded

I appreciate them having my back. I needed to get to the bottom of this rumor and fast before shit gets out of hand.
