Chapter 368

The Unknown God of War

Even though Chu Feng had said those words so calmly, they had caused every hair on Ma Sanyuan's

body to stand on its end.

He knew Chu Feng was not being magnanimous. Instead, it was a warning. If a manager could be

easily replaced, so could Ma Sanyuan!

Even though Ma Sanyuan was many ranks higher than Shen Cong, they were equally lowly in Chu

Feng's eyes. To him, they were only minions who carried out his orders.

Ma Sanyuan never dared to forget his position.

"Yes, Mr. Chu. I will never forget what you said!" Ma Sanyuan said while bowing. "Don't worry. Nothing

remotely close to this will ever happen again."

"I hope that's the case," Chu Feng said with a nod. He carried his daughter up to the car, and the family

left.

Ma Sanyuan breathed a sigh of relief and wiped away his sweat. "Phew, that was close. Looks like I

can't drop my guard…"

Chu Feng and Yang Gang's families rode in separate cars. They went sightseeing around the Jiuhua

Mountains for the next two days, and they set up camp in the wilderness at night.

It was a very carefree and fulfilling trip, especially when they did not have to be wary of conniving

characters like Jiang Fengguang or Ms. Luo.

Duo Duo and the other children played together happily. Even though Yang Doudou could already

stand up, his legs were still weak, and he would stumble and fall from time to time. However, he did not

cry or complain, and his eyes were always burning with passion and excitement.

"Chu Feng, we'll be heading into Jiangling after this rest stop, and we'll be going our separate ways,"

Yang Gang said emotionally. He considered himself fortunate to have been acquainted with the famous

Mr. Chu on this trip and gotten close enough to him to be considered blood brothers.

"If I get the chance, I'll go and look for you for a drink or two," Chu Feng said with a smile, and they

shared a tight hug.

Duo Duo and Xiao Hu reluctantly said goodbye to Dou Dou. They whispered something in each other's

ears, perhaps making a secret promise.

"Goodbye, Mr. and Mrs. Chu."

"Remember to visit us, Chu Feng and Muqing."

Cheng Meixin waved at Chu Feng and his family, feeling an inexplicable sense of melancholy. They

were only acquainted a few days ago, but it felt as though they had known each other for half of their

lives.

Maybe that was how true friendship felt like.

"Daddy, Mommy, Mr. Chu gave me a present," Yang Doudou said while holding up a metal tag. It was

made of iron with a silver frame, and on it was carved a lifelike dragon.

"He said it'll be very useful for me when I join the military when I grow up," he said curiously.

"Chu Feng is such a boast. No matter how influential "Mr. Chu" might be in the business world, it

means nothing in the military," Yang Gang said while laughing heartily. "Do you know I was once in the

special forces? I was even a divisional commander once. If we were still in the army, Chu Feng would

have to call me 'Sir.' I doubt he'll be as influential as I am! Here, let me take a look at what he gave

you."

Cheng Meixin was about to tell her husband off when Yang Gang took the metal tag from his son's

hand. He took a glance at it, and his eyes widened abruptly. His legs began to shake, and he nearly fell

sitting on the ground.

"This is… This is… the Dragon Command!" Yang Gang blurted in surprise. His sudden bark gave

Cheng Meixin and Dou Dou a huge shock.

"Can't you keep it down? So what's so good about that tag? Is it better than your rank?" Cheng Meixin

playfully slapped Yang Gang's shoulder and asked.

"Better than my rank? This is at least ten times better!" Yang Gang said agitatedly.

Cheng Meixin was dumbfounded. Yang Doudou blinked and regarded the tag with curiosity and

excitement.

The Dragon Command was a token belonging to the top elites of Xi Ye. Anyone who held it wielded

ultimate authority!
