Chapter 15

I'm so sorry it's been a while, I don't know what's wrong with me. I just haven't been able to find the time to write recently. Bare with me tho, I promise I wont give up on this book until I've completed it!!

Please forgive me for all the long waits, but I can't promise to post regularly cause sooner or later I'd have to break that promise. Anyway enough of my rambling... hope you enjoy this chapter!

Recap

Kai came home early from his 'trip' and saw Ellie come home with a boy. He starts asking her a lot of questions but they both kept calm and talked it out.

"I don't want you thinking I'm trying to hide anything from you, it's not like that I promise. I didn't tell you because I didn't want you overreacting or getting mad" I tell him honestly

He nods his head in understanding "I still would have appreciated it if you told me, I don't like that I didn't know where you were. Nobody knew where you were, what if something bad happened?" He asks

"Kai, I'm an adult, not a child" I remind him

"It doesn't matter what age you are Ellie, bad things happen to people of all ages" he says

He wraps his arms around me and squeezes me close to him as if, if he let go I would vanish. He rests his head in my hair and breaths in. "God, I've missed you so much" he says

"I missed you to" I admit

He pulls his head back and starts kissing all over my face before bringing his lips to mine. I kiss him back with just as much hunger and need. His arms grab my thighs and lifts me up, I wrap my legs around his waist and he backs me up against the wall beside us. I pull back to catch my breath, allowing him to kiss down my neck. He kisses down my neck and then back up before kissing my lips once again, barley giving me enough time to catch my breath.

After another minute or so I pull away again, panting for air and he once again kisses down my neck. I moan when his tongue licks over a certain spot at the bottom of my neck and I feel him smirk against my skin. He continues to suck and bite there before he pulls away.

Ellie's P.O.V

"Omg I can't believe this" Rachel exclaims happily

I wipe my mouth and turn to glare at her. "Don't start it could be nothing!" I tell her, not completely believing my words but just hoping that they are true.

"True it could be nothing, but the timeline adds up El" she says, letting go of my hair so I can stand up

"I-I, your right but I can't even think about that right now. I've got to get ready for work" I say brushing the nonexistent dust off of my knees and walking to my dresser to grab my uniform.

"Come on El you can't just ignore this" Rachel Persists

"Watch me" I say turning around and ignoring her. I walk back into the bathroom and turn the shower on to a warm temperature, once I'm happy with how hot it is I strip out of my clothes and press play on my one direction playlist before stepping into my already steamy shower.

"One direction seriously?" I just about heard Rachel shout through the bathroom door. Her voice was muffled due to the water and I could barely hear her over Louis's sexy singing voice.  "Turn that down, it's so loud" Rachel Shouts

"Not loud enough!" I shout back

She must have given up, knowing that I'm stubborn and I won't turn my babies down, as she didn't reply.

An hour later I was out of the shower and dressed in my work clothes. Rachel and Lucas were giving me a ride to work today.

"God I really need to get myself a car!" I whine

"Start saving up, all you ever talk about is getting a car yet you've done zero saving  and lots of spending" Lucas says

"Hey, don't expose me like that" I scold

Rachel laughs, then adds "but seriously El, you really do need to get a car"

"I know, I'm just finding it hard to save money recently. Between paying rent, bills and having money for food my income doesn't leave very much money once everything is paid for" I complain

"I don't see why you don't just move back in with us, or at least let us help you out money wise" Lucas says

"No, I can't keep borrowing money. I'll be in so much debt"

"Ellie, we're rich. I could give you thousands of pounds and it wouldn't make a dent in how much money I have" he says

"I know but I want to try do it by myself" I tell him

"You tried, now just let one of us help you" he insists

"No becau-"

"Babe just let it go, she doesn't want help. She doesn't want to feel like a charity case" Rachel cuts me off

"Exactly!" I agree

Lucas rolls his eyes, "fine whatever, but just so you know none of us would think your a charity case. Kai would look to buy you everything and look after you, he wouldn't complain one bit"

"I know" I sigh "but he can take care of me in other ways"

"Ew gross, we did not need to hear that" Rachel screws her face up in disgust

I laugh at her reaction but just as I was about to respond Lucas changed the subject

"So what type of car do you want?" He asks

"I don't really know, I know nothing about cars except colour" I admit

"Okay well what colour then?"

"Either red, blue, white, grey or silver. It all just depends on what shape and shade the car is"

"Your not picky are you" Rachel says sarcastically

"I just know what I like" I shrug

After a long boring shift at work I came back home and ran myself a bubble bath. When I got back I noticed Kai's car parched outside my door. I groaned, not in the mood for company and walked right past his car and into my house. I went straight up stairs to run my bath.

An hour later I was finished in the bath and wrapped myself in my towel. I walked out of my bathroom and saw Kai just sitting there on my bed.

"How long have u been sitting there?" I ask

"Bout an hour" he replies not looking up from his phone

"Oh" I all I say as I walk over to pull out my fluffy jammies. There was an awkward silence as I pulled my jammies on. Not once did Kai look up from his phone and it kinda scared me. "Is everything alright." I asked

"Hm hm"

I groan, normally Kai doesn't shut up and now I can't get him to talk. I thought I would walk out on him shouting at me for ignoring him when I came in. In fact I thought he would have barged into my bathroom and demand me to tell him why I just walked past him. But here he is ignoring me now.

"You sure?"I ask again

"Everything's fine, just some business I need to take care off" he says

He doesn't sound annoyed, or look annoyed but if there's one thing I know about Kai it's that he is good at hiding his emotions when he wants to by keeping a stern face.

"I heard you were sick this morning" he says

I am going to kill Rachel!

"Uh, yeah I was"

"Wouldn't have anything to do about last week?" He asks

"Rachel told you that she thinks I'm pregnant? Ugh I'm going to kill her!" I groan

"Well when were you goning to tell me that you could be carrying my child?" He starts to raise his voice a little

"Calm down, if I thought I was pregnant I would have told you!" I shout back

"No you wouldn't you would have waited for me to find out myself" he snaps

"Why are you so annoyed it's not like I'm actually pregnant!" I exclaim

"What if you are?" He asks

"I'm not" I tell him

"Well just to be sure.." he takes something out of his pocket and frisbees it at me. I pick it up and read the envelope "I'm taking you tomorrow to get tested" he says

"You booked me an appointment?" I ask not too sure why I'm so shocked, this is totally something he would do

"I just want to make sure that your definitely 'not' pregnant" he says putting air quotations when he said not.

"Ughh fine!" I say "just to prove you wrong"

It's the next day now, I woke up at around 1pm. I was so tired after staying up most of the night watching Lucifer. Kai would be here to pick me up soon, my appointment is at half 4 and it's currently 3.

I'm terrified, what if I'm actually pregnant? I don't know how to raise a kid! And I know for a fact that Kai will want me to move back in now, in fact he'd probably make me! Literally drag me and lock me in his room, it's not like he hasn't done it before!

In fact no, I won't let him drag me! I will go willingly. In fact I'll say it before he can just so that he knows it's my decision and not his! I don't want my child growing up in a different home than his or hers dad. But then again is the mansion really the best place to bring a baby up? I mean Rachel did it and Ollie is fine. But do I want my child to be around all that danger? But then again Kai will be there so we will be safe! And danger is everywhere not just at the mansion. That saves it, if I'm pregnant I'm moving back.

God I hope I'm not actually pregnant. I'm not ready to have kids, I'm still so young. I have always wanted kids, but I never wanted to be a young mum. I wanted to have kids when I was in my 30s not mid 20s

But it is what it is, if I'm pregnant I'm going to love this child no matter what.
