Chapter 24

Three weeks later .

Kiara

What does an ideal life sound like?

If someone from now on would ever asks me this, I'm gonna proudly say like my life .

Because it's going so great currently, I have the best parents, the amazing best friend, and the best in-laws, and not to forget the best  husband and daughter.

Best Husband!

He indeed is one! And I love him so much that I can't tell

Yes!

I love him, and I'm sure about it,

I've started loving him since the day we both demolished the contract.

He's the best man that one can find, he is not that alpha kind one, he's sweet and calm and a very good listener and me being the always talkative one he's like a blessing in my life.

He makes me feel so much loved and cared for that I've never felt in life except for Prishu and my parents.

And I know that I need to confess soon because I won't be able to keep it inside me for a long time

With this thought, I finally concluded that he's gonna receive my love confession and a happy forever after proposal soon... I just need to plan for it a little.

Even if he doesn't love me back, it's seriously no issue at all cause it's human psychology people I've seen that if someone knows that a person loves them they are going to fall for the person.

Just the person needs to know, and I'm gonna make sure he knows about it soon.

Determined, I stood up from the swing on the balcony and enter the bedroom to see the adorable father and daughter playing with each other.

"I'll go and help Mom with the dinner, you both play." I said kissing Aksha's forehead to which she giggled while Neil just nodded before again started playing with her

"Good evening Dad." I said as I entered the kitchen with my eyes wandering to look for Mom.

"She is in the garden gossiping with Prisha." dad cleared my doubt and I just nodded before starting to pick up the chopping board and knife to cut the veggies when dad stopped me.

"Kia, what are you doing? I'll do the cooking don't worry, anyways I'm sitting the whole day, you go and sit with your mom and Prisha." Dad said and I nodded before exiting the kitchen.

As I entered the garden I saw both of them sitting on the bench with their back facing me and suddenly my mischievous self came out.

"boo" I said terrifying them and oh my god their faces were such that I couldn't stop myself from laughing.

And after a great 2-minute laughter, we started talking and soon it was night time and Prisha left, and we all had dinner with so much fun and jokes and called it a day off.

Soon we all slept in what has become our regular position, that is me and Neil on both sides with Aksha in between, and we all cuddling to each other.

While I was asleep I got a really nice dream and that is definitely gonna be my idea for the confession.

The whole next day was spent by me deciding my plan, discussing it with no one but myself, and planning out, and I guess I am finally successful in it.

I've to just wait for some hours because tomorrow Neil's gonna get a legit heart attack.

Neil

These few months have been so great, like seriously I'm loving the way things are turning out, I right now have the best child, best wife, and overall the best life.

Like seriously waking up every morning embracing the two important ladies in your life is something that can be used to describe the perfect happiness.

The only thing missing right now is that I haven't yet told Kiara about my feelings but I hope to do so soon, I can't keep it inside me anymore, I'm falling in love with her every day all over again, and much harder.

I can't help that I'm scared of her reaction, she's so loving and affectionate! she's the one who makes me feel so much wanted.

But I'm scared, being rejected most of the time, I'm scared of letting my feelings out, so the only thing I can do is stay silent, and keep feeling inside because anyway, my life is going great without it.

Third Person POV

It was a great lovely morning... Lovely because our beautiful Kiara is all ready to confess.

At first even she was confused about how to do, what to do, but due to reading excessively Wattpad, she has finally found the perfect way to confess,

so getting up she's all ready to do it.

Everyone is done with breakfast and Kiara has already left for her mission under the cover of work so no one really suspected her.

After having his breakfast, Neil quickly made Aksha drink her milk and gave her to his Mom, and left for the office not knowing the surprise awaiting him.

As soon as he entered his cabin, he saw his chair turned around its back facing him, with someone sitting on it, which made him suspect something, so he quickly went and turned the chair to look at the intruder sitting there,

But to his surprise, the person was...

Kiara

His wife who has became his life, sitting with her head bowed down earlier, and as soon as Neil turned the chair, Kiara got down from the chair pushing it back, and sat on one knee and did something unexpected.

She took out a rose from her pocket and forwarded it while saying,

"Oh my surprised dear husband, believe me, whatever happening is real! Yes, here I am sitting on a knee with a rose in my hand, to say something I never ever expected I would but I guess you've changed me, not for the better, but for the best."

As she said all the things Neil couldn't help but kneel down with tears threatening to fall out from his eyes, matching her height ,while she continued,

"I never thought that this marriage would bring me to this position, but here I am, with a rose in my hand, wanting to say a single thing. You know what?" Kiara said with happy tears rolling down her cheek and to this Neil nodded getting equally emotional.

" I LOVE YOU MR. NEIL KHURANA, you not only came into my life but also changed it, I love you so much I can't even explain it...I...I: Kiara said, but couldn't continue because of her sobs.

"I know... and I LOVE YOU TOO KIARA, like you're the first girl that has accepted me, changed me yet kept me the same." Neil confessed and they both just looked at each other with smile-adorned faces, and just hugged each other letting the emotions seep in.

After a great time of a comforting, loving hug they both stood up and sat on the couch in the cabin supporting each other out of the current happiness

After a great long time, Kiara finally spoke up, "So Mr. Husband, did you like my confession?"

"Yes, My wife, I loved it." Neil said while snaking his hand around her waist pulling her close.

"You understood the logic behind confessing here. Right?" Kiara asked Neil which made him think before getting surprised about the logic.

"This is where we signed the contract, and this is where you proposed your love."

"You're intelligent, Mr. Husband."

"You're more intelligent. but it was a nice idea though, of changing the marriage contract to the love proposal " Neil said while both smiled reminiscing all the moments over the months.

"I love you so much, mi Amor." Neil said with love-filled eyes.

"I love you too, my love." Kiara said.

And with this their lips met, tying them together for the next lives and starting their ever after for this life.....
